The 2012 Adidas Boston Marathon shorts had a flimsy mesh key pocket that got a hole in it the first time I ran with my car key. They seem to have fixed it this time -- by leaving out then key pocket entirely! Key pockets are useful to essential in running shorts, and I find it unacceptable that this item lacks one.

Good running shorts. Made pretty well. So far have run three 6-mile routes and they felt good and were pretty comfortable. The little pocket was good for my pack of GU. Even with the stock mesh brief liner they still felt good with compression shorts underneath.

Been running for over 30 years and only my second pair of Adidas shorts (pricey). Got these to offer solidarity for BAA. Great for long runs or speed work and seem to be dry most of the run. Worth the price.
