This tank is more for doing errands or going to the farmer's market. It's really not for working out or being used for yoga. The seems around the shoulder area are raised and rough so I can't imagine working out in them because it causes skin irritation. Otherwise, fits true to size and the bodice feels comortable. The blue was so so for me as this color seemed a bit dull and boring but each to their own, I guess.
