Rated 5 out of 5 by AWESOME Since its inception. The Supernova Glide series has provided me with the support needed for seriously long runs. Since the 1st series till now I have purchased 14 pairs of Glides. I have run 5 marathons, 7 half marathons, and numerous other races. I also coach 10k and half marathon training teams. Not once have I had a blister nor have I lost any toenails. In fact the only part that doesn't hurt are my feet. Just try a pair. Put any other shoe on one foot and a glide on the other. Slam you foot on the ground and you will notice the glide disperses the foot strike phenomenally better. The fit is awesome and well worth the price. Before I found these shoes I fractured the 5th metatarsal on both feet. Since I have had the glides I have never had a problem. Do your foot a favor and get the new Supernova Glide 4 January 26, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Running on Concrete My name is Ali 35 Years olds I am running every day more around 4 miles on concrete and asphalt road my previous sport shoes was Puma and after that i bought ECCO (Den) but after a while i feel Unpleasant and chronic on my knee after 1.5 miles when i bought Super nova glide 4 i really feel great I reccomend it if your run on hard road and concrete it really absorb the shocks specially on your knee the air circulation completely feel inside the shoe space anti formation part is compeletly shows it's duty when the road are a alittle uneven i hope this Progress and comfort to continue in fe April 13, 2012

Years of powerlifting and sedentary lifestyle and being a bigger and heavier man meant that running was pretty much out. Until I found the Glides. Not only did they do whatever magic they did to alleviate my feet and joint problems, they were comfortable to wear. Half-hour run or longer? No problem! Well, not from the perspectives of the shoes, or my feet or knees - which outlast my heart and lungs. Paired with miCoach, and these shoes turned me into a runner. I have ran over the last week and I do not have any residual pain on the outside part of my foot. Big Difference. Great shoe so far and expect to buy another pair shortly. February 27, 2012

For 5 years I suffered from pain in the heel of my right foot, I can not foot long and less thought that i will ever could run. Before buying the supernova glide 4, I used some common "running shoes" to start running and the price was a two weeks full of pain of pain and rest to my house and then when I decided to buy this shoes based on reviews from other users and research in specialized sites . I could not do better buy, it is amazing how I can do walk and then run and virtually the pain is gone. The level of cushioning in the heel is incredible without being gelatinous, the impact is completely absorbed, is light and very visually appealing, tennis breathe properly and is firm. This is the first time in my life I write a review about a product, because the truth is worth. If you are a novice rider looking for neutral shoes and cushioned, use the supernova glide 4 August 14, 2012

These are even better and in my opinion have a little more style. Very sleek, cool look. Does not have your typical look for a good running shoe but performs better than most. Highly recommended. Rated 1 out of 5 by Ruined a great running shoe I have run in Supernovas for years and have loved them. Why change a great shoe? There is no longer the forefoot cushioning that it used to have causing the balls of my feet to ache and shin splints. I have had to go back and run in old supernovas that are dead because it still has more cushioning in the front of the shoe than the new design. Not everyone wants to go the route of feeling the road or barefoot running. Bring back the old design!! October 18, 2012

Yet these shoes wear out far too quickly 100-150 miles, due to it's lower profile(vs.Glide 3), foot pad perimeter just too soft. I have 10 pair, rotate them daily, but these just don't hold up... Rated 3 out of 5 by not for high milage I bought 2 pair of supernovas glide 4 shoes about 2 months back. Use one for races and one for training. The one I use for races has less than 100 miles on it and is already wearing of at the heels. These are supposed to be high milage shoes. Still need to make 5 payments but the shoe will be useless in a months time November 22, 2012
