The best fit for me was a 6, and I'm usually a 7.5. I'd even try to get a 5.5 but they're all out now. I like them in general, if you get the pink color, they will be very very light pink. My heels slip up in them a lot and I wore two pairs of socks the first time I wore them. I will say they're super cute and I love wearing them, it's just that the sizing isn't optimal. I'm also noticing that the top is getting a tiny bit wrinkled, the part in front ot the laces, but that might just be because of the mixed up size. In all, I still really like them, but definitely be careful about sizing. The sole was also a little weird when I got them, it wasn't fastened in the shoe.
Clearly a must have if you're a fan of Adidas Originals. I'm suffering from "The dopest shoes in the room syndrome" daily. THE GOOD: Style, Style, Style THE BAD: Slightly too large. I wear 9.5-10.0 could've used a 9 for a snug fit.
I am a Addidas man since 1970. I had my mom driving 15 miles to get Roms and Mexicanias. Everyone compliments my adidas. Comfortable and lots of "cool" factors. The only complaint is the Gazelles tongue squeaks. I used oil to stop the squeak. Online lets you get any style. I wanted to custom order the Mexicans colors but not available.
Love everything about it EXCEPT the tongue. It's way too long and it's squeaky. Keep thinking I'm stepping on my dog's chew toy when walking through my house. Change the tongue and maybe slim down the sole a bit and they'd be perfect. Similar to the Gazelle OG.
Leather! Comfortable with the great Gazelle arch support. Glad these are leather which holds up to the elements better than suede without all the need to prep them so much. Gazelles are one of the best trainers Adidas produces.
Im disappointed that adidas had to revamp this classic with an ugly tongue, they should just sell it with the shorter blue tongue the way gazelles are meant to be! Tried to get a pair but none of the UK retailers deliver so have to make do with this new redesign, shame.
The shoes are great for skateboarding in, also really durable. However I don't feel any comfort or support in them, maybe getting more flexible material or a better insole would be good. Other than that everything is great
I was looking for comfortable walking shoes that were still stylish— these shoes suited this need. However, they immediately (upon first wear) showed signs of dirt and dust collecting in the light colored suede, which is harder to clean than I expected. The tongue feels cheap, like it's made of styrofoam, but all in all they look nice and work well.
I'm a bgirl, so I intended to try them out since I had always been an Adidas Campus lover. I do think the Campus is of higher quality in terms of durability, but the Gazelle is still comfortable and stylish--it just feels plasticky. I also don't like that you can see the sole seam towards the inner side of the shoe, but that's being overly critical. Overall, a very nice shoe!
They look great and fit great for the most part, but the arches are waayyy too high. I've experienced this with Sambas before, but those insoles were easily removed and the problem was solved. But these insoles don't seem to be able to be taken out, so I'm not sure how to tackle that issue.
