Rated 3 out of 5Â by seandil OK, but narrow
I like the leather, but there is little arch support in these. I would not want to walk in them either, for fitness over a half mile. The biggest problem is that they are too narrow for my EE width. I got them for weight lifting, and short fitness walks. The over the ankle support will help me. I am 300+ lbs. Once I break them in, I feel they will suit my purpose. I am a sucker for on sale items. If you are heavy, and want to build up to 2 or 3 mile walks, choose something else. If you have a wide foot, do the same. However, for walking around inside or working in the yard, or weightlifting, these will work. If need support, NO.

The SIXTUS MID SNEAKER fits true to size and looks like a cross between a boxer's boot, wrestling shoes, and high top Chuck Taylor's (although the Sixtus is more durable and stiff than the CT Converse).
I usually wear between a Men's 9.5 - 10, and I decided to get these in 9.5 and they fit perfectly.
They look lean and mean, although I've noticed the eyelets around the ankle make noise when you walk if you don't thread the laces all the way up, and it gives a nice clean and sexy looking profile that goes great with jeans or shorts.
Since I just got them I haven't worn them for extended periods of time and walking long distances, but so far they're comfortable out of the box, and I feel no hot spots or tightness.
I recommend these as an addition to Chuck's and when you want to wear sneaker's with a tight looking contour. Definitely for Sneaker Heads.
