Rated 5 out of 5 by Seriously I bought me a pair of adiPURE trainers in blue 2 weeks ago. Everyone at the gym and school are always asking me about them. I highly recommend these shoes. I can clearly notice the better balance when I am squatting at the gym. It really is like you're barefoot, It's pretty crazy how you can feel the texture of the ground and/or things you step on without it hurting your feet (and I have sensitive feet). As far as them being complicated to wear... Well at first it is, but after a few days my toes started to get used to them and I now have no problem wearing them. I would recommend that you start with the big toe and then work your way to the next toe. Adiboy89 December 1, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by highly recommend these for all occasions ok first my wife got me a pair in my regular shoe size, big mistake, they have to be snug, recommend trying on, but i would safely say get a 1/2 size smaller than your normal shoes size went to you tube for how to best snug your toes in them , just like digging your toes in the carpet. i have a really short stubby pinky toe, but am finding that the shoe is actually training and straightening out my funky toes again you need to try them on, as i love these so much i now have 3 pair red/blue/grey one of them rub the top of my toes funny, so i dont run in that one, its my poker shoe anyway goodluck you're really going to like these February 16, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Absolutely Superb!! Users, The story of the "Old Woman Who Lived In A Shoe," is nothing compared to my experience with the Adipure Trainer! After years of jogging and aerobics, I have had to resign to swimming. On accident, I saw these "ugly" shoes and was so fascinated, I bought a pair. Since I basically go barefoot and have "horrible-looking" feet, I have "saved" my feet since wearing these. I now do alot of gardening and find they are perfect for walking on pebbles, sliding down an embankment in mud and end up feet first!! Whatever it was created for, I can say, "it's a great old lady's shoe!" I now have 3 pair. November 20, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by adiPURE Trainer I bought these shoes b/c I started buying into the hype about walking/running barefoot. I'm flat footed, but I find these shoes to be extremely comfortable. My only criticism, and I'm not sure there's a way to solve this, is that it is a bit difficult to get your toes in the shoe. There's another review that says it took 15 minutes for them to get their shoes on. I'm not saying that's a lie, but it only took me 30 seconds longer than it takes to put regular shoes on...so take that for what its worth. The shoes feel good, look stylish compared to the Vibram FiveFinger line, and help you train. November 18, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome! Great shoes (if you can call them shoes)! I was initially hesitant about purchasing "footy" styled trainers. However, I have seen more and more articles come out preaching the benefits of barefoot training. So, I took a leap of faith and bought the Adipure Trainers. I don't regret it. They fit really well. It, obviously, takes a few minutes to get used to your toes being separated, but after that you're good. I use them at the gym for strength training, plyometrics and jogging. Great traction, and I love the feel of being barefoot, without worrying about being barefoot. Buy some! February 10, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice! I like these a lot. These are great for lower body workouts. You get much more feedback from the ground and get better balance because they spread your toes out. With these shoes you really get to workout more muscles in your ankles and lower legs than you normally would get with shoes that have a lot of cushion. I am recovering from a broken right ankle with a torn ligament and I wear these during my physical therapy sessions. Much harder (harder as in better) workout for my ankle than wearing my other adidas shoes. But, I really wish these had more arch support. I am not even sure if that is even possible with this type of foot wear. That is why I give these shoes a good rating. March 13, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable and weird at the same time This is a pretty good shoe and offers a decent amount of bare foot comfort. It may take you a bit to get use to having your toes in separate little compartments but just walk around for a while or go for a jog and you'll quickly wonder how you lasted this long without this type of shoe. I went for a 3.5 mile run the first day that I got them and I really like them, but I have some concerns that the sole may wear out rather quickly due to the lack of material. Something you'll have to keep an eye out for. I would only suggest these shoes for running if you're use to running bare foot or use to running on the balls of your feet. If you're not use to that natural style of running then I would suggest using these for training purposes only (weight lifting, circuit, aerobics etc etc). I guess my only negative mark on these shoes is