Great looks and comfort, I'm a us 12.5 to 13 but purchased a size 11.5 so yeah they run big. It's like a second sock on, while the sole is a little hard at first but once warn in its all good ! If you are some one who likes the new adidas yeezy but can afford one then is is second best. If you have not seen the tubular soles then your in for a treat they represent a bike tube which is really unique and why I love them.the new look of the shoe is much better then the older model its much more lightweight which is crazy because the last model was light as well these new primeknits are crazy ,amazing, little big, simple, comfortable and great for summer !
I love this shoe, seriously! Its extremely aesthetically pleasing, extremely comfortable the more you wear it and its light as a feather! Now the downside... As most have stated before this shoe is runs HUGE! You should downsize your purchase by at least one full size for your best fit. My last complaint might not affect all of you but if you drive a manual transmission car shifting with these shoes on is difficult to get a good grip on because of the gap in the middle from the tubulars, these are definitely not driving shoes and I've never had a complaint about a shoe for driving before... this is a first lol
The style of the shoe is soooo dope similar to the Yezzy 350 but better, Just because Yeas name is attached to it doesn't make it better. Don't get me wrong the 350 Boost are nice but they are really expensive. The Primeknits feel really comfortable and now I have the most freshest and hardest creps at college.
Best part about ordering from adidas is the consistency of size (and ease of ordering), this is my 3 online order. The shoes are very nice .. very light..and come with 2 different options in shoelaces. I've only had them 2 weeks .. so don't have long experience with them. The only minor issued I have was the color was more bold (brighter green) than I had hoped .. but not enough to where I was willing to return them.
I thought I would never have an issues with ordering a size 14 and having that be too big! Never had an issue with any 14 being too big in any shoe, but this one change that thought process. I dropped down to a size 13.
These shoes are comfortable and somewhat light. The upper is made of some super thin nylon with a thin cloth underneath it. This is what gives it the textured or 3D type of look. Essentially it looks like the design is printed on material. As the site doesn't really give you any details I thought I would note the above for the curious. With that said they are comfortable and the uppers will allow airflow if you work out in them or any activity. I just don't see how the upper will maintain it's color and shape.
These are some extremely comfortable shoes to wear, with the black/grey colourway being one of the nicest looking. I recommend at least .5 size down from your regular Adidas shoe size, if not a full size down. In spite of their larger-than-expected length, these shoes are somewhat narrow to bear this in mind if ordering for wide feet. Other than minor sizing issues, these sneakers look amazing, are supremely comfortable, and have turned a few heads because of their rather unique look. Some compare them to the Yeezys but this is just a personal choice.
I bought the Solar Blue Hamburgs and I have to say that I was very impressed right from taking them out of the box. I thought that the build and materials quality were better than on most of the recent Island Series and they were comfortable right from the first wear. Usually I find that the Adidas Originals take a bit of wearing in but not these. The Solar Blue is much brighter (and better) than it looks in the pictures on the website. I didn't find anything I would change so I would recommend them without hesitation.
Really nice pair of trainers. I bought these to wear both in and out of the gym. Extremely comfy and light weight which is great for training. I would definitely recommend for gym and casual wear. I am considering buying the same pair in black!!
I wore these shoes in my early Marathon days. The Equipment Racing (and Guidance) fit me as if they were made for me. They are STILL the best fitting running shoes I've ever worn, I absolutely love them. I recall being so disappointed when they disappeared back in the mid 90's. If I could have justified buying 10 pair this time, I would have.
Recently discovered the superstar even though my buddies have been wearing these for years and picked up various versions of the 80s DLX: the black suede and red suede and also the off white leather 80s DLX all in 10.5. The suede shoes feel a little more comfortable on first few wears than the leather but I think the leather ones will break in. The black suede has a very high quality feel to it which is very smooth. As with the 80s dlx shoes, the inside has a leather lining and flat/thin tongue. I prefer this over the superstar 2 which are more padded but it does mean the 80s shoe feels a little wider than a comparable size in the superstar 2. The tongue on the 80s dlx also don't have eyelets for the laces which isn't a big problem for me. Time will only tell how the suede performs over time as it gets dirty and worn. The reds look like it could get away with it more, but the blacks might suffer and its such a rich dark colour. But overall, great shoe... so good I bought a few more pairs!
I'm gonna be honest I was quite dissapointed in the quality, I found some glue next to the stripes on the outside of the shoe, but luckily that as easliy peeled off, the insple of the shoe wasn't stuck down properly, but was easily fixed by wearing around the house for a bit, the bad quality might just be bad luck, so I would reccomend it because it looks great on feet!
I got these because I loved the camo style! I bought them online so I had never seen the shoe, and when I got them the construction just wasn't for me. They are a very comfortable shoe, but the upper construction doesn't have much structure so they are very flimsy.... Overall they are a great shoe, just not for me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good looking comfortable shoe.
I got of a pair of these in the green suede, they are a lovely emerald green and I got a half size up from normal and they are really comfy. They're a little more expensive than regular superstars but I'm glad I got them as the materials used are top notch. Highly recommended !!!
Here're my impressions with the shoes: 1. They are definitely simple designed good looking shoes, just I like. 2. These green and yellow color combination is nice. 3. The green is brighter than in the pics. 4. I'm a bit dissapointed the flaps are not made of leather and they fit a bit clumsy. Here're my advices for a women who doesn't like women's shoe design and colors and looking for a pair of men's shoes in smaller sizes: 1. They could be a ½ bigger in your size 2. They could be a bit wider in your size, so I would suggest to buy ones in your size and another ones in a half size down to try them on to choose. Compare to my old Melbourne from 15 years ago, quality of these shoes is not quite there, but better than other shoes they've made recently ((I've tried several adidas shoes a past year), I think. It's too early to tell if they are comfortable, but they are not uncomfortable at this point for sure.
