I'm not gonna lie...I in no way am training for anything. I just wanted a warm/light weight jacket that I can wear on non-rainy 35-60 degree winter days around the bay area (I do my fair share of walking). This delivers. I appreciate the high-collar, and the removable hood is a nice option too. It's designed to run below the waist a few inches and the cut is fairly straight (no tapering to the waist). It fit me true to size across the chest and in the arms, the same way other adidas tops do in the "L" size.
I'm not sure this would be good as a training/activity jacket, however. It got a bit toasty when I was walking briskly...so any activity more strenuous than that could invite sauna like conditions. Plus the cut doesn't make me think training/activity either. I got the "Urban Peak" color. The grey is a bit more green than appeared on my screen, and the red is more of a brick red color.
Overall, it's perfect for my needs.

Jacket itself is fine, but the color is way off.
It's more of a weird green/burnt orange. While the color has grown on me, don't buy it thinking your getting a black jacket (or even a dark grey one)

I bought the orange down jacket, the color is a bit lighter and not as shiny as on the picture.
It fits a bit large, and it very light.
It is a really good looking jacket for a daily use.

I am very happy with this purchase. I bought the infrared color-way; I was expecting it to be more on the orange side than red (in certain unnatural lighting, it looks slightly pinkish).
Sizing is almost perfect. For reference, I am 5'11", 175 lbs. The jacket leaves ample room for a sweater layer. For my personal taste, I would have preferred it to be a tiny bit smaller.
Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase.

I ordered the red jacket for my husband, because I bought a red color jacket for him long time ago, it looks good on him, and he likes it a lot, so I picked red color this time too, the price is very good, the quality is fine as well, but the color is not red at all, it's bright orange color, does not look good on him at all, I have been thinking return it.

The color title for this jacket is Urban Peak, and it looks black. Urban Peak, wouldn't you think that's a roof top...black roof top. Nope, it's green! Evedently representitive of a hill in a park somewhere. Adidas, lose the fancy color names. Black is black. Green is green. Downs a little thin, other than that its a pretty good jacket.

This is one of the warmest jackets that I have ever owned. It is also very misleading as it is very light. The colors are a little off when purchasing. I thought I was buying a charcoal jacket and it turns out to be somewhat greenish in tint

Very comfortable and warm, luv the bright color, but the size runs big, I bought a large for me and a medium for my son, end up I have to return the large one, re-order a small for my son and I took the medium instead.