the price. Technically I believe you are getting less material than a traditional running shoe, so one would think they would be cheaper. $90 is the retail price and personally I think $20 to $30 cheaper would be a lot more appropriate. Rated 5 out of 5 by best shoes in the world I got these a few days ago and they are the most comfortable Ive ever tried on they are perfect fits and mold to your feet immediately I would highly recommend this shoe to anyone October 24, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Shoes! i would recommend this to anyone that is into weight traing. It's snug when you you are just walking around and doing lifts but when you run it shifts slightly above the heel when it's a little sweaty but you will get used to it after awhile. it takes time to get your toes into each one of the "slots." When you do get it on you, at times, forget its on your feet. Very lightweight. when you curl your toes upward the shoe moves way from the bottum of your foot but, again you will get used to it in time and wont even notice it. Would recommend getting a half size smaller than you actually are. Thats what I had to do. January 9, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Comfortable and Stylish Comfort - 5/5 - I would say these are some of the most comfortable running/training shoe I have ever owned. Fit - 5/5 - They fit perfectly. I found that in the beginning because I normally do not wear toe shoes that had I had to work my toes into there pockets. Overtime though it got easier and easier. Style - 5/5 - I always like the look of Adidas products. There plain but very stylish in look. Performance - 4/5 - In the gym they where great. Took some time to get used to running with them but they where very good after I got used working with them. January 12, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Best workout shoe EVER! I used to wear the Vibram finger shoes and i walk to and from the gym but I hated how you can feel every single little micro pebble on the sidewalk and every one of those pebbles hurts to step on! Not only that but the vibrams just aren't very comfortable. They're like wearing Native American moccasins but with toe separations because there's no cushion or support. The adidas adipures however feel AMAZING!! They're super comfortable(and way cuter than vibrams in my opinion!). I wear a size 11 in Adidas very comfortably and the adipures in 11 fit me like a glove. I know in vibrams they might say order a size down. I'd say get your true size but I guess everyone has different feet. Anyway and they don't smell bad even after an intense workout. I hope Adidas makes these forever :) June 17, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by The Most Natural fit! Needles today these are to be worn without socks, these are suppose to be snug fit to your entire foot including your toes. They are definitely and little bit hard to put them on your feet. The best way to put them on is to slide your toes all the way into the individual chambers of each toe( make sure each toe is seated properly into its chamber) and then slide the back of the shoes up and over your ankles. This way is the most frustration-free to put these ones on. Once they ARE properly seated and fitted , then "Oh Boy", they are so comfortable and a natural fit, then you won't go back to your regular training shoes. You have to get used to be able to put them, but once you do that, these are worth every penny and they more enjoyable. February 29, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these shoes!!! First off, Adidas is the only sneaker i wear. I bought these shoes about six months ago, and I'm amazed at how comfortable and natural they feel. They provide great support and balance during cardio and workouts. What kills me is when people seem them they respond with a snicker, so I reply back with a snicker because the HATERS have no clue about comfortable these things are. BUY A PAIR AND FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF!!!! The only suggestions I have is that Adidas make a thin toe sock to go along with these shoes. April 29, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great but hot I got these toe shoes because i had the Vibram Fivefingers and i wanted to see which was better. My Vibrams were lighter, more flexible, form fitting, thinner, and have better airflow. Yet these Adipure Trainers were more durable. Over all a good shoe for a first try at a toe shoe, but needs a little more work. June 29, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great work out shoes! I love my toes shoes. I told myself I would never buy a pair of toes shoes, but when Adidas came out with a pair, I had to get them. They are great to work out in and do core training in. At first they are very, very difficult to get on, but I have mastered sliding these on. They are great for the balls of my feet and I feel like Spider-Man working out in these things. Great buy! Can't wait see when they make another model that is even better! March 6, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great, Natural Feel If you're one of those athletes