D Rose 773 Shoes Great looking
November 15 2015

I've owned this shoe going on 4 months right now. Not my daily driver for a shoe. So I currently own boost, bounce, and adiprene. This being my first bounce I have to say I think bounce is actually not quite as good comfort wise adiprene[miles away from boost]. That's not to say its uncomfortable it's just not better in this particular application. Main gripe with this shoe is it doesn't breathe that well[very warm inside]. That said I like them and if you watch the NBA you'll see alot of players wearing this shoe so I assume if the pros like them they're pretty good. ... read more

D Lillard Shoes finally the ballin deads are here
November 01 2015

Last year, I copped a pair of D Rose 5 Chicago Ice, first woven version, and it was great. The design is simple and clean. Comfort, amazing. I went 10.5 though my feet are 10. Then last week, checked a pair of Lillard 1 on one of adidas' outlet stores here, outlet or factory stores are fine by the way, tried and compared Lillard's Made in March and Weber State sizes 10 and 10.5, then came into conclusion that I'll go with size 10 on Lillard's. Now that the Ballin Deads are here, I'll skip Drose 6 for the time being because Im waiting, if ever, for the Chicago Ice version of Drose 6, I'll surely buy Lillard's Halloween shoes next week because they are super dope! Great concept, you all at adidas. Keep it up. ... read more

2015 Crazylight Boost Primeknit Shoes Pretty Decent
October 23 2015

Upon receiving this shoe in the mail and unboxing it, the shoe's claim to fame was proven: It is very light. To summarize the shoe's performance, the traction on the shoe is rather decent (occasionally picking up dust, needing to be wiped every 15 minutes) , but unfit for outdoor use and unsustainable for long-time wear. The shoe's conformation to the foot is one of the shoe's best features as it helps to create an almost sock-like feel. The Boost in the heel has a very good feel when landing, but is not countered by the forefoot cushioning as Adidas continues to disappoint with its Adiprene cushioning. I would suggest implementing the Boost throughout the whole plantar region of the shoe providing a fully functional cushioning system that allows no room for complaint. To me, the sizing feels true-to-fit and pleasurable. ... read more

October 20 2015

Just got this as a team shoe, and going from the clutch fit drives to this is a huge difference. Not so comfortable and they run a half size big, can't get these to squeak much either, however they do have some nice bounce to them l, and the heel and lock down support are A1 ... read more

2015 Crazylight Boost Primeknit Shoes Forefoot cushion is TERRIBLE.
October 02 2015

My second time to wear an adi shoe. Well I have to say it has great traction. Also boots is Awesome. However, the forefoot is extremely terrible. No adiprene+. No response. No cushion. I don't suggest big guys choose this one. ... read more

D Lillard Shoes Solid Sneaker, could be better.
September 25 2015

Comfortable sneaker, however after owning them for appropriately 2 months now, I have noticed that my right foot has become a little more sore than usual. However, when I rock a different basketball pair the minor pain isn't present afterwards. Keep in mind I am an active athlete when it comes to local basketball leagues. I also play basketball at open gyms 3-5 days a week for 2+ hours. I think this shoe is better as a lifestyle shoe, however if you purchase a pair primarily for basketball, select the crazy light boost 2015. Adidas is STILL my #1 brand though! ... read more

2015 Crazylight Boost Primeknit Shoes Quality but some flaws
September 22 2015

This show is very nice all around. It has good grip and good material for breathablilty. The one thing I would change is the half connected tongue to the shoe. I do not know what purpose it serves and it gets in the way when you try to tie the shoe. I think it's not necessary and is stupid. In the future I would recommend going with a detached tongue like a normal shoe. It looks better. It doesn't get in the way of laces. The half connected tongue is quiet pointless. ... read more

2015 Crazylight Boost Primeknit Shoes Super great shoes!
September 17 2015

After pulling these shoes out of the box, I fell in love. The Primeknit upper is super soft and breathable. The first time i held them, there was some glue on them but that may have just been mine. Boost is insanely comfortable in the back but not much cushion in the forefoot but enough. What i loved most was the design. With every pair of Adidas kicks I get, the design is usually the downfall but these shoes have it all. I always role with Adidas and I know with these shoes, are by far the best basketball shoes out there, for Adidas. Totally a great buy from my point of view. Hope this helped! ... read more

2015 Crazylight Boost Primeknit Shoes Needs forefoot boost
September 12 2015

Reviews were hyping this shoe up and it fell short for me. I think I'm not heavy enough or not dependent on my heel so I can't really feel or use the boost when I'm jumping for rebounds. However, primeknit is good and so is the heal counter. Pricing is decent though, I got mine on sale and that should be the same for everyone else. Hoping they copy the rose 6's full length boost and everything else relatively the same next year but still keep a reasonable price. Remember to break these in. ... read more

2015 Crazylight Boost Primeknit Shoes Comfortable, BUT not for big guys
September 01 2015

They are comfortable when walking around. Unfortunately, there was not enough cushion in the forefoot for me to play basketball in them. The adiprene+ in the forefoot was an improvement from last year's crazy light, BUT still not enough for me personally. The boost in the heel felt great. I would recommend replacing the standard thin insole with a thicker insole. Without a new thicker insole, the forefoot is quite roomy. Additionally, the outsole is not that durable, so I recommend these for indoor basketball only. Since they are still aesthetically pleasing, so I will continue to wear mine casually. ... read more

