Rated 4 out of 5 by Easy, Quick, Durable Not the greatest ankle support. But for those of you who want a quick, easy, durable and not to mention supportive ankle strap this is it. I've tried some ankle braces before, some where too bulky or too thin without providing support. This strap provides all of the elements that I was looking for in an ankle strap. It is lightweight, not too bulky, supportive and really easy to wear and take off. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is that it is a little overpriced. Paying $60 for a pair sounds a little pricey. I think $20 each for these straps sounds more reasonable. April 3, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice fit and great product This is awesome. I got it yesterday at an Adidas store and it is perfect size. There is no need to buy a size smaller or bigger. Speedwraps fit the size of your shoes. It really does prevent your ankles from rolling and keep them protected. This is only $30 and is cheap compared to other ankle braces. It is also super light. Best Adidas accessory ever and I seriously recommend it to all of you guys looking for ankle braces. June 18, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good ankle brace. When I hurt my ankle playing in the Kobe's, my peers and my coach said that it would be best that I get an ankle brace until I get better. Naturally, I got the ones that D.rose wears because he is my favorite player and these are the ones he wears. But I still had my doubts because I thought they would be uncomfortable, limit my mobility, or take away from my game. And when I played in them, I saw that I was wrong. They were super comfortable, didn't take away from my mobility or my vertical, and kept my ankles protected. I was very satisfied with them, so much that I will still wear them if my ankle is just bothering me. Great ankle braces. At first I wondered why they were priced so high. 60 dollars for both??? Rated 5 out of 5 by Best quick brace I've had to wear ankle braces or tap for almost 8 years now, so i know my way around braces. in terms of comfort speed and visual aesthetic these braces are the top of crop. Ive been taped ive worn, elastic support and light weight lace ups and light weight figure eight wraps, but in my experience these are the best. The fit is exceptional and it makes me feel secure and confident in my abilities, basketball is 90% confidence anyway, like most things its a mental game February 26, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hands down best ankle brace that I've ever worn I saw a web interview that Derrick Rose did and he spoke about how much that he loved the Adizero Speedwrap Ankle Brace and since I already bought the Adizero shoe, I figured I'd try it out. I had a grade 2 ankle sprain about 5 months ago and haven't been able to explode as well as I could prior to my injury. As it says on the back of the ankle brace, adidas adiZero Speedwrap, Super light weight ankle protection. Good durability. Be aware though, that the near bottom part of the hard plate-protected side might crease a little, but does not affect performance. Good lockdown, secure feel in the shoe. Recommended for all players who need a good, light ankle brace. July 24, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Work Great! The fit is great. In the past I have had trouble finding a comfortable ankle brace that fits well into football cleats, as well as high top basketball shoes. These ankle braces do both and give me the support I feel I need, yet flexible for movement in all my sports. On a funny note, they can be removed quickly. Just the other day at football practice, a bee flew on my leg, crawled under my ankle brace and stung me. I was able to get the brace off at record speed. :) I highly recommend Adizero speed wrap brace! August 29, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Ankle Brace Ever Period!! Love these!! They are extremely light and not so bulky opposed the first edition of the SpeedWraps, which I purchased also. Not only does these give great support, but your much more mobile and can slash to the court much quicker and feel confident you not going to sprain your ankle. They fit great with the Adizero DRose shoes as well. Must have!! January 19, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Work well for soccer! Used these the other day in a game and worked really well. Slim enough to not make your cleats feel too small, you can also feel a lot of support when you plant your foot. I wish the velcro strap on top wasn't so thick... Im sure it looks good with some high tops. It would be nice if they made one specifically to go with soccer cleats, or better yet built into the cleats. My favorite part is the spacing in front of the ankle by the laces, most braces always pinch there. Also wanted to note they run small. Over all great...any one who has rolled their ankle and wants to play to be able to play another game should get these! February 26, 2013

