micoach is all you need to get the results you want.
These shoes are the lightest shoes I've ever owned. I use them at the gym regularly and also do some light jogging in them and my feet feel fantastic. Lots of support and flexibility. However, I don't think they would fare well for regular long distance running. Overall great shoe though!
Actually very well defined, perfectly sized, and fun to walk, jog and run in. Only quirk is I find the shoelaces to be completely superfluous and would love to see the same design without them nor shoelace holes. They untie regularly, probably because they aren't stretchy at all. Nevertheless, what I love most is the ease with which they are easy to put on and off.
I got given a pair of adidas adipure 360.3 for a gift. I put them on and I have never felt a more comfortable training shoe. Like my foot is in a cloud. I am not sure if they are just meant to be gym training shoes. But I want to use them for multi purpose, casual, road running, trail running and walks.
Best trainer shoes I've purchased to date. Ounce weight is perfect and fits true to size. Great lateral movement and gives you great movement while working. Well ventilated to keep you cool. Adidas has stepped up the attention to detail.
Great trainers for gym work, stable and supportive. My only problem with these shoes is the width. I normally by size 8 in my everyday shoes but get 9s in Adidas trainers. However 9s are slightly long in the length so I decided to purchase size 8.5 this time and I've found these slightly tight in the width.
I bought these to have a change from nano's. They looked ideal for Crossfit, flat sole for lifting but also a slightly raised toe for running. I've only had them a week. Used them for lifting, metcon and they're pretty good over 800m runs too. I wouldn't be looking to cover any distance in them though. Cheaper than nano's and a better all rounder. Thumbs up so far!
I do a lot of HIIT and Weights, these shoes are perfect for this type of training. They have a great sole which provide a solid and stable foundation. Other shoes I've tried even with zero or minimal drop still tend to roll in a the lateral movement, but these keep my feet in the right position all the time.
Another excellent pair of Adidas shoes. They look amazing, very smart but also casual. Very comfortable. I ordered a half size higher as adidas shoes are normally a bit narrow but I think a 10 would have been perfect but I can live with the 10.5
The trainers are very light with a strong cushioned sole. The area for putting your foot into the trainers is very narrow. Once your foot is in, the heel part of your foot is very secure but the front area of the shoe feels too open. Could have done with being more supportive around the toes.
Bought these for my hubby. Really stylish, neat trainers. Hubby is normally a uk size 8, however I have found with all adidas trainers they are slightly smaller fitting so we went for size 8.5 and they fit like a glove. So comfortable and on trend.
I’m really not happy with these shoes. First, the insole is sewn-in and I normally substitute aftermarket insoles. Second, I can’t get the right tension across the top of my forefoot. Third, put a proper tongue back in the shoe. My 360's were good. My 360.2’s were great. My 360.3's are a disappointment.
Not a very good shoe for lateral movement, I would not recommend this shoe for training. Not enough support over all, in the ankles and way to much give on lateral movements. Disappointed overall on my purchase.
needed a new x-trainer for the gym. suffering with "runners heel" and its generally painful to even walk, so cant run but can gym. Fits like a glove ! Sole support is amazing and my heel pain disappears when wearing them but that's just an unexpected bonus. You don't actually feel like you're wearing a trainer at all. great comfort, support and looks.
I had a pair of adipure 360.2, in size 12. They were good shoes, but the lateral lock down wasn't the best, and the traction wore down quickly. I ordered these in a 12.5, thinking they would be just slightly bigger than last years, and I wish I would have gotten a 13 instead. The outsole on this style is far, far better than the previous model.
It's a great shoe. Bends to my foot when I'm moving. Lots of flexibility. However, it's a little narrow at the widest part of my foot. There's a bit of rub at that point as well. There isn't much cushion, so I don't think it would make a great running shoe.