who likes the natural, bare feel or your foot, this is the shoe for you. I am 15, a tennis player, and I love going to the gym to train. Normally, I don't wear shoes. And when I do, they have to be very lightweight and full of motion. I like this feel because I have sensitive feet and I have to be comfortable to train as much as I do. When I tried these shoes, it felt like I was barefoot! The toes have so much motion, the material is so thin and lightweight, and the support is surprisingly good. After two months of wear, there is hardly any significant wearing down. The crosses near the toes on the bottom of the shoe allow vertical and horizontal movement of the foot in the shoe. All in all, this the perfect shoe if you're a trainer who wants a lot of freedom and movement in your workouts. February 20, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by GREAT! These shoes have drastically changed my attitude towards working out and running. They are very comfortable and allow me to get a full motion with my foot. The only thing I caution you about is the fact that at times they are kind of hard to get used to at first because they might feel weird at first so don't knock it on the first try, get used to it! Rated 5 out of 5 by natural energy When you consider that the human body has evolved over many millenia, it makes sense that a shoe should conform to the natural shape of the foot as closely as possible. There are evolutionary reasons for the shape of our bodies, including our feet. The designers of this shoe have realized this, and the result is a supremely comfortable shoe. usually the first thing I do when I get home is take off my shoes. However, with these adipure trainers, I am happy to leave them on. They are so comfortable. I saw another reviewer wrote that he would sleep in them, and I feel the same. When I walk around outside, I feel a closer connection with the world and more aware of my surroundings. I also feel like I am moving more gracefully, almost like an animal, or how a human is supposed to move. The sweating hasn't bothered me yet, but I only bought these yesterday.... August 9, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by (Workout) Life-Changing Purchase The title may sound a little fantastic, but I'm serious. I purchased this shoe for two reasons: improve balance and change my running stride. I've always felt like I didn't have very good balance, and I attributed this to the fact that I walk in a flat-footed manner while wearing shoes (which is most of the time). Since I've started training with the Adipure shoe, I've noticed my balance has improved dramatically. The reason, I believe, is because it has strengthened my calf muscles by shifting my weight primarily to the balls of my feet instead of my heels. Now when I walk, I feel a noticeable amount of strength and stability when I push off at the end of my stride. Along those lines, I also purchased the shoe because I wanted to improve my running stride. Running heel-to-toe is not the proper form. Runners should land with the balls of the feet striking first. The rest of the foot should strike at almost the same time, however, so that your feet make a "shuffling" like movement. This shifts the weight bearing onto your calves and helps reduce ground impact up through the body. Also, the calf muscles are better designed for endurance use than your powerful glutes and quads, which are meant for lifting. If you don't believe me, check out the Tarahumara tribe of Mexico. Running with the Adipure shoe allows you to easily run in this form. It takes some getting used to, and your calves will burn like crazy for a while, but soon, you'll be running faster and longer than you ever thought possible. I've always hated running too, but now, I love it. That's why this shoe was literally a life-changing purchase. I absolutely recommend this shoe to everyone. November 22, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 Best Training Shoes. Period. Adidas is ahead of the game when it comes to minimalist training shoes. As a strength coaching these are the #1 training shoe that I recommend. They are also great to train in giving you the benefits of barefoot training paired with some cushioning for serious weight training, speed, and plyometric work. November 3, 2011

Rated 5 out of 5 by Love em! I just got the adiPure Trainer Shoes a week ago to wear during the Insanity workout program. My feet never hurt during or after. The fit is perfect! I've always been an Adidas fan and I'm glad they put these out for us to wear. I have the black with grey shoes, because I'm not a flashy guy to wear the red or neon yellow. I like to wear size 12 with most shoes just for slight looseness and comfortability, but I got 11 1/2 because I knew I would need it to fit closely around my feet, and it fits great. Super light shoes, and it's a must buy if you like the idea of toe shoes, especially to wear during cardio workouts and such. March 18, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by I will never use a different shoe! I am a multi-sport highschool athlete, so I lift weights and train a LOT. I