Rated 4 out of 5 by light and bouncy these sneakers are fun to run in, very light and bouncy. i also like how the top forefront of the shoe is smooth without any strips of material sewn in that could irritate the tops of my feet and toes when running. the shoe just feels a little on the narrow side and runs a little long. it's not noticeable while running, but i sat with them on my feet for a couple hours and after a while they started feeling tight around the middle of the foot. also, i usually size up 1/2 size from my regular shoe size in running shoes, but these fit in my regular shoe size. Rated 5 out of 5 by Best shoes in a long time I've worn the same style of shoes for a very long time, but on my most recent trip to my local running store, I tried on the Boost, and I am SO glad I did. The no-seam construction and the lightweight material of the shoe are amazing. I have terrible bunions, and these are the first shoes I've ever worn that don't cause blisters / calluses there. The cushiony sole really does feel bouncy and like air pockets while running. The Boost are quite a bit pricier than the shoes I've been wearing for years, but I think they are worth the extra money. Rated 5 out of 5 by THE shoe! These shoes almost run by themselves. They drive you forward and have a real bounce to them which makes you either run faster or save your muscles energy, thus, postponing fatigue. You might sink in a bit and may feel its edges around your ankle. I got used to it. They look good. I tend to overpronate, especially with my right foot but I've got no problems with this shoe, neither with nor without orthotics in them. I normally have size 9.5 for running shoes but with this model 8.5 is fine (which is why I said one size too big). Also, I have a rather narrow foot and the adistar boost feels tight and cozy at the same time. I love them. I wonder why they aren't on the list of forbidden materials :-) I currently run 60 miles a week (not all of them in these shoes). February 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by You can call me a runner! So, let me start off by saying that I was the kid that people made fun of in gym class and was picked last for the relay. But I'm 44 and wanted to give it one last chance. It's a bit ridiculous to spend this much money on someone with so little talent, but I'm so glad that I did! No knee problems, no feet problems…all the things that always slowed me down and discouraged me in the past were gone. It was my best investment ever! Running my first half marathon tomorrow in my Adidstar Boost shoes! The toe box seems a bit flat so that I thought it would rub against the top of my toes, but the material is stretchy, so no problems there. The shoes are super lightweight and honestly, I feel like there's nothing on my feet when I'm running. That's the way it should be! Would highly recommend! March 15, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not buying again I was happy when I got the wonderful bright shoes. I love the color, fit and flexibility. The material is not holding up to its cost. The seam in the front near toe is fraying. I have wore these less than 10 times and for 1 5k race. I will NEVER buy adidas running shoes again. This is my 2nd pair of energy boosts in 6 mths that have cost >$160 each and have frayed. March 20, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Comfortable! I bought these for walking and absolutely love them. They are thee most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. The material stretches over your foot like a glove. No tight spots over the top of the foot. The bottom is very cushiony. Like walking on a marshmellow. I bought two pair. January 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Better than energy boost Owned energy boost bought these for a change of color. More support than energy boost. But with all the Cush and a more round toe box. Now if they would lower the price by $20 and add more color ...they would totally corner the market! March 15, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by I LOVE my adidas I own all three colors(: I've tried many other brands and I just keep coming back to my adidas. I love my energy boost. I'm a size 6 1/2 and purchased a size 7 1/2 and it's just perfect me. I'm waiting for more colors...(: April 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by I don't usually write reviews, but these sneakers deserve to be written about. They are unbelievably comfortable and easy to run in. The sole is perfect: not too hard, neither it is too soft. Awesome :) April 10, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Great sneaker, hard to match with with other color cloths unless is grey, white and some black, otherwise they are super comfy. The price is too high. March 18, 2014