This are the sickest pair of runners I have ever laid eyes on. When I first saw them, I thought adidas designed these for me. First of all the bright yellow colour pattern is the best design I've ever seen. I could not design these better myself. These shoes are incredibly lightweight too and they feel amazing. They also offer quite a good amount of support by using a wide outersole that prevents rolling an ankle and provides greater stability while maintaining its lightweight quality and large range of flexibility. The outsole also offers climacool ventilation in the forefoot and a lightweight durable plastic joins the mesh of the shoe to the toe of the outsole for increased durablity. All in all, sweetest pair of shoes I ever bought.
I sometimes struggle to get good fitting footwear having slim feet, I like that most of laces are separate to the sock like upper meaning I can tighten them that little extra without distorting the shoe. I use these for multiple activities at the gym and fitness classes and they give me great stability and are super comfortable to wear every time.
Light weight trainers great for general gym wear. I use them for cardio workout and weight training. Great for squats as they are quite flat. Also used them to play squash and are great as they grip the floor well. True to size bought size 8. Only issue is getting your feet in is a bit tight so you will need loosen the lace quite a bit. Once your feet are in its a nice snug fit.
I use these shoes for training for boxing, sometimes with ankle wraps or compression socks. They are the best single all-purpose training shoe I've found for that purpose. The rubber of the sole is low-profile and firm so it doesn't fold when moving side to side; the sole wraps up onto the shoes through the middle for more stability; there is a low profile tread and the forward part of the sole flexes a great deal--all of this is ideal for bending and pivoting characteristic of boxing footwork. The heel is solid and keeps ankle in place, the upper fits like a sock. I can do shorter distance jogging (several kms), sprints, speed rope, etc. in them just as well as any boxing-specific training. I run longer distances in dedicated running shoes and wear Adidas box hogs in the ring as necessity dictates. Suffice to say 65-75% of all my training is in the Adipures. I usually wear a 9.5US in Adidas running shoes, as I like a roomier fit, but for stability in a variety of multi-directional movements I wear a slightly snugger 9US in these shoes--I have a wide foot so the expanding nature of the sock-like upper accommodates for that. They also seem maybe a 1/4 size longer in length than most Adidas. (Note: these 360.3 Adipures have a diamond pattern tread on the bottom which allows for better grip on turf and such surfaces than the previous 360.2 model. I preferred the old tread pattern for boxing but that is for my specific needs; this newer tread is probably more useful in general.)
i bought this shoe because i wanted a stylish, lightweight shoe that was good for the gym and could be versatile when involved in physical activities. so far i have only used it in the gym and it's been great! gotten many compliments on the looks too. i play volleyball and expect this shoe to be great for all round movement and will keep me safe and secure. highly recommend. only thing; it doesn't really show on the images but on the lateral side of the shoe the midsole comes out quite a bit.
This is a very comfortable pair of shoes, very light and made like specially for me! I like them a lot and I strongly recommend them to anyone that needs light sport shoes for training or just walking.
I have worn adidas toe shoes almost every day for 4 years (love these shoes) as they fit, literally, like gloves but cannot find new ones. So I have been looking for a good shoe that is wide fitting and lets the foot move naturaly. These shoes do just that! They are as close to toe shoes as I have found with the added benfit of cushioning. I now have 2 pairs as my go to day shoes. These shoes feel like your feet can do what they evolved to do whilst being protected from the hard surfaces that they now have to contend with. Awesome combination!
The shoe is lightweight and so far seems to be durable with everyday use! Whether its weight training, circuits, variety of sports this shoe does the job. I love the low heel, personally I like to be as close to the floor as I can. The style is great to, definitely thinking of getting the same shoe in Black.
I recommend trying these on in store before purchasing because of the stretching engineered mesh at the toe box makes it for a real comfy sock like feel but provides alot of room. had to go half a size down from my usual size and i'm glad i did because the snug fit it perfect on these. great workout shoe! awesome support the heel lockdown and sides. the only step to go from here of course is to incorporate boost into the midsole in the near future!
overall most comfortablist, crazy, outerspace bananas to have happened to my feet in this lifetime. I feel like a space ninja astronaut floating on clouds of pure dreams, whenever i become one with these fabulous sneaks.
