Went to this store to find a pair of work shoes and running shoes. Bought two nice pairs that I am very happy with. I ended up with the turf soccer shoes for work. I am a respiratory therapist so I walk a lot at when at work. It took a few days to break the shoes in, as they were a little tight at first, but after that they are very comfortable and I have no pain or issues after a long shift. I highly recommend
It is great and cheap at the same time. Not top shelf but does the job. My performance is getting better with these shoes. I definitely score more goals and my control and first touch are a lot better. Also looks good. I really recommend it.
This boot is great for wide footed players, and the upper material stretches a bit and hugs around your feet really well! The upper is a little thicker and harder than the natural leather, but this boot has a great feel for shooting! I think natural leather with a softer material offers slightly better feel for first touch and dribbling the ball. The soleplate is a great option for playing on artificial grass by having shorter and rounded studs for better rotation and turning on the ground without locking your foot in place which can be dangerous on your knees. I think this boot will be better if the upper is a little softer and thinner! The upper is still an improvement from previous Adidas cleats. Overall, this is an awesome boot by Adidas!
I've always purchased and loved F50's. The X 15.1's are very comparable. They are more comfortable to wear - lock in the heel really well. The look great too. There's a really good feel on the ball and I like the stud pattern. Overall, very happy with these boots. Looking forward to more colours being released.
I bought last seasons Predators of Prodirect for a cut price deal as they were out of season. This was a mistake, they came up way too small. I am not entirely sure how Adidas measured their boots last season, but Im pretty sure it was incorrect. To be honest though, the mistakes of last season are no more, and after stumping up a bit of extra cash to replace the Predators, the new Ace 15.1 have been a delight. No time needed to wear them in or get your feet accustomed to them. Great fit straight from the box, to the pitch. They look pretty decent too.
The boots come up slightly smaller than usual. I am a standard UK8.5 /adidas 9, but had to take a 9.5. That aside, the boots are the usual high quality finish and look. Really enjoy the feel and comfort of the fit. Highly recommend the boots.
A nice wide boot which is comfort to wear from the box and does not need much break in time. A good feel with the ball and they are light but a quality feel to them. Would recommend the orange pair over the green as the back of the boot gets black marks from the AF ground or other boots making contact and once on the green the marks seem impossible to remove.
These shoes come up very small, I have worn Adidas for years but need to go up a whole size, 2 in euro sizing, in the Messi 15.3 compared to all the other Adidas trainers and boots I have worn and even then they are very narrow.
Having used outdoor cleats on turf for years, I was forced to buy turf shoes for the current indoor season. I have to say, though it takes a few minutes to get used to how the shoes grip versus cleats, these are a lot more forgiving and I felt comfortable and confident in them really quickly. The fit very similar to adizeros, which is what I based my sizing on.
I sadly had to return them because they were too big in the size I ordered however the width was about right therefore I think they might be too narrow for me in a smaller size. On the plus side the boots are VERY comfy with no break in time at all, they also seemed to have a good touch on the ball although I didn't fully test them due to the size issue.
I actually bought these as CrossFit shoes.. I needed something with a a flat bottom for weight lifting, and yet comfortable enough to do some cardio in. I thought why not try soccer shoes, since they tend to be low to the ground, and well soccer players all they do is run lol. At first tight fit, but i do have wide feet. after walking around in them for 2 days.. they broke in just perfect. Plus I even customized them to say the nickname for crossfit i use! and ive convinced 4 other people in my gym to buy them and they love it!
They are extremely good boots, not only does the whole boot look extremely good, but they also are great in performance. The techfit collar provides good support for your ankle and makes the boot very comfortable. They still remain lightweight de spicy this extra support so if your looking for a lightweight boot this could be for you. The only downside is that the boot may be slightly narrow for those with wider feet.
they are very light and comfortable to play with. they do come about 1/2 size smaller than regular adidas shoes.... I'm usually 10.5 and ordered this in 10.5 but they did not fit properly so I had to reorder them in size 11.
