Rated 5 out of 5 by Once again, Old school still wins I purchashed two of these original pro models at my job months ago. Whenever I go out on a casual day or night on the town. I always get complemented and get asked, "Where did you get the Hi-top Shell Toes? I tell them from my job but they are rare at my job so it was meant for me to have them. These have great cushioning inside for comfort, but a lil piece of work to clean. Having they shell toe makes sure the front never creases in your walk, plus a great toe guard for protection. Rated 5 out of 5 by Never goes out of style I've been wearing Pro Models for a long time. The last time i purchased a pair was in 2009 and they weren't available for a while until lately with this reissue. Now the Adidas lettering is in gold trim unlike when i last purchased. The shoe feels great. Comfortable throughout the day and they don't hurt my feet or knees. I re-lace all of my Pro Models with fat laces for that old school look. Very durable and they last a LOONG TIME!! I have a few pair from the 90s i bought and they are old, but the material isn't torn and still serviceable. December 29, 2011

Since then I've purchased around 8 more pairs usually 2 at a time just in-case they go out of style again. Fit slightly bigger than my other shoes of same size but not much difference. I have spent over $100 on shoes and these are the best for the price. I love the high tops and a bunch of kids at school like them too. Perfect shoe! June 15, 2012

Why pay $185 dollars for MJS. when you can get the best Basketball Shoe ever made for $75 dollars, the proof is simple, put the pro model to the TEST, ON THE COURT. in the 1970s this was the shoe every pro and college player, and yes, high school player all over the WORLD would use, Simple ,Buy a pair of pro models and let us know. Rated 5 out of 5 by still ballin' at 47 purchase my first promodel in 1976,and this shoes are still made in france.and eversince for 10 years i only played ball in them,i love their cushioning breathability,whenever promodel is not around,adidas superstar will be my next pick. fit is good and until now i never suffered any major injury wearing them. at 47 i still rock with them! If I wear these for the rest of my life I'd be ok. White on white, and black on black, a pair for any occasion. I hope Adidas never stops making this model sneaker.. They're a staple in my wardrobe. The only thing is that they wrinkle very easily but there is no easy way around that. All in all, a great pair of shoe. May 26, 2012
