I absolutely love my new running shoes. I bought these as a present for my birthday and besides the fact that they were discounted, they are so comfortable and light. I would definitely recommend this shoes!
I'm on my feet all day at work. As a result I began to develop lower back pain. I've already been an exclusive Adidas guy and decided to try a pair of Springblades. These are the most comfortable sneakers ever!!! It's been a year since my first pair and I haven't had anymore back problems . I currently own 7 pair. You don't necessarily have to be a runner to enjoy them. I recommend the Springblade Ignite for casual wear for comfort and their good looks...
I have been in the military for 7 years and during this time I began to have really bad tendonitis in my feet from wearing boots all day. I was on a non running profile for almost a year. I just started back running about 4 months ago and every shoe I tried gave me really bad shin splits and wear either to flexible( no stability) or just not comfortable after a few weeks of running. One day I decided to try these shoes after looking around in a few shoe stores for hours on in. And OMG as soon as I put my foot in them it was like a Cinderella Story. I have been running in them for a month now and doing weightlifting with absolutely no shin pain or fatigue in my foot. I love these shoes and as soon as this pair gets old I will by them over again. I definitely recommend its well worth the money.
Love my new duramo 7's. They are a great shape not too rounded at the toe, so they are flattering. They are a deep pink with black inner (much more sensible colour choice than white as they don't show the dirt). They have been worn regularly & still look quite new. Tongue stays central. Good grip. Seamless make for a sleeker look. Very pleased.
I am an avid outdoor distance runner, year round..been wearing adizero tempo running shoes since the first prototype..the 7's are manufactured with better quality assurance than the 6's..toe box improved; however if I had any issue a tad more room would add to a perfect running shoe for a neutral runner who is light weight and loves resistance and feeling the ground as they stride.
I absolutely love these shoes. Even though these shoes do not come in wide widths, the stretchy material allows me to wear these shoes comfortably even with bunions. After trying 4 different brands of athletic shoes, these were the only ones I can wear since they do not have a hard material across the bunion area. I do wish they came in wide which would allow for orthodics to be placed in a lot easier.
I struggle to get a great fitting sneaker because I have a high arch. I own 2 pairs of the earlier version of these & wanted a third but they are long gone. I took a leap and ordered the Duramo 7. Similar fit but even better cushioning. From the first wearing they are completely comfortable.. In fact, these are so perfect I just ordered my second pair!
I have read several reviews that state that these shoes fall apart easily and for me that could not be farther from the truth. I bought my first pair on a whim from the adidas outlet store as I was beginning to train for a marathon. I put over 100 miles on the first pair and them bought a second so that I could rotate them, thats how much I loved them. I have run on pavement, gravel, sand, and volcanic desert (in Aruba) and they still have most of the soles on both pairs. I never imagined that I would love these as much as I do, nor that they would hold up as well as they have. Despite how tough they are, I still think my favorite part of these shoes is that they have a very soft heel section. Class pair of shoes, adidas...now send me a free pair for the best review you have ever had. Regardless, I am buying a new pair next week.
Purchased these about 3 weeks ago, when i got them straight out of the box they already felt broken in. Really comfortable! The fit of the shoes are true to size but a little better to snug but if you want a little bit of toe room go up a size. Overall these shoes are one of the most comfortable shoes i have owned!
I owned three pairs of the Tempo 6. Love them! When I heard that Adidas made them even better with the Boost foam, I couldn't wait to try them. There are lots of changes from the 6 to the 7. There is no space under the left insole for a foot pod or mi tech. They run smaller and a little more narrow. The toe box was too small for me, so I had to return them. I'm hoping to find a pair in a store so I can see if the fit is right before I buy.
Super comfy but the sole is very bouncy and i could not imagine running in this shoe as every impact is sent straight back into my knees but for casual wearing they are great. (like a car with springs but no shock absorbers the ride is not very smooth) fit is spot on and they are breathable and quality is second to none. great casual shoes!
This has to be the lightest shoe I have ever worn. The shoe is half to full size small width was ok I am a medium and it was fine. I haven't had a chance to really work these out but it is coming and these ultra light shoes might not like it. The product is nice looking made of a light weight material that fits like a glove. The shoes look more like they are home as a street shoes than getting beaten on a 10K weekend run, and a daily 4 mile training shoe. We will see and then I would like to let you know. RAVEN4464
This is the most comfortable shoe I ever put on. It feels like you are wearing socks with a huge cushion on the bottom. They were about a half size too big so I returned them and got a half size smaller but they are awesome.
