Guys the supernova t-shirts are excellent. BUT, the colour of the shirt on the web is not the same as in real life. Theres colour is actually neon pink. If you plan to run when its dark then i guess it would be useful- but wearing it to the gym you may need sunglasses from the brightness. Great fit and great shirt- just bad colour for me.
Purchased this for my first half marathon in a long time. Stood up to the job, kept me cool once the going got tough. It's lovely and light and a nice blue colour. Would purchase again, if new colours were available. Fit just right. I'm 6ft, medium build and bought the top in a medium fitting.
Had a great experience purchasing this T shirt. Very happy with shirt fit quality. The fabric is easy to wear and brilliant for travel (no iron, no crease and dry's in a hotel room after wearing and washing. The delivery from Adidas was amazingly fast.
I love the fit and colour, bought two shirts in green and blue, but the material is rough on the skin causing a very unpleasant itchy sensation mostly around the neck. This occurs often enough to be annoying but I still wear them since they do look good. The thin material doesn't soak up sweat and keeps you cool, shame about the rough fabric as this could have been the perfect shirt.
The quality, fit, style and performance of these 3/4 tights is excellent. The fit is true to size - 30" waist and size small is perfect. They sit just below the knee which provides coverage to protect knee joints when running in cooler temperatures. The additional pockets on each side of hip allow for extra gels when out for a long run. The material is light compared to typical tights which will not cause you to overheat as they breathe very well. No need to look at other brands, you won't be disappointed with your purchase of these.
You never know with Adidas products, whether or not they are truly going to be good for sport. Are they trying something new and unproven with design materials? Trying to capture the streetwear crowd? Both? Just pumping out staples without concern for longevity? Well Supernova is one of the better ranges, I find, and this is a great shirt. It fits well, it's light but still offers coverage from a breeze or the sun, the seams are well-put together (eg. the back of the collar is a sort of weave that lays flat and thin), it's cut for athletic physiques and the material is durable (i.e. won't get all munged up and piled simply because one has the audacity to move around in it.) I'm fit but trim on top (177cm, 36-38 chest), usually wear a small in Adidas as I like a closer fit and small in this shirt fits well. It says it is regular fit but I find most Adidas running gear and Supernova as well fit slimmer than what usually is called regular fit in other Adidas lines.
First decent pair of short shorts I've seen from adidas and I'm sorely disappointed by the lack of available color choices. Grey and Black are not colors and only cater to people training. I run for a school sponsored by adidas and the shorts provided are an older model and not at all comfortable so I'm always looking to see if adidas has released something new and better looking and when they finally do they still don't have what I need. Please add more variety to your product, not only will it help me and people like me looking for something specific but you'll make more money because people will buy more pairs.
Supernova Three-Quarter Tights are Simply Amazing!! Yes! I said it. So I decided to purchase some tights as the temperatures here in So Cal were getting chilly. You should of seen my smile when I first put these on. They fit perfect thanks to Adidas Formotion. The fit was so spot on that during running I felt so comfortable and free. That's Maximum comfort! They also wick the sweat. The tights wick away sweat as I never felt wet during the 8-12 mile runs. I used Adidas brief underwear under the tights. Highly Recommended for your training needs and nice addition to your running collection. Thank you Adidas!!
Needed a jacket as my running is getting a bit more serious now and the temp is dropping. Looked around several places but the styles were an issue or the price. Found this jacket and it ticks all the boxes. Looks good, fits nice and best of all the price. Plus with the discount code they offer by signing up to the Adidas newsletter just made it impossible to say no.
I use this Supernova Tee for my gym workout. If pumping iron or doing a spin class, I have freedom of movement, I'm not sweaty and it feels as though I have no top on at all it's that light weight. Don't hesitate to buy it.
Great jacket if your out running during the dark winter nights. The fit is quite large so if your normally a medium ie 38 chest you might be better off with the small size. Overall very happy with this jacket and would certainly recommend it.
