Fast and aggressive, the women's adidas Spider Spikes have a featherweight build with SPRINTWEB stability and ankle support for flat-out speed in sprints and jumps. The track spikes feature an air mesh upper, a soft collar around the ankle and a Pebax nylon plate.

Really great shoes! I would totally recommend these for beginners and expert sprinters and jumpers! They are fit tight enough so they won't slip and the design makes it breathable. I'm a sprinter and a hurdler and they help the most when you're stepping hard through hurdles.
The reason I give it a 4 and not a 5 is because I wish it came with extra metal spikes incase you lose some.
