These shoes are a great update to the d rose 3! I have both of them and between the two, I prefer playing in these. The ankle support is much better for me, and I think that it is because of that big semi-sphere near the ankle area on the shoe. On quick drives to the basket, these have awesome support and don't hinder your movement either. In fact, when I play in these shoes, sometimes I even forget I have anything on my feet. Also, the fit is great, but I will recommend for people with wide feet to go up half a size if they have wide feet, because these are a little narrow. Other than that, great shoe!

This shoe is simply the greatest I have ever played in for basketball. Let me tell you, I've tried some nice shoes throughout my basketball career so far. The traction on these are phenomenal, I can literally stop on a dime, no matter how dusty the court is . The cushioning is just as good, and the colorways are just sick. I got the black/light scarlet, and they look better in person, if that's even possible. Adidas has really upped the ante in performance basketball. This shoe feels so much better than the 2012 Hyperdunks, for everything I stated above. This is just me, but I feel like my ball-handling has gotten better just by the security I feel with these shoes. I will stick with the D-Rose line all through high school, that is a promise! Thanks Adidas, I really am impressed!

These shoes are sick. I did not realize how bad my prior shoes really were until I laced these up. All the sudden I has balance and increased speed. Just wish that the lower lines in adidas had comparable comfort so that I could say adidas is the way to go for basketball shoes. As far as look these things are sick. Wish they'd bring back the year of the snake cause even though I don't like to spend this much money on kicks I'd love a pair of them

Well one of us returned back to basketball this year after several years off for the military. I must say since I last purchased basketball shoes, technology has reduced the shoe weight almost in half.
This at first scared me, because I'm old school and it was high tops or at best some mid-tops. This shoe feel like my foot was naked, minus the heel lock-down. I truly loved it. Picking them up for the steal of $109. Well, that pretty much made the choice for me.
The comfort was outstanding, the only thing I can't wait to see is the 5, when they mix in techfit ;)

The D-Rose 3.5s I bought from Adidas might be the best basketball-related purchase I have ever made. They were on sale for $100 down from $160, and I could not pass them up. The cushioning, support, and stability are all top notch. These are by far the best hooping shoes I have ever worn. The design is also aesthetically pleasing, and I have received many complements about the way they look. If I had one complaint, it would be their width. I have wide feet, so they fit a little snug, but this is preferable to being loose. I highly recommend these shoes.

These shoes are SIMPLY AMAZING! I also own the AdiZero Rose 2.5 they are good shoes too! BUT these 3.5s are IT. great on the ankle support, VERY LIGHT and feel good at the bottom of your feet, esp. when running down the court and stopping quickly!!!! I did a half size up, cause i wear 2 pairs of socks, and an ankle brace. THEY CREASE EASY, 2nd time I wore them. I DON'T CARE THOUGH. GREAT SHOE. PRICE IS WHATEVER. BUT I LIKE TO LOOK GOOD BALLING! The drose 3.5 looks really nice and comfortable but I do not like the sole of the shoes because it doesnt have the circles on which makes the player be able to spin alot better in my opinion.
Since in drose 3.0 the stripes at the back of the shoes was from the drose 1 and 1.5 and I really want to get thoses shoes. So yeah I hope the next Drose shoes would be cool and comfortable and has the circles in the sole/bottom of the shoes. But overall the shoes is awsome.

This shoe is very good just like the d rose 3.0. It has some of the same features, like sprint-frame, traction, and new sprint web. The only thing that is different is the new design which also looks very cool. I was going to buy D rose 3.0, but it dis-continued because of the release of the D-rose 3.5. But anyways, I would recommend this shoes to people who don't already have the d rose 3.0.

Bought these shoes made a pair on miadidas. LOVE THEM! I would buy another pair. I have had the 2 2.5 and the 3.5. This pair is by far my favorite looking. They are comfy light weight, and great ankle support. If you want a great basketball shoe get there.

