Rated 5 out of 5 by Cool gadget I got thi for christmas, and since then only had the chance to use it once in a game, i like the results it gives you, it would be great if it could also give you how much calories you burn and give you sattilite map where you played to trace youre game, like the MiCoach app for running. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Item Used it over the past year for both running and soccer. Soccer I have gotten great data and actually helped me to increase my game. It makes me work that much harder knowing that I am tracking myself so in a way it has helped me to become more motivated. Knowing my distance traveled and sprints/ game is exciting. For running I have used it to track my speed in the different zones and has helped me increase my top speed and total distance. I also use it to make my workouts more effective my identifying weak points in my runs. For example, I have been doing 30 minute runs that target different zones and have identified that my yellow zone is lower than it was last year, so I plan on doing more workouts that target that zone specifically to improve my overall running performance. It has been a year now and am happy with the speed cell. The only problem that I have issues with is the micoach website which may not always load and it takes a while to navigate through. It is still cool though. I can go back and look at my history. Last year I ran 40 miles. Great info. January 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Stats I bought this for my son for christmas. We have reviewed each training session and match. He sees where his stregnths are and continues to push himself in the other fields. I talked to the micoach staff last year at the corporate office to see if they could add g-force ratings on turns (cuts) and also implement a way to measure the power of a shot. Hopefully, we will see these improvements in the next generation of this item. January 18, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Speed Cell for fat old men I am a retired guy on the dark side of 65 who walks regularly for exercise. I walk 3 days, take a day off and then repeat. The Speed Cell and the Micoach software have revitalized my walking. I use the set up for a PC and I have found It extremely easy to use once one gets past the slightly quirky set up phase. It tracks my mileage, stride rate, calorie use and either Min per mile or Miles per hour. In addition, if you walk a route that you have set up in the program it will show you altitude gained. I use it with Adidas shoes with a socket in the sole of the shoe and with it attached to the laces on another pair of shoes I use. Just knowing that it is down there collecting data makes me walk just a bit faster. The only thing that keeps it from being 5 stars in my mind is the fact that there really doesn't seem to be a set up for walking so I have to use the running program. March 20, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 Love it Plain and simple. The product is great and the data tracked is very awesome. The only downside is that it can be a little challenging if you get frustrated easily at electronics. I am an IT so I typically don't get frustrated, I get even by fixing it. Whoever is training competitively this is a great piece of equipment to own. Although the price is a bit steep, but if your commitment to a specific sport is serious and your training for improvement then you’ll understand that it’s worth it! March 29, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Functional/But Disappointing Devices functions as it should, I'm just VERY disappointing in Adidas for only offering a USB OR iphone option. When I purchased it, I figured the USB option would be superior to the iPhone. Now, after actually using it, I feel that the iPhone option would've been best. Since adidas wanted to save .35 cents a unit, now I have to deal with the USB option. June 8, 2013
