Good quality material, nice long tails to stay tucked it. Provides great compression with unique designs.
Prefer sleeveless when lifting; however is a great all around workout shirt. Use it in interval training ( I jog till I feel like I am going to pass out, then power walk till I can jog another segment).

Fits, wear and washes well. Color combination are 'spot on'. I've never been disappointed with any of the fitness wear I've purchased from Adidas.
