micoach is all you need to get the results you want.
I wanted to like this shoe. Aesthetically it speaks to me. But first time stepping on the floor I had some major problems. Traction is fine, but having played in a ton of basketball shoes it doesn't touch '11, '13 hyperdunk or Kobe 9. The whole shoe has an inner liner, so I don't know if the primeknit is all necessary. The laces don't stay locked down in the middle unless you work hard for it. The boost doesn't feel like boost, it felt hard. Maybe I got a bad pair? Still the aesthetics are killer, so thats hard to pass up. But from a performance stand point, I'm pretty disappointed.
I love the feel of the shoes, I would pay over and over for the shoes. Like I said I would if they would last long enough to break them in and be open to the idea of purchasing another pair and having a second pair. Unfortunately by the time you break them in its time for a new pair. I won't talk trash about the shoes, I know they are the best pair of shoes I have ever worn. Just make them them last longer than 2 months.
I'm a size 11, but I decided to try the shoes in a size 10.5. To my surprise the shoes actually "adapted" to my foot. I could wear these all day, in fact I already do. These shoes are perfect for everyday life and running.
Possibly the most comfortable shoes I've ever had on my feet, whether for basketball or not. Boost is awesome but unfortunately they come with a tissue paper thin insole. And seeing as how the cushion thins out at the ball of the foot, I recommend putting a thicker one in if you decide to buy. Biggest problem however is the traction. Initially it's incredible, not very squeaky but the pattern makes it incredible nonetheless. But then after about three weeks of strictly indoor play it starts to fray and goes downhill fast. Now I can pretty much expect to slide. Hopefully there'll be a version in the future with a more durable traction but until then it's not worth $150.
Great fit like a glove. Very stylish!!!! All I get is compliments when I wear them. I wear them for sprints and interval workouts. Good price. I hope more unique color patterns are developed by adidas
I have two pairs of the Ultra Boost and both have torn in the exact same spot. I have worn each pair a maximum of 10 times to work (nothing strenuous) and neither held up to simple walking. Very disappointed.
the price point is unbeatable, the comfort is there, but most importantly-SWAG. these shoes are so sick. I saw 2 Chainz rocking them at the NBA Finals and had to get my hands on a pair. finally found a color way that spoke to me with the grey combo. These are legit running shoes, but stable enough for training and lifting. Overall super versatile because I wear them casually and get a lot of compliments.
To narrow in the toes and the arch support has gone away compared to a few years ago models it is hard to wear all day adidas needs to go back to the drawing board and redesign to make comfortable again
Although the traction grooves were shallow, the patten held up and worker fine. Full length boost is the best cushion setup around, and is a bit bouncier than the CL Boost 2016 boost. The primeknit is stretchy and comfortable, with no glue getting in the way. The fit and support is very good, due to the good lacing system and interior features of the shoe.
Great shoe, but I had a major problem. The shoe gave me a horrible cut/blister near my ankle from the inner padding. Was bothering me while playing but not too bad. But after the cut was to painful for me to walk around comfortably for a few days. Everything else about the shoe is PERFECT. Materials are awesome. Cushion is the best ever. My knees felt like I hadn't even played. However, the blister I got was so bad I never tried them again and will be returning them. Shame, might just be an issue with me and my foot, but personally it was still an issue. Maybe just bad luck.
I have a normal foot. I wear all kinds of shoes. The Ultra Boost is unnecessarily tight over the top of foot and in the toe box. I was excited but my heart sank. No dice for the Ultra Boost, and the Ultra Boost Uncaged looks terrible, so no reason to even try it on.
My son said they are very comfortable. He usually buys a half size larger as his feet are wise but this shoe he was able to get his true size. We were told they do not stretch much so we are waiting to see. He has only played 1 game in them so far but it is the first time he has ever said, " I like my new cleats mom. " so that means a lot.
These are some of my favorite shoes right now! They are super comfortable and I can wear them casually even if I'm walking long distances. I'm not really a runner; I got them more because I like how they look and I will definitely be buying another pair in another color. And the best part is they look beautiful in pictures but even better in person
They may have been my favorite pair of cleats i have ever worn. I loved the fit and speed and fell of the cleat. They are stylish and have very good ball control. The problem is I have had them for about 4-6 months and I recently noticed that my $200 pair of cleats are ripping. The whole front of the right boot is tearing and is now unplayable in. Now I have to buy a whole new pair and it will not be this one due to the bad quality. If they had held up they would have been my best boots ever. I always thought of adidas products to be good quality. Too Bad.
