Rated 5 out of 5Â by DH - Trail Runner These shoes last!
An avid technical trail runner, I have found these to be a fantastic shoe. The sole holds up mile after mile over rocks and roots on the Long Trail in Vermont with fantastic traction. I run in these and the Adidas Terrex Fast X. These shoes are more flexible with a bit less stability - definitely better for lighter trail runs (2 hours or so of single-track trail running on mountain-bike trails) and are just as comfortable for running dirt roads, even in the winter in New England. They offer plenty of cushioning and support just by adding a super-feet insole (I overpronate). I love these shoes and hope Adidas keeps them in their product line.

I bought these shoes in BOTH colors because I like them sooo much. They have good arch support and are comfortable right out of the box. I've had many compliments! :)

I own a number of pairs of adidas..... hiking, running to name a few. Wow! Was I disappointed with this delivery. I will not order online again. 1/2 to a full size to big. $10.80 to return through postal service. Every other Adidas I own is an 8. I ordered an 8. Should NOT have been a problem.
I cannot waste my time or yours to pay $10+ to try a pair of shoes and the privilege to take them to a post office at my expense.

Wow! Ran out of heavy duty shoes to build new dock and roof so I tried these new things. I did figure that I would be back at the house changing in a few hours, but they made the whole day!!! Great support, although I had really fat sox on to cushion the toes and ankles. I think they will be ok and any shoe I can put on and run all day in is just ok with me!!! Not a bad deal and they are TEAL... yay!

They are light weight, but more sturdy than running shoes. I wear them to the gym every day and then on my errands.

I go hiking and running these shoes are great for that. They have an incredible grip, fit comfortably and do not weigh my feet down. The material is also very breathable. I recommend them for anyone who loves to be outdoors.

I like the AX 1 shoes but would have liked a more padded insole. My last two purchases have been on-line, no problems there. It is easy and no need to try on shoes, your sizes are true.

I mainly bought these to run and catch buses. I love them. They are extremely light for its purpose and I use them to walk in during my breaks on the trail.
