I bought this in a large and it was to big. I'm 5'9" and 135lbs. and the length was perfect. I was scared it might be too short if I got a medium and I assumed it would be tight enough since its sopposed to be tight, but I guess it was made for people that are more bulky instead of an agile body. Its baggy on my upper back and chest area where is the main part with the big x on the back so for me it was just another shirt.
