Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent Have been running in Supernova Seq for about 2 years. Great shoes for routine 4-6 milers / 20-30 miles per week. I really wish they offered them in more basic colors. Simple Blue on White and reflective. Color options are the only downside to these and strictly as running shoes are the best I've found for support and take the pounding. At an avg 25 miles per week I can get about 4 months out of them which exceeds what I've gotten out of other running shoes. Again, I just wish they would have a less flashy color option. Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Shoe Once Again!!! This is the second Adidas running shoe I purchase and once again I am completely satisfied! I would always pay good money for a running shoe but I would simply go to the local foot locker type of store and buy what the sales person would recommend and what felt the most comfortable. Then I went to a running store and got fitted into an earlier model Super Nova and I will forever go back to a running store! I run 4 times a week anywhere from 3 to 7 miles, 3 is a fast pace and 7 is more of a jog, all out doors and the shoes have exceeded my expectations! March 31, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Supernova Sequence 5 = Best To Date I have run in Adidas since 1994 (tried others from time ot time and return to Adidas). Always chose a stability shoe. Supernova Sequence 5 is the best Adidis Sability shoe. In addition to the Torsion System, I need a well cushioned toe. This shoe does both. Also like the high-heel cup - just feels snug & secure when running. April 7, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Feel the technology in every step. I have 4 different Adidas running shoes, and these must be the ones with the most technology on them. You can feel the technology in every step, in the way you won't feel the floor, and in the way your feet will feel so comfortable on them. The design is outstanding, the colors are great. The only thing I disliked about these shoes, is the fact that they are too wide in the front. All my shoes are size 12, and these I should have bought size 11 1/2. If you want them, I recommend you buy them on a store, and try them out first. March 20, 2013

Since I primarily run on pavement, the well-designed adiprene torsion system absorbs the repeated pounding and minimizes the negative effect on my knees. Aesthetically, the Sequence 5 shoes are sharp-looking and can be worn casually, too. February 3, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 Marathons and beyond Have been running marathons in Supernovas for years. Before finding this shoe, I tried every other brand/shoe I could get my hands on...and for my particular feet and running style, nothing tops it. The consistent fit/feel is wonderful too. May 1, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by don't buy this one 1) look strange, three chrome shinning bars on both sides, suitable for boys under 15 years old. 2) very poor performance, I wear it for running and walking, after 20 minutes, it hurt my leg, the shore's bottom is too hard. March 17, 2013