purchased these shoes only for weight room and indoor training purposes. I was impressed as soon as I took them out of the box! They fit my feet very well and are EXTREMELY comfortable. I have very flat feet with no arch whatsoever. I normally wear custom orthodic inserts in my shoes, but it was starting to make my feet feel very uncomfortable while doing squats and power cleans, so finding comfortable shoes for the weight room was a challenge. Not anymore! These conform to my feet and let them move freely and naturally, just the way it should be. I will never use another shoe in the weight room. This is my go-to training shoe for everything indoors! I HIGHLY recommend this shoe to anybody looking for a great shoe to train in. Whether you lift weights, do cross-training, plyometrics, or any kind of physical exercise. They are very durable and will last you a long time. It feels different at first, but you quickly get used to it and even forget you're wearing shoes! If you are considering this shoe, buy it! May 31, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for Full Squats and Deadlifts Adipure Trainer shoes are used for performing full squats and deadlifts. For both exercises my feet are very stable and I have a good feel of weight distribution about the feet. There is excellent feedback if I have the proper distribution. The shoes are also great for doing exercises for the calves. November 23, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Purchase The shoes are great, one problem I have is that it is extremely hard to get your pinkie toes inside the slot. But once it's in it feels great to have a natural feeling and my toes not always crammed together. A cool bonus is that you can move each toe individually. Water proof on the top, but not on the bottom, do not use in the rain or step in puddles. April 7, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoes! I have been running barefoot for couple of years now. My wife is concerned about me getting my foot cut on a piece of glass or other debris so she bought me a pair of these for Christmas. I had to get used to the feel but once I got accustom to them they are great. I wear them around the house just because I like the way they feel. I use them to run and do P90X. The only things I would like more is to have a sole that is a bit more silicone to provide a stickier surface (for climbing) and a bit more flexibility in the toe joints. Still a great shoe regardless. January 25, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by adiPURE Being a Doctor of Natural Health as well as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist, I know how important it is to have appropriate foot action when performing sports or other activities. I have worn my adiPURE while training, running, and even during some MMA training, and I've been happy with the action of the footwear. My only issue with them is that when I get sweaty, they slide on my feet. I purchased the same size adiPure that I get in gym shoe. I think that if I got a size smaller, they may fit better when I sweat. January 29, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by My feet love me My feet love me for making this purchase. These are the most comfortable "trainer" I have ever worn. Mind you, the damage we have done to our feet since the invention of the shoe is immense and at first fit, you will have to guide your toes into the digits(toes). Start off by wearing little bits at a time so your feet can get use to them. But after your toes and feet get accustomed to it, your feet will love you too. I currently use my Adipure Trainers to do Insanity and P90X. And will use them to do Crossfit once I start that. The only flaw on this shoe is the slip on design, especially for first time users of this type of shoe. But I'm sure Adidas is aware of it's only flaw with this product. The feel, the weight, the overall effectiveness of this product really impressed me and when it comes to a gym shoe or trainer...I will NEVER wear ANYTHING ELSE!! January 3, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful I bought these shoes as a cheaper alternative to the Vibram FiveFingers. I've had them for just under half a year, and I've logged around 500 miles in these from running alone. When you include the wear and tear of other activities like unicycling, rock climbing, and parkour, these shoes have held up great. They were just slightly too large when I got them, but that hasn't been a problem. The only thing that's been a hassle with these shoes is the awful smell. They pretty much capture all the sweat as if they were socks, so you absolutely HAVE to either wash these or wear toe socks with them. I've found that soaking them in baking soda and warm water, then letting them hang and air dry helps tremendously. Patting your feet with a little bit of baby powder before putting these on also helps. June 9, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by My new favorite shoes I've probably owned 50 pairs of Adidas in my life and these are by far the best. One thing I'm surprised to one has mentioned here yet is how warm they are even in cold weather. And my feet do not get sweaty or wet, even in rain. While they may not look the part, these are my every day shoes. I don't think it would be possible for a shoe to be more comfortable than these are. The only downside (other than my wife wishing I wouldn't wear them in social settings) is that they for sure take longer to put on than normal shoes. Sometimes I can get them on first try, but more often than not it takes a couple tries to get each toe in its proper place. I don't see how this could ever be solved, but it's a very minor inconvenience. I'd love to see a few more color choices in the future or on the next model of these. December 31, 2011

