Rated 5 out of 5 by Throwstar Throwing Shoes My son threw discuss 125 feet in practice on the first day with his new shoes. This was five feet greater than his best prior performance. I had purchased a pair of 12.5 size shoes, but they were too tight, so I shipped them back, got credit for them, and in the meantime ordered a pair of size 14. They were a little loose, but worked well. My son said that he enjoyed practice a lot because it is so fun to throw with these shoes. While he was there at practice, a former Olympic thrower gave him some pointers as well. My son got 4th at State last year in Shot Put. This year, he will do better and probably be able to compete there in discus as well. April 6, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by My favorite work-out shoes These are favorite work-out shoes. I took the laces out and just use the velcro straps. Even without the laces, the straps work just fine, plus they making putting the shoes on and taking them off a snap. The shoes are light and comfortable. Yeah, they look cool too. July 12, 2010

Rated 5 out of 5 by Good, better, best, never let it rest! This pairs of yellow shoes is cool. Felt very light and comfortable on my feet. I can jump higher and run faster wearing them. If you want to run on a plastic track, this should be a good choice. But I don't think you can wear it to run outdoor on a hard road. Because I usually exercise inside the gym, I find it extremely comfortable and helpful. January 6, 2013

My spin is much tighter and easy with these shoes and the bottoms are slick so my glide for shot is still great.
