micoach is all you need to get the results you want.
I bought these for use in the gym, and also to wear when training for football. I really enjoy how cool they feel to the touch, and the breathability is amazing. They are so light that when you are using them you can't even feel that you are wearing any shorts at all. They also dry extremely quickly, which is always a plus. In terms of improvements, I would probably suggest that they release some more colours, as the current ones are not that amazing. I also would prefer one with bolder styling, such as a large adidas logo or three stripes on the shorts, but apart from that they are pretty much perfect as far as shorts go.
These shorts are comfortable and have the added benefit of coming with a liner. The one thing they need is side pockets; a single zip pocket isn't enough when you have to stop at the store on the way to or from a run.
With an athletic pair of boxers underneath (as there's no liner) these shorts rock! I use them for my compound weightlifting routine and they bend and flex perfectly with any movement you throw at them, especially squats, without any tightness. I'm 5' 11" - 180 lbs. and the M fits just right a little above the knee and are very comfortable around the waist with a soft inner drawstring. Pockets are nice for things like paper money, health card, house key, etc. but a smartphone would definitely dangle around a lot. Nevertheless, love having 2 zippered pockets. Wouldn't mind if they made these exact same shorts with a quality liner too for things like golf, swimming, etc. Based on how well these fit, I'm debating on whether or not to get another pair.
I have bought these shorts because I love the Adidas Response range. They are a good quality short, fit great and a very comfortable. Great for running, gym, lounging around in the sun or tale on holiday. Hope there are more colours. Find the men's range of running gear can be quite boring. But love these shorts. Will be getting the black ones.
Comfortable to train in. I bought medium and found it to be a little loose. I should have bought a small. My gamble as sometimes I'm a small and sometimes a medium. Would definitely recommend, great value and a nice top.
I am like the fussiest person I know and these shorts I'd buy over and over again. Comfort. Style. Pockets. They are a summer short but for wintry days I wear a short pair of skins. If you want some shorts buy these!
These shorts are different than typical running shorts: they're longer and have no liner, but that's all great stuff. Since they're longer, the short legs don't ride up like the mid-length 6" or 7" shorts and they look a whole lot better than the shorter length shorts. You need to buy a base layer, like the ClimaChill underwear (I suggest the new 9" length), but a separate compression base layer is better and more supportive than any integrated liner. Overall I rate these an A+: they look great, are comfortable and keep you cool.
This shirt is light and feels great. I love how ventilated it feels on hot days, very breathable. It is beautiful, I got both the white/orange/purple and the purple/orange. It is very comfortable to wear and the fitting is just about perfect (maybe a touch long, but that is it). The only problem I have had is when I wear an iPhone armband with this shirt. The velcro from the armband clings very easily to the fabric of the shirt, the fabric of the shirt is unfortunately most clingy to velcro around the rib cage area, the same level most people that use an armband place it (bicep). Even the slightest bit of velcro exposed from an armband will cling easily to this shirt and when pulled off from the shirt, it is taking shreds of the shirt with it. I would suggest if you run with this shirt, to do it without the armband or at least, flip the armband around so it doesn't damage your shirt! It could be a design improvement on adidas part. I only seem to have this issue with this shirt, but I still like it a lot. So it is annoying, but my love for the shirt makes it a minor issue for me.
Great fit, so light and comfortable. At the end of a run you dont feel that heavy and wet feeling you do from poor quality running shirts. Putting it on at 5am for a run I feel ready! A pleasure to run in.
I ran a marathon in this yesterday and I must say, I can't believe how great this shirt actually worked. The aluminum dots kept hitting on my back every time the shirt went up and landed back down as I ran and I kept me much cooler than I expected. It got pretty warm towards the end of the run and I didn't notice it as much, but this is still the best shirt I have run long distances in.
Bought these for the gym, they do the job perfectly. Zip pockets to stop things sliding out. Breathable. Only downside is, I personally would have liked them to be shorter, to show off my legs a bit more, ha. That is just personal preference though. I would recommend these
I bought these shorts to wear over running tights on my training runs. The pockets are spacious and the zips are so useful and mean that I don't have to worry about my phone etc falling out. I wish that adidas made more shorts with zipped pockets like this.
Bought one pair and loved them so much, I just bought another color. Super lightweight, breathable and comfortable and love that they have zippered pockets-- a rarity with shorts. A great summer short.
Must be my age but I'm keen to wear kit which matches ( top, shorts trainers) - this supernova top looks cool with black adidas shorts and trainers with a hint of purple. Nice and cool during a workout. The fit is quite large, I knew this though so ordered a M - I'm 6ft and 13.5 stone - slim build and the shirt fits great - quite long but ok for training.
Really nice looking all black shirts which I always like.sometimes NICE plain black shorts can be difficult to find . Not too baggy, though my legs are on the bigger side . I wear a medium. I don't run but train with weights.
