I needed some jogging shorts that weren't too long or too short. I'm 5'10" and the XL fits perfectly, just above the knee.
Plus I really like the style.

I got a mans small for my 13 year old son who is about 120 and 5'6 and the waist fit but they are way too short! This should give anyone else a better idea of what they need.

My only problem with it is that it runs a little bit short. Order one size bigger than you usually wear is my advice. Otherwise, this short is really great and comfortable.

I think these shorts are great, they are breathable, comfortable, light and easy to wear, they are short which is what makes them great for soccer, plus jogging/training.
