Rated 5 out of 5 Fast Spikes The quality and look of these spikes is absolutely amazing. They come with a very rigid plate which is good to keep the good shape while sprinting, but at the same time are very lightweight. I would recommend wearing these for competition only -not for training, since they can hurt your feet ball, specially when you're doing several reps and not running at 100% Overall they fit great and make you faster!
