I used these pants for warmups, boot camp, and lifting, and they stay in place, fit perfectly, and the mesh behind the knees reduces excess bulk. The only issue I have is that I put my nail through the mesh, but it has not run. Regardless, I will still purchase these pants again. I have 2 pair and am about to purchase a 3rd. They are a bit expensive, though.

I made this purchase for my daughter. She plays on her high school varsity team. she has noticed an improvement in her performance during games.
They feel great and fit great under her uniform.