I got craaaazy complements about this shoes. They just hurt my feet (by the toes). Which is disappointing. I have the Springblade Ignites and the Springblade Solyces (in size 11) and they fit like a glove on my feet. I just got the return label and I'm going to try size 11.5; then I'll put another review up here.
I have gotten the D Rose 7 Multi-Color about a week ago. Great shoe, the design is uniquely Adidas. A bit narrow though for my foot, as I heard. So, when I bought them, I got .5 bigger, size 13.5. Got extra space for my big toe, but was still narrow and a bit tight around my foot. Feels comfortable on the court, haven't played a full court performance game yet, but just running and shooting. Cushion in shoe gives the boost in leaping ability, and no pain in take off. Make sure to wear right performance socks with this shoe. Grip of shoe on court still needs a bit work like all the other D Roses, but still good. Can't wait to see Derrick Rose play in them this NBA season on the Knicks.
These shoes are honestly amazing. The fit, comfort, and ride are all perfect and these shoes are amazingly comfortable. One gripe that I do have though, is that they're slightly flimsy. In fact, my cage tore within a week of wearing these shoes. So, watch out for the durability because these should last much longer, considering the price tag
Go 1/2 size up (common for Adidas) and you will never buy a different type of shoe in your life. These are literally the MOST COMFORTABLE shoes I have ever worn. Ever. No exaggeration here. When I have a lot of errands to run around town, sometimes I don't want to walk anywhere; then I put these on and...WOW. Everything seems easier. Plus, I use them as everyday shoes, and I have received more compliments on them than any other article of clothing I've ever owned--by FAR (I bought the red/white). Strangers walk up to you just to talk about them! I can't even count the number of people who have asked about them. And every time they do, I give them a whole spiel about how great they are. HIGHLY recommended!!!
Shoes look and feel amazing. Only problem is they were an entire size too big. I got the size I normally wear and there was almost an entire half-inch of space between my toe and the front of the shoe. Order a half size smaller and these are perfect.
The best shoe of the year, hands down. Everything is just great from cushion, fit, lock down, support, and traction. It would be perfect if Adidas make a low top Drose signature like they did with the 2s and 3s.
The fit, look, and comfort of this shoe is spot on. However, I've never worn a shoe that repeatedly makes my feet so hot I either have to stop running or switch them out half way through the day due to discomfort. A problem I've never had with other running shoes. I thought these would breathe really well with the mesh upper, but it doesn't seem to be the case. For the price, I can't say I would recommend these.
I got these for my upcoming Cross Country season. My previous trainers were the Adidas Energy Boosts 2. These supernovas are pretty similar to the energy boosts, but I think that I like them a little bit more. First of all i think that these are a bit more durable and have better traction. I have had them for about two weeks and have ran a 10 mile race in them, they are very comfortable and have not given me any problems so far. The only thing I don't like about this shoe is that it is a little heavy.
I've only had them a week or two. Mostly wear them in the gym, not outside. They're very comfortable and the neoprene seem to absorb the sweat then, it seems to evaporate. Love the bouncy cushion. Great for running reducing impact on ball of the foot. Conforms nicely to your feet for great support.
the boost is amazing, it provides great cushion and feels great while not lacking in court feel. The traction is the best I've used, I've played in the curry 2, kyrie 2, Kobe 9, and the Jordan 28 to put in perspective. It's beastly. It won't last on out door courts tho. The fit is just right and I recommend going true to size. There is just a little dead space by the toe in true to size and if you don't like that go down half a size but it's not a problem at all. Lockdown and support is amazing (it's made for d rose come on it has to be to protect those glass ankles. Overall it's a great show and I'm calling it this early it's the best shoe for the 2016-2017 basketball season I love it.
These are my first pair of dedicated powerlifting shoes. If you're considering lifting in normal shoes (or running shoes like I was) or trying lifting shoes, make no mistake. I'm never going back. The Powerlift 3.0s allow me to get into a squat position thats safer and gives me more strength.
