I'm in love with this backpack. It has so many cool zippered features. Very comfortable shoulder straps. Back of bag also has padding that lies against your back. Fleece lined, zippered pocket for ipod/phone/glasses. Two water bottle, mesh pockets on either side. Main compartment has a laptop pocket ( but with very minimal padding- I would put my laptop in there in its neoprene sleeve), a small, mesh, zippered pocket. and 2 small, tight pockets. There is a second medium sized zippered compartment that goes the entire length of the bag. Very happy with it! I have only had it for 2 weeks and have used it going home through the airport- very comfortable. Can't attest to how it will hold up yet. Zippers slide well.