The shoe was a little tight so if you don't want problems with the width I would recommend a half size bigger unless your really skinny. Although I kept my true to size because it wasn't a major problem. Anyways, GREAT SHOE! I RECOMMEND BUYING IT RIGHT NOW than later because ITS AN AMAZING SHOE! 9.0 OUT 10 QUALITY, IMPROVED MY SKILLS, AMAZING COLOR WAY! PREFECT COLORS if you would like to STAND OUT, BE DIFFERENT, AND CAUSE CHAOS. I would also recommend this item because its ON SALE! BUY NOW!
Having just started playing Futsal in town I picked up some Sambas. A year later and a thousands kicks I purchased the ACE5.3 Indoor Shoes. They did exactly what I wanted in this upgrade - flatter to get under the ball. I've had a few games in these so far and they hold up to Adidas standards in shoes meant for ball play.
I like the fit of these shoes. I prefer my shoes to be very snug and these fit just right. I had to return 2 previous adidas cleats because they ran 1/2 size too large but these ones fit how I expect them too.
I own a pair of Primeknit 2.0s alongside these and the knit upper truly makes the difference in terms of keeping comfort while maintaining a feel for the ball and staying lightweight. The difference between these and the 2.0s is that while the 2.0s seemed closer to the adizero, these definitely seemed specifically designed for the central midfielder. The studs, fit, and texture all help in improving the touch on the ball and the "feel" behind passes or shots. Top level athlete impressed by another top flight boot by Adidas.
well first I would like to thank adidas for what they made just to please their customers, when i tried it that feeling was great, its give me speed control and accuracy, the material quality is premium, GOOD JOB ADIDAS AND KEEP THE GOOD WORK. THANK YOU.
At first they were a bit tight but after a few training sessions and games they've molded to my foot and are much more comfortable now. The one really nice thing about this shoe in relation to others is that the sole is quite thin and the front of the shoe is much closer in feel to a classic cleat than it is to a sneaker. The touch is nice and the thin sole means you have a more direct contact with the ball and the floor. Overall they're quite comfortable but the tightness of the shoe limits the insoles you can use with these. Plan ahead and buy a half size larger if you need to wear insoles. As for the look I'm not a big fan of these super bright and super loud boots. I'm sure a younger player would enjoy the style better. The one thing that struck me was how synthetic looking the synthetic components of this shoe are. I'm a fan of leather personally. Overall I purchased them because they were fairly cheap and I needed a pair to play indoor ASAP. For the price I paid (about 50$ USD) I found these to be worthwhile. If you can get them for less even better.
These football shoes are possibly the best alongside the classic Adidas world cup boots! The comfort is unbelievable, they don't even require a breaking time! You put them on, you are ready to play and "cause chaos". I will certainly recommend those boots to all my football friends!
I've worn these shoes for close to a month. I love the touch of the new upper surface and the extra studs on the bottom of the soles. However the heel is very unconformable to me and leaves me with the most painful blisters on both of my ankles. The shoes were ever so slightly not long enough for my foot and I lost a half of toe nail on my right foot due to the fit. I had to send them back. I look forward to the next design.
Really great boot fits well in the foot and fits amazingly. Really confortable and light. Perfect for the modern striker and central attacking midfielders. You almost dont even feel them because of how comfortable the are.
I have the Miadidas version but fits just the same. When I first wore these, I thought I was putting on old predators again and I've been a Predator fan since I was a kid. The feeling is similar, but much improved. The touch and feel of the ball is great!! Had no problem breaking them in and wore them for an entire match with no rips or any of the sort. The sole is fantastic! You can definitely feel the difference between firm and artificial turf which is great! Above all an amazing cleat!! Great job Adidas!!
I have always worn predators and was disheartened when adidas discontinued the range. I was reluctant to buy the ace at first but i am so glad that I did. They aces are a lot more lightweight than the predator but the control and feel of the boot is not compromised. I would highly recommend this boot and they fit true to size. An added bonus was the fantastic service provided by adidas as the boots were delivered quickly upon purchase. A great purchase for any footballer at any level.
In a footballing market where us with wide feet are severely overlooked, the Ace 15.1 is very welcomed, with a nice fit, and a nice light touch on the ball. The reason for not getting a full 5 star, is the sole plate takes a while to losen as well as a lot of heel slippage at the start! Overall much better than the X 15.1!