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bye-Bye Plantar Fasciitis I developed plantar fasciitis 2 weeks into Insanity. It took 5 months to heal. I learned that soldiers interested in special ops train barefoot (at times). Also, many successful long-distance runners train barefoot as well. I am HAPPY to say I have resumed Insanity and plantar fasciitis is nowhere in sight. YES! These shoes are also great in the dojo! March 28, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Thing Ever Used to have the Fila Skele-Toes but I did not like the fact the the 4th and 5th toes were stuck together. These seperate every toe and support my knees and ankles during squats, hang clean/snatch, and clean and jerk. Really supports natural movements and stengthens your lower body. June 6, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best shoe ever I ran my first 1/2 marathon in these shoes this past weekend. I won't run in anything else. The shoes are so natural that I glided along. The soles are very durable but are thin enough to give you a true "barefoot" feel. Love these shoes! May 21, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing shoes These shoes are a perfect fit. I have the Vibram version of these and am amazed at how much more comfortable these are than those. Running or walking in them is awesome! December 15, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by I truly love wearing these Shoes They are eye catching, super comfortable. Everyone stops me and ask about them. I love working out with them but don't run in them. Not enough cushion for that type of exercise. But, it wasnt meant for running. Well ventilated, your feet dont get hot. Another side note. I have a very wide foot and these shoes dont give me any discomfort. Great overall shoe. January 3, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! last week I was running on concrete with bear feet, because my friends and I were racing and I lost my shoes but I ran any way. the day after my feet HURT!! it hurt so bad I could not were shoes. Rated 5 out of 5 by Bye Bye Sore Feet I had to write a review for these shoes. I was very skiptable about these shoes at first. I train in P90X and Inanity. The bottom of my feet always start to hurt about 20 to 30 minutes into a workout. I bought these shoes and a training mat and bam, no more sore feet. I can finish the workouts with perfect feet. I tried training with running shoes on my training mat and it felt awkward. These feel so natural and it helps my balance a lot more. Forcing me to land correctly on the balls of my feet. I've even noticed my calves get more of a workout. The also have just the right amount of arch support. If you're like me, and you've tried tons of shoes without any success, I'd recommend these training shoes. (With a mat at least, for me) I bought the thin socks from REI and there a perfect fit. I didn't like the sweaty feel without a thin sock, your call. I would also recommend getting a 1/2 size smaller then your normal size, you want a glove like fit. Give them a try and don't worry if they feel weird at first. You'll get use to them. With a little time, your little pinky toe will even start going into place on the first try. lol March 18, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by These Shoes Saved My Career I'm in the Air Force and have to take a PT test twice a year. I use to really struggle running a mile in a half in under 13 minutes but since I got these Adipure shoes running is so much easier. I've cut over a minute off my 6 laps. I no longer have to worry about failing my test and getting booted out of the Air Force. Thank you Adidas. There are only shoes I will ever run in July 30, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoes, worth every penny... It's my first time buying this style, and although I was apprehensive about it, after a month, I can now say it was worth it. I know they aren't the coolest looking shoes out there but being combat arms in the military, I wore all types of training shoes, and these are some of the most comfortable and supportive shoes I've ever worn! I used to make fun of the guys wearing these type of shoes, and although I wouldn't take my comments about the looks of them back, I now understand why they wear them. It all leads back to the old saying; don't knock it til you try it! April 8, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Second Skin It's like wearing gloves on your feet. They