The sleeves are nice and long which works great for the thumb holes as your hands are actually protected from the elements some. It isn't incredibly warm, but that's also good for working out and it's not what they advertised. The material is great and has the stretch as well as the vibrant teal colors you see in the picture. I would definitely recommend it.
