One of the few racing flats I've tried on with a good amount of forefoot cushioning! I also appreciate the more traditional heel-to-toe drop. I've been cautious in my transition to a more minimal shoe, and was easily able to start racing / running speed and tempo workouts in the Adios (I had been using the Boston's, and now reserve these for longer runs).
The shoe does fit a bit narrow, which is fine for me because I have a narrow foot, but it's just something to consider. I also wear a 1/2 size smaller in Adidas shoes compared to other brands.

I'm on my second pair of Adios racers and they give an amazing ride. They are perfect for speed workouts and road races with their minimalist design and featherweight. But they also provide enough strike support to carry me through a 10 miler to a Marathon. Love these shoes that are guaranteed to take some time off the finish clock in your next race.

This is one of the better moving Adizero
2.0 shoes. I have tried three others and found
my speed at least 20 seconds per mile faster with the same effort. My average pace is 9.15 per mile.
With this shoe I was in the high 8 minute range.

These shoes are fantastic! They give my feet the stability they need on long trail races without sacrificing freedom to move. At 250 miles they still have some life in them. For me, they run large so I'm wearing a half size down (a very hard to find 5.5). These shoes just feel amazing! Highly recommended.