are very comfortable once you get used to having them separate your toes and I love the traction and comfortable arch. Getting them on is the most difficult thing so besides that I might actually get these in another color than red. April 30, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by I can walk again! For Thanksgiving I went to Las Vegas with my family. We did a lot of walking on the strip and my feet did not thank me at all. I have plantar fasciitis and the more I walk the worse my heels and arches get. We stopped by the Adidas store and I was curious about the Adipure Trainers. I tried on a pair and I was pleasantly surprised that my foot pain instantly went away! I tried other five finger and barefoot trainer shoes and none of them compared to the Adidas Adipure Trainers. The store didn't have the color I wanted so my wife got me a pair for Christmas. I've worn them every day since I got them and my feet feet great! I can't wait to try them out in the gym. They are by far the best shoes I've owned based solely on the fact that they've illuminated my chronic foot pain. I highly recommend trying them out. They may take a little getting used to but after I while you don't even feel them on your feet. They are very light and comfortable. I will note that I wear a size 7 and I ended up getting a size 7.5. They were a perfect fit for me. I now believe that heavy shoes that don't flex properly to the natural contours of my feet are what have contributed to my foot pain. I like these shoes so much that I think I might have to get a second pair! Thanks Adidas! December 27, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best workout shoes! If you want the next level then here is the answer. 1. they look good 2. they feel good and 3. they work your entire body when you wear them. ADIDAS!!! March 28, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by best training shoes. This is my second pair of trainers and let me tell you they are the best ever! They fit like a glove and consisently exceed expectations, especially at the gym. Just talking about them makes me want to work out! After I purchased the black and silver, the latest men's color scheme was amazing so I had to buy a second pair. As of yet, I have not seen anyone else wear these shoes. The only downside is the shoe does get a bit sweaty. Would be nice to have some toe socks Adidas! February 4, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Real Men wear toe shoes! I was a sceptic and originally thought these things were a fad. While the later may be true I am happy I gave them a try and may never be able to enjoy a session without. January 11, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Workout Shoe! I was a little hesitant about ordering this type of shoe but decided to try the Adidas version. I could not have been more impressed with this shoe. I have problems with some spots on my feet that hurt with normal running type shoes and they don't hurt at all with these. You can feel the increased stability and balance while working out plus an increased range of motion. It does take a little getting used to putting them on to get all your toes in the right place. I highly recommend these to anyone looking to try out this type of shoe. February 26, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Looks odd, feels good I really like these shoes. If you like being barefoot, these are great. I use them most of the time, but have not been brave enough to run in them. Just make sure you get the rigth size so they fit well. They also have openings at the bottom of the shoe, which helps your feet breath and not smell as bad a Vibrams, but your feet will get wet if you walk in the rain. December 30, 2011

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great training Shoe! At first it took a little while to get my narrow toes used to spreading apart, but once I got used to that I really enjoy training in these. I do crossfit type training, and they feel and perform great on plyometric type exercises and all basic weight training exercises. They are extremely comfortable, I would definitely recommend them! Rated 5 out of 5 by My favoite shoe After reading Anthony Field's book, "How I Got My Wiggle Back" I learned how important the foot is to one's overall health and well being. Along with foot stretching exercises to "release the human spring" and going barefoot, I purchased the adipure trainer to follow the Anthony's guidelines for wearing lite-weight, non-restrictive shoes. Initially I was interested in the Vibram line, but I could not find a style that suited my preferences: no straps or ties and coverage over the top of the foot. Then I discoverd the Adipure Trainer, read its reviews and purchased it for both myself and husband. I am a female with a size D foot, so I decided to purchase the men's model in a 6.5--it fit like a glove. My husband got a size 15, which fit in the legnth, but seemed to fit much looser in the width. Interestingly, after I washed his shoes according to the instructions, they fit him perfectly. I have to say that it took a good 5-10 minutes for me to get used to