micoach is all you need to get the results you want.
i really enjoy the boost technology !!! these are good for me because they almost have a 0 drop and since I am a mid-foot strike runner , my natural stride feels really comfortable and with the boost this shoe feels really good, this model is great for my style. I wish the toe box would be bit wider, but the shoe body mesh is incredible and it is super comfortable on the foot and toes. I really like how the shoe hugs around the heel and bottom part of the ankle and the body of the shoe hugs well around the foot, so no slipping . I wonder how they'll fair at track practice, maybe that will be another review.
I originally had purchased the Climachill Ride Boost which I do like but I personally found them to be a bit loose. So I decided to try the Cosmic Boost. I like these better. They are just a cool as the Ride Boost but have a bit more cushion. These do run a bit small, I had to get 1/2 a size larger. They do feel great and are super light and cool for my outdoor runs. I've been using these for outdoor long runs and I sweat less and my feet swell less. Great job Adidas.! The improvements I would make would be to resize them so they run true to size and maybe a thicker rubber sole. Maybe use the Continental rubber like the Supernova
First of all, this is my very first Boost shoe and I must say they did NOT disappoint! The boost technology makes it feel like you are bouncing as you run. I've tried on the pure boost and the ultra boost before and I loved them so I wanted to get something different. I ended up getting these because I wanted a runner and casual shoe in one. They look and feel great on feet! Things to take note of though is that the boost on these shoes is a bit less than the pure and ultra boost... I would suspect this just because this shoe seems to focus more on minimalist running as opposed to something bulky or a light jog. Another thing to point out that is a BIG deal is sizing. These shoes hug very tightly. I am generally a 9 or a 9.5 (more with 9 though) and even with the 9.5 order, since I read the reviews, it still seems a hair bit small. It's not enough for me to return them but if I went with 10, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have any problems. Overall, excellent shoes! I am a HUGE Adidas fan, and now I can say I am a HUGE boost fan!
Just got these shoes and ran two 8-milers this weekend... And really liked the shoes. They are very light, they keep your feet cool and the "boost" soles make them very comfortable. I really recommend the shoes, but I feel future buyers should know: 1. They run very small... I had to go back to the store and get a full size larger. 2. They have almost 0 drop, so if you are replacing a regular BOOST running shoe, make sure you get used to them... otherwise your calves will let you know...
I bought these as an add-on to my order. I absolutely love them. Super comfortable, and perfect fit. The Climachill works surprisingly well. You can wear them untied for hanging out or lace them up for more support. I wear them as everyday shoes, but I could definitely run in these if I wanted too. Plus, they look great.
When I saw these I knew I had to have them. Not as comfortable as my Ultra Boost shoes, but these look insanely cool in the black and white version. Excellent quality and still very comfortable. Great shoe for gym workouts that include cardio and lunges. Get them!
I bought this shoe recently in an awesome colour way. I run in Adidas Ultra Boost but use these as casual. By far the best looking shoe I have owned to date. Super comfortable keep up the good work Adidas :-]
I have worn boosts before but the cosmic boost are by far the best. i use them for warm ups in training and at competition. the boost tech gives great return in every stride. They are light and breathable so fast drills are easy in these shoes. Over all they are brilliant.
I had a pair of slip on Superstars, that I loved and have missed for over 10 years. Adidas have finally made a pair but they are hard to get on. I would suggest getting a half or even a size larger so you can get them on with socks.
I bought this shoe after reading a prior review saying the front was wide, as I have pretty wide feet (2E). However, even though the upper is quite stretchy, it still feels pretty cramped for me personally. So I would say it is only moderately wide at the front, and people with wide feet should stay clear. Otherwise, the shoe feels great when running, and provides a really nice snug fit around my ankle. I've also received a lot of compliments on how it looks!
I am normally a 12 in adidas but I saw the reviews that said to size up so I ordered a 12.5. That was too small and when I sized up to a 13 they were still too tight. I ended up returning all of them and purchasing a different shoe entirely.
I bought this shoe last week and was really excited to get it. When it arrived I was extremely disappointed because this shoe is quite narrow and has a pointed toe box. I don't have narrow or wide feet, but I like the balance and support that wider shoes provide. The material and craftsmanship are fantastic. I really hope adidas make this shoe wider and with a wider toe box. This goes for most of their running shoes. If this shoe was wider I would definitely give it five stars.
Loved the silver upper but I was surprised by the color variations between the left and right shoes. Different inserts, sock liners and outer rubber soles. Great idea. They are also very comfortable. Time to order a back up pair.
I love Adidas shoes....I own 4 pairs, some casual and a trail shoe. They are all size 12's but the Cosmic Boosts run very small. I had to return the size 12's and ordered a pair of 13's (ouch!). They are very comfortable and very light.....great pair of shoes but they do run small.
I'm a size 7.5 US and due to the reviews I ordered a half size up (8 US) . They fit perfectly without socks and a little tight with ankle socks. Great slip on design, very lightweight and comfortable.