I bought this shoe recently and after running for a week on these I found them absolutely amazing in terms of cushion and stability they provide while running. It feels like I am running on flowers!! no exhaggeration!! I am thinking of buying other colors of the same shoe!! Thanks for designing such a great shoe.
This was my first boost shoe and it lived up to my expectations. The cushioning is amazing and it really does feel like you're walking on a cloud or a marshmallow. You would think after awhile you would get used to the cushioning but it's like the cushioning is brand new, the shoe overall is very comfortable and the tech fit is really comfortable. It is almost like this shoe cant be beat. I had no problems will this shoe and it still is in brand new condition after wearing it for 6 months. One this is this is not a running shoe and I would not run in it. It is very durable but I think this shoe was made for more walking and casual wear. Thank you adidas!
Even though the Pure Boost line is under the Running Shoe category, I do NOT recommend using these for running. They don't have enough support for any type of running, unless it's running through a grocery store to pick up flour for your mom's super-secret chicken recipe. They are more of just a casual-wear shoe that look great with any outfit you pair it with, and are also REALLY comfortable. So again, if you are looking for a running shoe, I do not recommend these, if you still want an adidas shoe, look at the Ultra Boost runners. Overall, the shoe is extraordinary. Yes, the hype around boost is real, because these shoes are comfortable. It's like walking on clouds. If you're one who owns Roshes, I highly recommend giving these a go because the comfort and style is unmatched. The shoe isn't perfect though. Personally, I found the shoe to run around 1/2 a size too big. When compared to the original Pure Boost, I found myself in an 11 with those, but I found that the Pure Boost Chills fit me perfect in a 10.5. If you can, try them in-store first to make sure you have the perfect fit. The Pure Boost Chill is essentially a combination of the Pure Boost and Pure Boost 2, which is why I liked it so much. It had the styling that I love about the Pure Boost, but the added benefits of the Pure Boost 2 (new tongue and more heel support). They're all great shoes, it just comes down to personal preference.
I don't know why everyone keeps complaining about the color when mine looks exactly like the photo. It looks really nice although I gotta say that the width is a bit too big for me. They are very comfortable to wear when running too.
Sizing is off by about an entire size, maybe even just a half. Usually a size 10.5 due to a wide foot, however I ordered a size 10.5 on the SL Loops and they are a little big, so I ordered these in a size 10 thinking they would fit just right, but they were way too small. Shipped them back, didn't reorder. Still a really nice looking shoe though.
I'm a size 7.5 US and due to the reviews I ordered a half size up (8 US) . They fit perfectly without socks and a little tight with ankle socks. Great slip on design, very lightweight and comfortable.
The colour doesn't look like it does in the photo, which wasn't the deal breaker. It is the the fact that I think these shoes will fall apart after a very short while. They are more comfy than my current sneakers and I will keep the exchanged pair to wear to work. I will purchase the Boost series or Supernova to begin running. I don't think the material of the uppers and sides will last after a few months of consistent running wear.
I love the shoe for fit, support and comfort. I totally agree with the reviews listed on this site especially about extra spring in the step. The only complaint is the rubber pads have worn out so fast. I run about 3 miles a day, 7 days a week, it's the only time I wear the shoe. I didn't even get four months out of them. The shoe itself is in perfect condition but the grip pads have vanished. That being said, I still liked them enough to buy a second pair.
This running shoes have personality, it's stylish, light and comfortable. I've loved Adidas for years, I am so happy to get these in black. gray and green, the price is pretty decent and affordable. The style reminds me those who the Speed Skaters wear to compete, love them.
On my first run I thought I had made a mistake with these as they felt quite unresponsive, however a few runs in and they have become a little softer and I love them. I would say these are a short distance shoe though as there is not enough cushioning for me to do a half marathon and beyond, I'll be sticking to my Sequence Boost for that! Now the negative, the quality of the shoe for £95 is disappointing. I had to send the first pair back as one shoe had a noticeably higher profile than the other and it looked like it had been made last thing on a Friday! Second pair are better, still have imperfect stitching and the pair don't match in profile, but they are better. So all in all a good performing shoe, just watch out for the quality issues, and I had to size up by half a size to give a bit more room in the toe box.
It has been my first ever pair of Boost shoes and they feel like walking with marshmallows on your feet. Pros: - Light weight. - Boost Sole. - Keeps your feet chill. Cons: - The sole is too fine to do any major running in them if you want to get a new pair every 70 miles. Overall: These would be great in the gym or just walking about. For running i don't see it much of a "running shoe".
i have osteoarthritis in my knee and before getting these shoes I was facing the prospect of having to leave the military but since using these I'm able to run again and keep my fitness up! I can't recommend these enough absolutely amazing thank you Adidas :)