these shoes initially as they seemed to squeeze my toes--but then that sensation disappeared, I find them easy to put on (after the first couple of tries in which my toes had to learn what to do. It's kind of like putting gloves on a toddler). I also had the sensation of pressure and rubbing on my right ankle, and upon inspection I found the shoe was not touching that area. After using the "spring" releasing technique (from Anothon'y Field's book) in that area of my foot, that sensation went away. I have been using these shoes indoors, in the gym, running, jumping, walking, and driving and am finding them not only comfortable, but I can run and jump like a kid again. March 13, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by The adiPure Trainer I never like this style shoe until I saw the adidas version in a magazine that I receive on a monthly basis. The shoe got very good reviews and appear to be great in the gym. I figured I would try them out for one of my new Spring/Summer gym shoes. These are great and light weight, and look good as well. Rated 5 out of 5 by Most amazing trainer ever! By far the best shoe I have ever worn. I love the way it hugs my feet with every move. I love not having to worry about my laces coming undone so these are perfect. And being a toe runner it is amazing to have such response and reaction to what I do and how I move. Keep up the great work ADIDAS! January 3, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Epic, cool, whatever you want to call them. These shoes feel weird at first, but once you get used to them, they're quite awesome. They feel great when you walk, jog, or even run. Not ideal for cold conditions as they have tiny pores in them from the top so that your feet can breathe a bit. February 9, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Extremly difficult to get them in I like the shoes, but they are Extremly difficult to get them in, especial the little toe. Te little toe is almost extremely difficult to get it in place, I had spend like 15 minutes to put them on, I just hope with time it get easy to put them on. October 29, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by My new favorite shoes I workout everyday at home and travel quite a bit (110k miles in 2011). I was hesitant to buy these shoes but was looking for something lightweight that would simulate barefoot workouts and travel easily. I just bought the adipures and LOVE them. They are comfy, super versatile and I just bought a second pair. I am very particular with shoes and only wear adidas -- along with my adizero F50s these are now my staples. January 16, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good to see this from more brands The soles in these shoes feel thicker than my VFF KSO's, but the concept is the same. By far the best shoe decision you can make, is a barefoot shoe. Be it training or day-to-day life, my toe shoes are my full-time shoe. November 17, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by very good adipure trainer is a good tenis for any sport except soccer only bad is in cold clima the foot is really cold but this im use this for running and scuash play and is good. January 16, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fit Like A Glove! My family wasn't too sure about my style choice when they saw the adipure trainers, but they all agreed they fit my personality. I love love love the adipure trainers! They literally fit my feet like a glove. I was surprised at the level of support they had on my arches. It's as though you're wearing sandals, or no shoes at all, but with all of the support shoes give you. I have yet to work out with them, but will write a new review after my first week of training. Rated 5 out of 5 by adidas adipure wunderbar yeah, first review and that even in english :) the adidas adipure are great shoes to use for your daily weight training and even for the additional walk in the park. they do smell like gouda cheese but that can be reduced by handwashing them and using the 5 fingers socks. they dont sell tehm in germany and people do notice what strange shoes i wear but they are comfy and fit really good. ps the ladies hate our like them so its 50% 50% wich is a good feeling ;) March 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by no regrets! love these toesies wish adidas made socks for them January 22, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good buy! I would recommend these but I will note that depending on your foot type, it can take some getting used to. They feel good on all surfaces though. Well I haven't done anything like hiking but you get the point I hope. Try em out! January 25, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best true training shoes ever I absolutely love these shoes. They are better than advertised, & really do make a difference in perfomance. They dont "enhance" anything but rather give you a true feel for how your body performs in a more natural state without a lot of rubber & plastic like most "training" shoes these days. Finally, someone got the right idea! Thanks Adidas! February 1, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Happy