Great versatile gym shoe. I bought these to replace mt Powerlift 2.0 shoes which were a bit narrow and so uncomfortable when doing anything explosive where your foot pushes into the front of the shoe. These have a wide front which makes them much more comfortable. I typically use these for weight training or plyometric style training and the thinner, less cushioned sole is ideal but I'm not sure how they'd fare on a treadmill, for example.
Similar to Nanos, flat foot and very wide toe box. They look amazing and appear to be very durable. The black / red ones are more of a red-orange color with a dark navy blue on the sole. The sole is not entirely all black.
It was raining and we stopped at a local adidas store and simply asked for a trainer that would get us through the day. This was recommended and it truly did the trick. comfortable, dry, warm and facilitated walkabout.
These are one of the best shoes, I have worn. Very good for a narrow foot. High ankle support, they give better support than most tennis shoes. This is my third pair, and I plan to continue buying them.
Let's not talk about quality because it is just known world wide that Mundial series are the best soccer shoes when it comes to quality. It is not the most comfortable soccer shoe I had, but it feels amazing to wear them. They look so classy and elegant. High quality leather that last forever if you give it a good care. I use it for both natural grass and turf, so far I have nothing to complain.
Just purchased a new pair. As a soccer coach I expected these would be the ideal pitch side footwear. Just back from a match and my feet are soaking wet. It's wasn't that we had torrential downpour , the pitch was just wet. Obviously not waterproof!
I've worn Copa Mundials for the last 15 years for outdoor, couldn't find anything comparable for indoor or turf. I don't know why I didn't buy a pair of these before. Exactly what I was looking for.Fit well, leather has give to it, and if you're old school like me , I love the plain black and 3 white stripe look.
I've struggled my entire life with not only soccer shoes, but all shoes due to width. I am a female & have wide feet and the Mundial collection are some of the widest that I've found. The leather stretches and molds, so even though they do not fit perfectly they are the closest I can find to comfort. I suggest these to anyone with a wider foot & let's hope they start giving us a larger selection. They also stand up to many games, they are durable.
These were recommended to me by an ex pro who's also a pundit, they've lasted years, playing once a week. The inner soles have worn out before the main sole has & they still give great grip. Must have had them 6/8 years playing on astro.
Very nice but a pain to get into California. Wouldn't let me purchase this shoe and ship it to California. Why is that? Had to have a friend buy it in Canada and have it shipped to California. Disappointed in how much effort it took
the best! Just like to know if it is made of kangaroo leather as the field of football boots? Perfect even before putting it may be that she is very comfortable before entering the field. From today will be faithful partner mile. I live in Brazil and the heat ends up with us when we use a boot made of synthetic material. this does not seem that you are below a heat of almost 104 ° F.
I first ordered a size 9 to replace a pair that were worn out. The shoe is tighter and narrower. I returned it for a 9.5 and it's better. Very comfortable, but not perfect. Let's see how they wear. I mostly use them to referee or coach. The only bummer is I lost my big friends discount during the return.
I like this product because it's comfortable, I tried it at an indoor soccer game wood floor and it was perfect I haven't tried it yet on a synthetic grass but I think it'll be the same. If not I'll be back here to edit my review. I recommend it
I broke my leg really bad playing soccer when I was 14 I wasn't supposed to be able to walk but I did and better than you could imagine ( while being the secret weapon playing everywhere i was needed to win the game won some nationals denied odp many years played semi pro but hated it and much more)with some complications... my tendons in my ankle died and curled my toes ( hammer or claw foot) ((it sounds terrible but ive grown to get over it))so shoes are a big thing for me if their not comfortable my toes will have no skin on them their all scared up from anyone of my shoes but particularly from soccer because if I'm in pain I'll keep going until I really can't. Now to the shoes I've always worn copas because they happened to be the most comfortable for me and I'm not a flashy person so perfect style for me... for turfs I had what I thought were the mundial turfs but they were all black not the same ones I ordered from addidas. (I can't find my old pair anywhere online) I like the mundial turf their comfortable but not as comfortable as my old pair... I love addidas though I tried a pair of Nike turfs and they weren't bad but nothing like the copas... if you guys make all the copa shoes I would buy probably double of each in case you stop making them and tell all the people I know to buy them... why did you guys fall off the face of the planet when it came to cleats?? And stop with the terrible flashy bright color cleats that's Nike job to make something a joke if someone buys that junk over copas we all know those shoes will be falling apart by the second half and they won't be winning anything
The product itself is good. Its uncomfortable at the heel area. I recently purchased a ZX 750 from your Adidas store in Perth. This model is so much more comfortable on the feet. The narrower profile of the Mundial is not recommended for heel comfort.
You will not regret buying it. It is everything you want, quality, comfortable, and fits perfectly. If there is a downside, then it is the long tongue that should be shorter or foldable so that it is out of the way.
These shoes facilitate precision and accuracy. I also feel more confident when turning quickly. They grip the field well. The ankle is higher than most. It almost held me back from purchasing because of a few reviews. After playing for 90 minutes, the Mundial Team Turf is undoubtedly the best soccer shoe I've ever owned (I'm 39). What I like most is that I can play on various surfaces. Glad I made this purchase.
I have worn adidas shoes for playing football for many years and the fit suits my feet. I always find them comfortable and hard wearing withstanding the rigours of the sport they are designed for. To top it off they are always designed to look great.
When you buy the Copa line you're looking for two things...quality and comfort! When I got the team turfs I was blown away that they were made in Indonesia...I thought all copas were made in Germany. My displeasure was quickly replaced with sheer awe as these bad boys broke in. Boy are they comfortable! The leather becomes more supple every time you wear them along with the use of Mr. Leather conditioner. And then, and it's a big and then! After less than 5 months and about 20 hours of use they ripped and badly! All the way down the inside of the shoe. I am a furocious player, 6-2, 215 pounds, which is why I went for the dependable over flashy. What a letdown. A real let down. The Indonesian glue must not be able to handle my cuts. Pretty disappointed with Adidas on this one.
I bought these to play astro football, but I have ended up with big blisters due to the super smooth heal which lets my foot slide up and down, the high back also digs into my achillies which has caused led to me being injured and missing football.
This is my go to shoe for everything. I can play a game on really firm/hard grass and turf. They're really comfortable, they mould to your feet over time. The only warning is that the can get blisters playing on hard ground, if you haven't broken them in... Just wear them around the house and break them in gently... I use these as a casual dress shoe just like the Samba...
Great Classic Style & been told they are extremely comfortable! This was a gift from the squad to thank the Gaffer, so having them personalised with his name on one boot and Gaffer on the other was a great personal touch!
i like em.. comfortable and great traction and they have a little arch support which is pretty cool. i wear a ladies closed toe shoe usually 8.5 i got the mens 7.. it has a little room but works great.
I'm a huge fan of adidas boots and am replacing a pair of Mundials that have served me extremely well. The new ones are just like my old ones and are great. The only disappointment that even with a 15% website discount AND collecting from store they were still £7.50 more expensive than John Lewis (they didn't have my size in stock and I was in a rush).
This is a classic shoe with very traditional styling! High quality leather shoe made for use on hard surfaces. For me the shoe does require a bit of break in time for the leather upper to be comfortable. I would definitely say to try these shoes on for a extended period of time as they may not be comfortable for everyone based on the shape of your foot. Fold over tongue is great be can be trained to lie flat against the laces.
