Form fitting and light weight. I love the classic black shoe with white adidas stripes so i was willing to try these. Sized smaller than they list (had to re-order 1/2 size larger) and a snug fit, but not too much so (I always order medium width shoes). The shoes arrived pre-formed with an upward sweep at the toe (much like folks with high arches see their shows do after some wear). The sole is comfortable but I would not use these for any atheletic training. Great looking 'day' shoe for people who walk a lot. Probably make for a decent hiker but not a running shoe. VERY light weight.

I'm a devout Adidas customer going way back and I can almost always find what I'm looking for in a shoe, cleat or even boot from Adidas. The AX 1 was perfect for what I need, a mix of cross-training and outdoor ability and it has a an excellent structure across the base of the foot.

Very comfy, and well made. Just a teeny bit on the narrow side but it doesn't make it uncomfortable.

dint like the shoes to small and to return the Adidas will no pay the return so I will not buy a par of shoes fro this places