Most ankle braces make my ankle sweat and hot, but with the adiZero construction it made my ankle cooler. And the coolness leading to better performance on the court. Ankle Support: 9.5/10 These ankle brace's ankle support are outstanding. Not just some fabric that you throw together and call a ankle brace, but this brace is built tough. A hard shell on the outside bone of your ankle prevents any hyperextension. I would say this ankle support is more of a preventer that a healing brace. Fit: 8/10 The fit of this ankle wrap, to me, was a little more on the tighter side. I wear a size 10.5 and thought I would get a size M brace, that might be my mistake. But the tightness turned out to my advantage a bit. Material: 8.5/10 The adiZero material is great, one of my all time favorites of adidas shoes. The brace feels like it would stand up to a lot of abuse. However, once worn a lot, it could develop visible fold creases which might not look that attractive. Longevity: 8.5/10 This brace would definitely last me a long time build on it's construction. adidas products have always been a first for me. Hope this review helped some of you! September 12, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Very nice braces! I've used many ankle braces over the years, mostly the lace up kind. These adiZero speedwraps are great! I use them with the D Rose shoes and combined they feel lighter than my last pair of adidas shoes!! They fit VERY snug, almost too snug. I wear 12's and the Larges barely fit! I remember wearing the lace up kind and I always had a hard time fitting them inside whatever shoe I had. Don't have that problem with these. They fit tight...with the hard side being the outside of your foot, the inside soft. The adjustable velcro strap is nice. I've played in them only once (first time, post surgery), it felt great! Forgot I was wearing them. It didn't feel like I had braces on AND the shoes. It felt like I had one piece on either foot. I had surgery on both of my achilles just over a year ago...I was worried these might rub the back of my ankles, but they didn't. If you've been thinking about getting them...get them. They are extremely light...and as we all know..lighter makes you faster and......FAST DON'T LIE!! lol I'll be putting the same review for both sides, left, right. January 21, 2011

When I first seen D Rose(my favorite player) playing in the Adidas Adizero Speedwrap, I knew I had to have'em. Not only do they protect you from rolling your ankle but they're a HUGE "fashion statement". I like to think of these speedwraps as a bullet proof vest for your ankle lol. June 24, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Greatest Ankle Brace Ever! For years with my AT, I have been looking for a great ankle brace to hoop in, and I have finally found the one. Much to her dismay I chose the speedwrap. She was weary of how little protection it would provide, and always suggests the standard lace up wrap around baces. My problem with previous braces have been that they a) cumbersome b) restricting and c) enormous. With those braces after 10 minutes of lacing up and finding a comfortable position I would play for an hour and then lose circulation in my foot. That is not the case with this speed wrap, it's lightweight while still providing protection when making hard stops/cuts. Also it is supremely easy to put on, 60 seconds or less and I'm ready to roll. It's hard to believe that such a small thing can provide the necessary protection w/o sacrificing comfort. I will say this though I have the Rose 2.5's, so I don't know how it will work with other non-adidas shoes, but it slips into my Roses perfectly. December 7, 2012

I've been breaking them in on outdoor courts cutting and stooping and going with ease.. I am a 6'1 guard who loves to get airborn on offense as well as defense so these are the perfect option... Just waiting for an actual game to test them and I'll write another review, but so far so good... May 27, 2011

Rated 5 out of 5 by Top 5 necessity while playing your sport Ankle rolls and injuries are so frequent in sports like basketball. An injury to your ankle can sideline you from the game for 2 weeks or a month if its real bad. These Ankle wraps not only prevents most injuries from happening to the ankle, they are comfortable and give you the confidence you need to do things u did not want to try because of the probability of injury. They are light, yet sturdy, and provide the security needed to keep performing.Great product September 6, 2012

I needed a medium and there were none available, so got the product elsewhere and I love it. Hope the size will continue to fit and not stretch out April 22, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Doesn't prevent foot from twisting I use ankle braces for tennis and currently use a different brand - one that many ATP pros use. I tried these from Adidas and found that I could twist my ankle inside the brace. In other words, the brace doesn't anchor your foot well enough to stop a sprain. The brace I currently use has six different straps and adjustments to secure your ankle - this has one. November 22, 2012

When I saw these from Adidas, they looked like they had real potential. Big disappointment; they are not at all supportive and I wouldn't wear them on any surface. Sadly, they were returned. Rated 4 out of 5 by Terrific Product This is a great product but I wish these came with 2 wraps per package. I'm a point guard so I do a lot of cutting and crossover. In an effort to protect my ankles, I need two wraps. It would be a lot easier and affordable if these came with two speed wraps in one package for maybe $30 or $40. Rated 1 out of 5 by Bring back the old speedwraps Very disappointed in the newer style of Speedwraps compared to old. Quality isnt there and support doesn't even come close. Son plays ball year round and wears wraps as a preventive measure to ankle injury. No problems with the more supportive older style. Has tweaked his ankle twice with this lighter weight set.
