Rated 4 out of 5 by Recommend is really Yes/No Unfortunately I had to ship back because while the right size, the show was too small in terms of width. I generally need wide shoes. The shoe itself is awesome just doesn't run in my size. I did go to Bob's and purchases a different Addidas Campus shoe, I believe the regular campus and it was wider. So I did stick with Addidas. Rated 1 out of 5 by Campus 2 Suede Shoe sole broke in a few days I bought the Campus 2 Suede for indoor soccer training (because I need a size 15 and could not find an adidas indoor soccer shoe bigger than size 14). I have worn size 15 Copa cleats for decades. I like the fit and suppleness, and the traction of the Campus 2 Suede. However after just more than a week the sole of the left shoe broke laterally just under the arch. Very disappointing. I have to make time to get them to a shipping office to return them to Adidas. Adidas return policy advises it will take 2 months to process the return. I am still looking for a good indoor soccer shoe in a size 15. (Nike's size 15 is smaller than Adidas, so I would need a Nike 16, which I cannot find) January 17, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Stylish Shoe Great looking sneaker that gets a lot of compliments. It has a real old school look with the rich black suede upper. The white sole adds the finishing touch. The toungue has thin sides which are different and can be bothersome at first, but do actually help in getting the shoe on and the foot in place. Some disadvantages are that this is a narrow shoe and will not work for wide feet. They can be a bit tight at first but do ease up after loosening the laces and wearing for a few days. Since my first pair of Adidas Rom when I was 10 years old to my last purchase of the Adidas Campus 2, I stiil enjoy the look and smell of new Adidas shoes. I'm too old to wear white tennis shoes so the classic black shoe with white stripes is perfect for me. The Campus 2 breaks in very nicely and the original Adidas logo makes the Campus 2 very cool. The suede upper is extremely comfortable. This the only casual shoe I wear. I am a customer for life. If you want a very durable, comfortable, and classic shoe, the Adidas Campus 2 is the one for you. July 29, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Campus 2 not I've bought the classic Campus shoe several times since 1980. My last pair was a few years ago, made in India. This new pair I just returned was made in Indonesia and they must have contracted to one lame factory. These looked like counterfeit knock-offs. The color was wrong, the suede felt cheap and stiff, the rubber sole was hard and plastic, and even the design lacked the angles and flair of the original. This was simply not the same shoe. Too bad, as I've always loved these in the past. May 7, 2012

I am a female and wear a women's size 8 1/2 and bought the men's size 7 which leaves 1/4 inch wiggle room, arch support that women shoes don't have, and no blisters after walking the mall for two hours! Rated 3 out of 5 by Generally Good, One Problem I like this pair I bought. They look good and are of good construction and durability. The one problem I have is the shoe is too narrow with higher arches than I am used to. I am a fan of many varieties of flat soled and wider suede sneakers, my last few pairs being Converses and Pumas. I believe that because this Adidas pair is narrower in the instep with an actual strong arch, my feet find them uncomfortable to wear for long periods. I plan on wearing them more, and hope that the arches become softer and more comfortable as they wear in. August 31, 2012

I went to the store and there was great customer service, the girl helped me pick out the shoes and she let me order them rite there in the store. I love a company with great Custer service. Rated 3 out of 5 Nice sneaks, but... I've been wanting a pair of these for quite some time, and was pretty happy to finally get them. They look great, but on one of the sneakers (right foot), the bottom/rubber is bent up (from middle of shoe to big toe), so the whole front of sneaker sort of bends "up" on the inside. I can definitely feel it when I have the sneaker on, but am dealing with it. I'm assuming this is just a defect for this particular run maybe, and should have returned...but oh well. I've learned to live with it... Otherwise, I really like these sneaks... February 8, 2012

I've had three adult versions (blue). They're my all time favorite. Just be don't wear them in the rain. They are suede after all. The Adidas website is great, easy to access, easy to navigate, and super easy to order from. My order arrived quickly and without issue. I can't say how stoked I am about this entire experience, if I I have any issue with Adidas it would be the new 3 striped logo, what's wrong with the old school leaf? It's your namesake! Rated 1 out of 5 by let down I had a pair of "campus classics" for almost 2 years - good, comfortable, sturdy shoes. So when it came time to get a new pair, I tried to find the same shoe again. This is as close as I could find, and I can't wear them. There is very little interior padding, the shoe itself is quite narrow, and the suede feels rough. Overall, I miss my classics. May 30, 2012

They arrived in a box marked navy blue, however the color is a dark gray. This was ok with grandson. They do appear to be a quality shoe. They have a nice arch support in them. Then when i saw they were suede and i figured they had to super comfortable. I read the other reviews and decided to order them without ever trying them on. More importantly I returned a pair that cut into my heels and made them bleed. Adidas allowed me to return them and replaced them at no cost to me.