I had stop wearing basketball sneaks about ten years ago but the design of the new D Rose attracted my attention and for the first time in a long time I'm wearing basketball sneaks again and to be honest this is probably the last time I'll wear any other basketball sneak. that's how much I like this shoe. These have amazing traction, althought I wouldn't use them outdoors since the herringbone pattern is quite a thin one. Support is great, and these actually feel quite light on feet. Cushion is good, leading to a comfortable ride. Ventilation is among the best too. However, my only complaint is that it's runs narrow and this may be because I have wide feet, but I usually wear a size 10 to 11 but had to get a pair of 12.5 because they pinched the sides of my feet. But still, I can grow into them, so overall, top-notch shoe.

These shoes have been awesome. It took a little bit to break in the hi-top ankle supports but that's to be expected with every shoe. The lightness of the show has probably been the most impressive feature. I can literally feel myself running faster and jumping higher in the D Roses than I ever did in my Dwight Howard Super Beasts (another great pair of shoes) and the men I play ball with in the morning three times a week have definitely noticed as well as I fly by them for easy layups. I highly recommend these shoes.

I purchased these shoes in store, really like the unique design and the Chicago themes that come with most of Derrick's shoes.
VERY IMPORTANT:
When you purchase this shoe I suggest to go up a half size because they are made narrow. I wear a 10.5 and when I tried it on it was too tight, but I went up to an 11 and this is one of the more comfortable shoes I have purchased in recent memory.

These are really good. Very comfortable, great to play in. Traction is good, and it's stable when you land from a hard jump. The ankle cuff things are unique and creative, I like them. However, I ordered a 9.5 and I wear 9's. They fit almost perfect at the moment, except still a little narrow. The Rose's are always a little narrow, and I have wide feet, so that sucks. I pre-ordered these too for the season, so my feet might grow even more. It's just my personal difficulties, but overall I would recommend these!

One of the best shoes for a 1 or 2 guard. Traction and fit was great after a break in process. I must say that the shoe is very narrow. I believe they are an half size smaller than nikes. So go up a size.

I have had these shoes for about a month and they are great! They are really good for the price. I play basketball amazing with these shoes. Also, they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I just don't like the laces because they are thin and cotton and the ones in footlocker have good thick laces. Also, you can see that the side part of the outsole is painted poorly because the paint has texture.(Luckily mine was white, so you can't see difference)Overall, good shoe.

This shoe is honestly amazing. I love the comfort, the look, and the fact that it is based around the 3.0's. the 3.0's were amazing and I love the 3.5's. the graded semi-sphere ankle pillows are great. They feel almost as good as the 2.5's. overall, this shoe is sick and I would recommend it to any point guard/shooting guard who needs the extra support that the shoe provides. Great job adidas.

These are the Adidas shoes I liked most since T-Mac 3, great design and functionality, I recommend them, great for guards.
The only thing you should consider before your purchase is that the shoes are a little narrow, I have wide feet and had to go half size up.

Very nice shoes! Runs a little narrow tho, but that depends on what socks you use. If you use those crew socks it would feel tight towards that tippy toe. So i suggest if you dont plan to buy half size up you should use those think socks in order to get that "true to size" feel. Great quality and colorway btw!

My son wore these shoes for two days and quickly realized there was no tongue holder (stabilizer?). You can't run the laces through the tongue and so the tongue slid down under the laces and was very uncomfortable. We're very disappointed in the quality -- especially after the price rose from $110 to $160!!!!

These shoes are so comfortable, I would wear them with a tuxedo, can't beat Adidas for both comfort and looks combined. Most brands are one or the other. I wouldn't wear anything else on the court indoors or out, that's why I purchased two pairs.

I like the shoe, but it came too big, so I need to return them, get the smaller size and then make a final judgment. My feet measure out to size 15.5, so in some brands I actually wear a 16. This in a 15 was too big, my feet were swimming in them.
