Rated 5 out of 5Â by Nadine Carroll Best running shoes for me I am a survivor of a long, complicated course of systemic lupus and a stroke survivor. I have left sided weakness, vasculitis and no palpable pulses on my left side. During long runs my left foot alternates between pain and numbness. I have worn Ascics, Brooks, Saucony and Mizuno. I never thought of trying Adidas but the night before I was due to run a half marathon and I had no shoes on hand that would get me through 13.1 miles, I needed a new pair quickly and bought the Adizero's because they were on sale. The next day I ran the 13.1 miles in brand new shoes and for the first time, I felt no pain and no numbness in my left foot. It was the most comfortable I have ever felt during and after a long run. I've continued to wear these shoes since and continue to find them more comfortable than any others I've tried and I am planning on purchasing a second pair for the upcoming NYC Marathon. Rated 3 out of 5Â by TMLPSU Loved the fit but both shoes squeaked when I walked. I am sending my size 8 back and get an 8.5 because they were a little snug. Hopefully they won't sqeak. September 14, 2013