2015 Crazylight Boost Primeknit Shoes Great but .5 size too big for me.
August 27 2015

I purchased these for table tennis at my local club. We play on wooden floors. I was previously using running shoes (boston 3) which make me feel very light and agile, but was lacking the support in lateral movements and the continental soles on the bostons constantly needed a dab on a wet rag to retain grip. Given the name 'crazylight', I thought these were going to be close to the weight of the bostons w/ more stability. The stability was excellent, even with alittle more room in toe area, my heals felt like they were cup'd which supported good form when I squat and lunge forward from my heals to avoid knee injuries. Unfortunately they were not what I was looking for and they were returned. I possibly could have used a .5 size smaller but I was positive I would not have been happy with the weight. I should have kept them for casual shoes but found actual table tennis shoes from adidas on ebay. Overall i'm sure the shoe is great for basketball which it was designed for. Thank you adidas for accepting my return, even though I played in them. I hope to see more table tennis products in the US online store. ... read more

August 24 2015

These were my first purchase of Adidas shoes ever, and I can honestly say I'm not dissapointed. As a fan of Iron Man, and red and gold these were a must have from launch day. They feel wonderful in hand, and even better on the feet. From the first wear, they felt like old familiar shoes I had been wearing for years. They fit nice, feel great, and look awesome. The attention to detail id great, from the small icon on the heel, the brushed metal like texture of the red upper, to the tounge and insole getting Avengers attenion. I have received so many complements and questions about these shoes, they are just like Tony himself, an attention getter! Hopefully I will be able to get myself another pair of these before they are gone for good! ... read more

2015 Crazylight Boost Primeknit Shoes BOOST
August 22 2015

The Crazy Light Boost is a amazing show.Prime Knit Woven upper with out any glue or fuse backing it straight prime knit.Which is definitely a plus very free feeling but locks your foot down when you're making those hard cuts or direction changes.Adidas also really opened up the ventilation which no other brand at least I have used have done so far.The boost cushioning in the heel is great except for the Adi Preme it takes a little time to break in and you can definitely tell a difference between the Heel and the fore foot. The only real downside of the crazy light boost 2015 is the traction and the dead space in the toe box.The traction is kind of a blade heringbone type patter and it just doesn't perform as well as I thought it would. The dead space in the toe box is very significant.the space from my toes to the toe box is just weird to me. My toe has space from touching the very top of the shoe but the toe box doesn't form to my foot like a woven upper should be. So it would be cool to fix these problems in the 2016 Crazy Light Boost and we have a solid shoe. But overall the Crazy Light Boost is a amazing shoe price point at 130$ is a great deal comparing to other brands signature models and they play just or even better. If you can try these on in store ... read more

2015 Crazylight Boost Primeknit Shoes A step in the right direction for Adidas
August 19 2015

I purchased the color "running white/silver metallic". As far as looks are concerned, one of the sexiest designs I have seen on any shoe. Keep more designs/color schemes like this coming. Adidas has come a long way and is really making noise as far as their shoe design. The "boost" heel provides great cushioning, but does not sacrifice responsiveness. The heel cushioning rivals that of any basketball shoe I have tried on. However, I completely disagree with the one review saying the forefoot cushioning was resolved. I would hate to try out the older versions of this shoe if their forefoot cushioning was worse, because this shoe really feels cheap on the forefoot (maybe a thin layer of boost cushioning on the whole shoe would help?) Overall, a sold shoe and another positive for Adidas.Keep up the good design work. However, I would take my D Lilard 1's over these any day. ... read more

For the price these are amazing design. They fit true to size and are very comfortable. I love how it feels like my hooping with running shoes with that primeknit upper. 2015 Crazylight Boost Primeknit Shoes Solid product buy but..
August 13 2015

First off I gotta say the look of this shoe when you wear it is definitely above most others. I bought the white and black ones and see people at the gym staring at them all the time. Overall very happy with it. Some slight problems with them is that the sizing feels to run a little bit small. I'm a size 11 and that's what I got but I would have been more happy with an 11.5. Also I wear ankle socks and walking with them around in the gym the backs of the show rubs on my skin and cause a slight cut on both ankles. Can be fixed by wearing higher socks but that's not my look so I've just covered it with a band aid. I want to get the blue ones now but this time in the slightly bigger size. ... read more

August 09 2015

The crazy light boost 2015 is a great shoe for the player wants a low profile, on court feel but still wants responsive cushioning. The boost is amazing and the adiprene plus is pretty good too, giving you a comfortable shoe while playing. The prime knit adds to the comfort, while giving you flexibility while cutting side to side. D Lillard Shoes Good for his 1st Sig
July 19 2015

This is my first adidas basketball shoe since the Rose 3 and its pretty good. The traction on the Lillard 1 was better than I expected. Similar traction found on the D Rose 5, the grooves stuck well on the floor. Playing on a dusty floor, I barely had to wipe and it was doing its job. It gripped to the floor every time I had made a stop. The cushioning in this shoe is adiprene+, which turned out to be pretty good as well. I have yet to play in a shoe which features boost technology but this type of set up in the Lillard 1s helped on impact protection as well as overall comfort. The techfit helped wicked the sweat when playing and it didn't feel like my feet were burning through on my time on court. It allowed my foot to slip in easily, with and without wearing the adizero speedwraps. The internal techfit sleeve helped out even when i tied my laces real tight, they were able to keep the laces from digging into my feet, which was a positive. Aesthetically, the shoe is one of the best for a low top shoe from Adidas, although I would've preferred having both of Lillards logo featured on both sides instead of appearing only on one. The materials used on the shoe are really nice synthetics for a shoe that's only $140. It took zero break in time. I hope the use of materials continue on into the next shoe. The only con to this shoe was the fit/support. I could've gone 1/2 size down and still be fine with the overall fit length wise. Personally, I don't mind the space length wise cause it feels better for myself and has room for my toes. But the shoe fit true to size width wise. The heel slippage in the rear is noticeable, but this can be fixed. I was wearing the adizero speedwraps the second time around when wearing these and it fixed that issue. ... read more
