I've taken these shoes with me on a 3-week vacation and have been using them running and city walking. So far they've performed perfectly. Great, true fit, very comfortable, and they really do keep my feet nice and cool. Thoroughly enjoying them after a couple weeks of heavy use.
This pair of running shoes came as a surprise for me. Soles were completely different in color: one green, the other one, pink! Still I think that is quite original and unique. I love it. +++ Very comfortable and fit perfectly. WOW !!!
Purchased these about 3 weeks ago, when i got them straight out of the box they already felt broken in. Really comfortable! The fit of the shoes are true to size but a little better to snug but if you want a little bit of toe room go up a size. Overall these shoes are one of the most comfortable shoes i have owned!
Super comfy but the sole is very bouncy and i could not imagine running in this shoe as every impact is sent straight back into my knees but for casual wearing they are great. (like a car with springs but no shock absorbers the ride is not very smooth) fit is spot on and they are breathable and quality is second to none. great casual shoes!
I've had trouble getting the right size in this shoe, you have to order a size that will fit your foot like a sock. First I ordered an 7.5 but was too big so I returned it. Then I ordered a 7 and 6.5, the 7 was still just a little big in the toe and width. The 6.5 for some reason was bigger than the 7 and was closer to a 7.5 or an 8. So I have now returned those and ordered another 6.5 hoping I don't get another defective shoe in this size. Overall the shoe is comfortable and will be even better when I get the right size. It should be noted this is a common issue when I buy shoes which is why I buy from Adidas since it is free shipping and returns so I can order multiple sizes and not worry about shipping costs. The mall and shoe stores rarely have my size shoe in stock or have very limited selection.
This has to be the lightest shoe I have ever worn. The shoe is half to full size small width was ok I am a medium and it was fine. I haven't had a chance to really work these out but it is coming and these ultra light shoes might not like it. The product is nice looking made of a light weight material that fits like a glove. The shoes look more like they are home as a street shoes than getting beaten on a 10K weekend run, and a daily 4 mile training shoe. We will see and then I would like to let you know. RAVEN4464
This is the most comfortable shoe I ever put on. It feels like you are wearing socks with a huge cushion on the bottom. They were about a half size too big so I returned them and got a half size smaller but they are awesome.
really love these ones. will enjoy wearing these once the weather improves as they will be very cooling. extremely comfortable with the sock liner type aspect, not much there for support though, but just for running perfect, minimal material/padding intruding and rubbing against heel. will be ordering another pair soon.
Even though the Pure Boost line is under the Running Shoe category, I do NOT recommend using these for running. They don't have enough support for any type of running, unless it's running through a grocery store to pick up flour for your mom's super-secret chicken recipe. They are more of just a casual-wear shoe that look great with any outfit you pair it with, and are also REALLY comfortable. So again, if you are looking for a running shoe, I do not recommend these, if you still want an adidas shoe, look at the Ultra Boost runners. Overall, the shoe is extraordinary. Yes, the hype around boost is real, because these shoes are comfortable. It's like walking on clouds. If you're one who owns Roshes, I highly recommend giving these a go because the comfort and style is unmatched. The shoe isn't perfect though. Personally, I found the shoe to run around 1/2 a size too big. When compared to the original Pure Boost, I found myself in an 11 with those, but I found that the Pure Boost Chills fit me perfect in a 10.5. If you can, try them in-store first to make sure you have the perfect fit. The Pure Boost Chill is essentially a combination of the Pure Boost and Pure Boost 2, which is why I liked it so much. It had the styling that I love about the Pure Boost, but the added benefits of the Pure Boost 2 (new tongue and more heel support). They're all great shoes, it just comes down to personal preference.
After reading other reviews I gathered a consensus that this shoe was a narrow fit. It is so order a half a size up and avoid if you have a wide foot. But if you have a narrow foot like me this shoe is perfect for runs, workouts, soccer or most things athletic. Holds up very well would definitely buy again.
I purchased the original boost shoes and they've started to show their age, I went to the adidas store to check out the new boost offerings in person. I wasn't a fan of many of the color ways they had available. I saw these online and wondered why they weren't in the store when I went to buy. I would've loved to try them on. Even the employee mentioned that the new boost shoes ran a little small and I should get a bigger size. I always get a 9 now because I got used to buying 9.5's but in my experience with adidas shoes going half a size up normally means the width of my foot will fit just fine but I'll have a half inch more of shoe I don't plan on using and my feet slide back and forth in the shoe or my heel pops out. These shoes initially are TIGHT, like really really tight. I put them on for the first time and drove to work and my toes started to tingle, I was sad thinking I'd have to send them back. But maybe they needed to be worn in. The shoe is some kind of combination between knitting and other materials so maybe the knitting just needed to be stretched a bit. Sure enough a few wears later and now the shoes fit perfectly, don't even bother my feet anymore. I wish the toe area was a little wider however for traction reasons. Now that the shoe fits my foot I can see when I step I'm spilling over the actual boost forefoot. So that would be my primary nag, but otherwise I like the combination of a solid heel and a boost toe box. I only purchased these because I liked my GazelleBoost shoes so much that I wanted another pair in a less flavorful color offering. Plus the white boost material gets dirty really really easily and I'm not a huge fan of shoes with white soles because of this. I'm just a casual shoe wearer who would like to workout in his shoes and not have to worry if they look like dirty after my workouts or not. I'd recommend it but they're a gamble, you may not be happy with how tight they initially feel. But if they fit everywhere else otherwise give them a chance.