first-time buyer of toed shoes Not sure about the $90 price tag, but overall fit, comfort and training application has been good. My only lingering concern is about possible foot odor. I bought some toed socks to hopefully reduce moisture and odor. I never wear shoes without socks, so I am unsure about these trainers. Also, getting the shoes on has been tricky. My toes don't easily find the toe beds and I find myself having to do a lot of adjusting to get them in the right spots. February 19, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by If your feet hurt try on this shoe, You will buy! I had a motorcycle accident three weeks ago. My feet although no broken bones hurt real bad even three weeks later, Even my most comfortable shoes now hurt my feet! My feet feel so much better with no shoes on, I planed a trip to Disney World two monthes ago, that I leave for in a week, I was afraid that my trip was going to be ruined, How was I going to walk the park in shoes that hurt? So I started shopping for shoes, I bought two pairs, both felt good at first but after an hour or so they started hurting, I ended up at a store that sold Adidas and saw the Adipure Trainer shoes and thought " Those look funny" and thought I would never wear a shoe like that, but I tried them on just because they looked so strange and I wanted to know how weird they would feel... They were not weird at all, they were so comfortable, but I had been fooled by other shoes in the past, but they feelt so good I bought them. As soon as I got back in the parking lot I put them on again and wore them the rest of the day about nine hours... they still felt so GOOD, I am soo looking forward to my vacation once again!!! One added bonus.. The last time I went to Disney World my forth toe keept stepping on my fifth toe after about three days of that I resorted to wrapping each toe in a bandaid.... No need for that now that each toe has its own seperate "glove" This shoe should not be marketed only as athletic, but also as therapeutic, The price was higher than I intended to spend that day but once I put them on,... there was no doubt I was going to buy them. I spent at least two times the money I was willing too... And it was the best money I ever spent! I have hurt feet and these shoes realy help. I can't imagine how good they must feel for somone with good feet! Buy this shoe, even if you think it looks funny, you will not regret it!! June 25, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Never Again Just bought the shoe at Sports Authority three days ago. It took me a couple of minutes to put them on at the store however I figured it would get easier to put them on the more I used them. Well after 15 minutes of trying this morning I gave up and ran with my old shoes. How disappointing. I did manage to run in them three days ago and they felt fine. I just can't afford to spend half an hour trying to put them on. November 15, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Toes are free....... A buddy had a pair by another brand on a camping trip a few seasons back! After seeing them a know I wanted a pair. However I never pulled the trigger, but this Christmas I received a pair. Being a Adidas brand loyal guy I was so excited to see they were Adidas...... feet are breaking them in, feel like professional driving gloves for my feet! I'm sold an will be looking to add more in different colors to my closet! December 28, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoes I have had these shoes since Christmas in 2011 and I think they are the best shoes I have ever had. They are comfortable and I am going to get another pair for walking around instead of work what I use them for now. Over all, great. April 22, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by first experience with "minimalist" footwear Using these strictly for running on the treadmill and doing p90x in my home. Usually wear a 12 in sneakers for extra comfort so ordered these in an 11.5 after trying on an 11.5 size Adidas training shoe at Sports Authority felt good. Very snug fit which I believe is how they should feel. Great for plyometrics and cardio workouts. Pinky toe a little funny but overall recommend for in-home training. February 8, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best toe shoe They fit best and have room for my toe socks without being bunched up. I love them January 31, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good training shoe At first, i couldn't even get the things on. However, once I got them on and started to wear them a couple times, I found that they were comfortable and a great trainer shoe for the gym. They are like socks, except they are not. For the gym, these trainer shoes are comfortable and give you the flexibility and support you need in the gym. January 24, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by BEST EVER!!! These shoes are absolutely amazing! I have had the vibram versions and these are way better! Better fit and better look!! These fit exactly to the show size and I would definitely recommend these to ANYONE!!! January 5, 2012
