I like the product, but, unfortunately it was advertised as kids and not toddler so I received baby sneakers that I can't do anything with and the two styles that I wanted are sold out. I will have to return them and get my money back. Really dissappointed because I was really looking forward to wearing them.

I thought kids meant kids not infant! I was sent an infant shoe. Love the shoe itself. Just wish your description was more accurate. And why does it take up to 14 days to process when we return something but only 3-4 when we're receiving the order?
