These shoes are awesome! Not only is the cousioning in the back very good but ever in the fore foot it is good! I did a cardio circut with them and on the sprint it was really nice to have such a light shoe cause even though my legs were very heavy from being tired it made it easier cause i felt like i didnt have anything on my feet. These are a great shoe, although normally i buy a 8.5 in nikes and the 8 felt alot better than the 8.5. These shoes are great!

This shoe was not what I was expecting. The volume in the forefoot feels a little slopey. As does the heel. I feel like the stack height in the heel is more then 9mm. I'm a total fan of the Adios as my go to shoe for road and trail, so that's where I'm coming from. What do I expect? Sonic 5.0. Take the uppers of the Tempo (Sprint Web), take out the motion control device in the mid-foot of the Tempo, slap on the sole of the Sonic and reduce the stack height to 6-7mm and you have a winner in my opinion. Something that is a bridge between the Adios and any one of your "trail shoes". Just my opinion.

Just got these shoes recently and I can't find a bad thing about them so far. Great fit for my feet, very light, very comfortable, and the shoes are not overly expensive. Defiantly recommend them to anyone looking for a work shoe or a work out shoe.

I bought these for my freshman year of high school track. Also being a long distance runner I must say these shoes are extremely versatile, either on the track or hitting the trails these provide excellent grip. And the heel cushioning seals the deal. These shoes are so comfortable that not only do I wear them casually, but my feat reject any other shoe! Once these shoes are broken in, you'll never want to put them off!
