Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Running shoe so far!! I decided to try these Supernova Sequence 5 running shoes, since I only like wearing Adidas running shoes (my preference). Although there have been shoes I didn't like and also ones I have liked from Adidas, these shoes have outperformed all the good ones. Its sturdy, comfortable, light, and good-looking. I have had mine for about 2 months now, and they are still great. By the way, I run/sprint about 25 miles each week, so they take a pounding, but they still hold-up very well. I purchased these for running-only, but I just find myself wearing them wherever I go. You won't be disappointed with these pair of shoes. TRUST ME November 27, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Supernove goes SuperShoe!! I have been running with several top running brands and even the last two models of the Sequence. The Sequence 5 is a great shoe. It feels light, it is super supportive and fits like a glove. pro-moderator is a great new technology and is making a major difference to the weight and feel of the shoe. Good heel fit and lovely guidance from heel to toe-off. If had could criticise one thing... the wear on the mid-foot rubber is abit hectic. My pair is only 300km's old and already the soles are very worn and thin. However, this could be due to my recent transition to a more mid-/forefoot running style. All and all a great shoe! Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Distance Training Shoes The shoes feel amazing on your feet. I have weak arches and it helps strengthen them without rubbing too hard to make them hurt. The weight is perfect, so when I strap on some flats I feel much faster! The shoe is solid with a flexible forefoot. June 28, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Stable and light but what is the left shoe insert? Got these 2 weeks ago and at first they felt great. Then I noticed pain in the arch of my left foot. I took out the innersole and found a recess in the arch area of the left shoe where a foam tablet was placed. The right shoe has no recess or tablet. Why? I can't find any documentation for this and I don't know if taking it out is the right thing to do long term but my next run of 13miles felt much better. Can someone explain what this is about? Rated 4 out of 5 by Basically Satisfied but There's a Few Problems I really like Supernovas (this is my third pair). They're very good running shoes for my feet. I had a few problems though. First, I wanted the orange and grey ones but they weren't available in my size so I settled for the silver and white (boring). Second, while my last pair were tight, this pair runs big. Both are 9.5 and both are made in China. Third, the tongue of the shoes is a bit short. Finally, I ended up paying almost $125 with tax. I remember my last pair being something like $80-85. Rated 5 out of 5 by Wow!!! With an eye popping color I could't wait to put them on. These shoes were so bright I felt save as I ran through the city streets. I just new the cars could see me, and that felt comforting. My run, Wow!!! Felt like I was driving with brand new tires. Very smooth. I didn't brake these shoes in. They just took me for a ride. Rated 5 out of 5 by My First Adidas in Years My Supernova Sequence 5 (size 9.5) arrived within 3-days! I consider that very fast considering shipping was free. It arrived in perfect condition and looks exactly as pictured. Have used it only twice, but it appears to be well built, is very comfortable and looks classy with the silver Adidas stripes. I currently have Nike and New Balance shoes. This is the first Adidas I've purchased in many years but after this pair, I'm considering buying more. May 2, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Adidas once again I'd used Adidas in the past and was very happy with the fit. When they finally wore out, there wasn't a retailer that stocked Adidas close by. I chose another brand as a replacement. Big mistake. Now, I'm back with Adidas in a pair of the supernova sequence 5s and will stick with what works for me from now on. April 16, 2013

I've worn a lot of different shoes over the years but only the Supernova for that last 5 or 6 years. Unless they change the design, I can't imagine running in different model.