In other brands i'm usually an easy 11, but 12.5 in these shoes still fit a little snug than would be preferable. Other than sizing I have not a problem with these shoes. They're supportive, comfortable sole and very cool (temperature wise). Purchased the green colour way which is a lot brighter than it would appear on the images.
Sizing is off by about an entire size, maybe even just a half. Usually a size 10.5 due to a wide foot, however I ordered a size 10.5 on the SL Loops and they are a little big, so I ordered these in a size 10 thinking they would fit just right, but they were way too small. Shipped them back, didn't reorder. Still a really nice looking shoe though.
I'm a size 7.5 US and due to the reviews I ordered a half size up (8 US) . They fit perfectly without socks and a little tight with ankle socks. Great slip on design, very lightweight and comfortable.
Great trainers very airy and light but difficult to get on as the opening is like a sock rather than a shoe with a tongue. I wear a size 11/46 usually, had to send mine back and ended up with a 12.5 and still tough to get on.. Once on they are super comfy.
I bought this shoe after reading a prior review saying the front was wide, as I have pretty wide feet (2E). However, even though the upper is quite stretchy, it still feels pretty cramped for me personally. So I would say it is only moderately wide at the front, and people with wide feet should stay clear. Otherwise, the shoe feels great when running, and provides a really nice snug fit around my ankle. I've also received a lot of compliments on how it looks!
Straight to the point. Awesome shoe, but after about a week of wear, the right shoe has developed a very annoying creak. It sounds like there is a rock, or ball bearing stuck in the shoe, though I can guarantee you that there is no foreign object lodged in the shoe. I got caught in the rain one afternoon and the creak went away for about two days, and has now returned. Otherwise, my only word of advice with these shoes, is that if you are a sock wearer, get a half size bigger than you would normally wear. Exceptional shoe despite the annoying creak.
It has been my first ever pair of Boost shoes and they feel like walking with marshmallows on your feet. Pros: - Light weight. - Boost Sole. - Keeps your feet chill. Cons: - The sole is too fine to do any major running in them if you want to get a new pair every 70 miles. Overall: These would be great in the gym or just walking about. For running i don't see it much of a "running shoe".
I originally had purchased the Climachill Ride Boost which I do like but I personally found them to be a bit loose. So I decided to try the Cosmic Boost. I like these better. They are just a cool as the Ride Boost but have a bit more cushion. These do run a bit small, I had to get 1/2 a size larger. They do feel great and are super light and cool for my outdoor runs. I've been using these for outdoor long runs and I sweat less and my feet swell less. Great job Adidas.! The improvements I would make would be to resize them so they run true to size and maybe a thicker rubber sole. Maybe use the Continental rubber like the Supernova
I purchased these for outdoor runs and so far they have been great. The Climachill do exactly what the name implies. I've noticed that my feet do not sweat as bad nor do they swell as bad on hot days using the Climachill I found that they run true to size but the width is a bit wider than other Adidas running shoes that I have. My only comment is it would be nicer if these had a bit more cushion for the long runs
Initially bought these shoes based off the cosmic boost/colorway hype, and I could not be more impressed. Theyre truly a lightweight shoe (not as light as the ultra boosts but also not as expensive) that provides plenty of support. if you're looking for a comfortable yet visually appealing, trendsetting shoe look no further.
When I saw these I knew I had to have them. Really comfortable as my other Adidas running shoes, but these look insanely cool in the grey and blue & green version. Excellent quality and still super comfortable. Great shoe for gym workouts that include cardio and lunges.
Just got the Pure Boost Chill and I have to say, these are amazing! I have worn several other shoes including the Ultra Boost, Supernova Glide, and Springblade, and these are definitely the most cushioned and comfortable so far. Right out of the box, they already look great! Other models I have bought have had glue marks or imperfections, but these looked perfect! Upon trying them on, I was very impressed with the fit. Didn't even need to adjust the laces or anything. They just fit right and true to size with a comfortable width. They have so much Boost cushioning! You can really feel it especially under the heel and midfoot. The forefoot is a bit lower, but it is still very cushioned. Other shoes feel like you are walking on cement in comparison. These are also incredibly light considering how much cushioning they have. In terms of support, they are more on the light flexible side so they are not as sturdy as say a Supernova, but they have enough support for casual running and everyday wear. The insole is very thin and attached to the Boost sole inside and it has openings so you can actually see the Boost material. I was worried, the insole might not be thick enough, but upon wearing the, it feels just like a normal insole. The sole is my only concern in terms of durability because it seems like the way it is designed, it may wear down fast, but only time will tell. Overall I would highly recommend the Pure Boost Chill for anyone looking for the most cushioned and comfortable shoe available. I even recommend it over the Ultra Boost. They got it right with this one!
I am normally a 12 in adidas but I saw the reviews that said to size up so I ordered a 12.5. That was too small and when I sized up to a 13 they were still too tight. I ended up returning all of them and purchasing a different shoe entirely.
I went to an adidas store to try these on after reading all of the rave reviews about the boost.. and I have to agree with the general consensus: these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Commuting in the city is a breeze when you have clouds strapped to your feet. I can't recommend the boost line enough, do yourself a favor and go try some on. You'll be hooked after just one step.