I had a previous jacket where the zip broke so bought this one. I'm not a big fan of running jackets but really like this one. The fit is good and does the job perfectly. My only concern is that if you like to run with your phone with you and you have an iPhone 6 then the phone might not fit in the pocket. Otherwise a fantastic jacket and I would highly recommend it
You know a product is good when you buy two of them! I bought two of these tops in the grey colour. I'm normally more of a singlet guy but i love the look and feel of these tops. I'll wear them for a run and a warm up at the gym.
This item fits slim. I usually fit Adidas small with some room leftover, including some slim fit items (e.g. Daybreaker hoodies.) Despite this being listed regular fit it is on the slim side--I can't really fit anything more than a tshirt underneath. For me this is fine, as I bought it as a lightweight rain jacket for warmer weather. For reference I'm 5'10"/177cm and 170lbs/77kg with a 38" chest and a lean top. I suppose in running-specific gear Adidas feels comfortable making the items conform to sizing more suitable to leaner frames.
The description is spot on with respect to the tights being great for cool weather but not too cold. I wore the tights for running and temps. between 0-5C and they are fine. The fabric stretches so no worry there.
I use these shorts for Running and for the Gym. These are an excellent pair of shorts which not only look good but also allow you to move freely and do not restrict movement. The only downside has been the mesh inside whereas other companies provide and inner short which gives better protection for running, but other than that another comfortable, quality pair of shorts from adidas.
Without getting too detailed, the inner liner is not entirely smooth. Easy runs are ok, but track workouts and treadmill runs have resulted in some ugliness. Adidas, please bring back the smoother liner! Pleaase!!
Men's 3/4 tights aka knickers are not an easy find. Glad Adidas has launched this model. While it is not as thick and warm as other full-length or short tights by Adidas, it looks good and sleek. These tights don't have reinforced crotch design so hard to tell how long they will last. But it's not an investment anyway and I'm glad Adidas is offering this style in the men's department.
This is my second pair of Supernova running tights. The first are from 2013, and they are FAR superior. The 2013 model incorporates different types of material in the crotch, the thighs/knees/butt, and the calves. Each provide a different amount of breathability and level of insulation depending on what the needs of the body part being protected are. On the inside of the climawarm pant you can find a thin layer of insulation that stretches and moves with your body as you run. Zippers close around the ankles to ensure there is no breeze moving up your legs, despite the rather inflexible fabric. A single pocket for a key and a tiny pouch for your Mi (whatever that is) are the only storage on the drawstring reinforced elastic waist. Little adornment, with stitching of panels that are conducive to the running motion's movement make the 2013 model a real pleasure. They are a prime example of modern technology being applied to solving the clothing problem. If everyone in the world knew that clothing could be like those, there would be a drastic shift towards these sleek, warm, breathable, comfortable, second skin type garments - especially for athletics. So I ordered some as a gift for a runner I know this season. The 2015 model is pathetic. What arrived in the mail is climacool first of all. Why would a winter running tight be climacool? The 2015 are a spandex tight with zippers at the ankles for no reason. They have 3 pockets, 1 for keys and 2 for... nothing, because no serious runner would carry anything that would go in these 4 inch deep, 1 inch wide, hip pockets. There is no material variation, no insulation, no engineering put into these. They are just a spandex body suit bottom with a bunch of plastic logos painted on. I would have been better off buying a morph suit for running, since then it would be $20, and include a top half. Such a waste of money. For $75 these should be an engineered garment, but instead they are low quality garbage. I doubt the other reviews here are by real people, and if they are, the people are not runners. Step 1. Get my money back, Step 2. Don't buy Adidas gear again.
I was on the look for something to keep the legs warm on the coming cold rides and this was a great addition to my bike gear. Although designed for running they slip right under a rain pant and remain breathable. Ankle zips are the best feature!
I love these shorts, being a 32 waist and 5'10 in height I ordered a Small size. They are a perfect fit, the reflective side panels have yet to be tested due to not having an evening run as yet. I run 7 days a week so I have about 3-4 pairs of shorts. These by far are the most comfortable.
