I'm on my 9th pair of supernova glide boost and I've never had an issue until this version. i have ran countless km in previous versions but this version gives me blisters on the sole of my feet ( I never get any sort of blisters ). Obviously not on shorter distances only when it's over the 30km mark. It's not the socks as I also never change the type of sock. I'm a marathon runner so I'm a bit surprised, something has changed with the shoe.
I bought a pair of these Gazelles at the end of last year, and they have been my favourite pair since then. They're comfortable, stylish and the adidas label gives them a great brand since then. When I opened the box, the suede was in pristine condition, bright as a summer's day. The only problem with these is the rate at which the colour in the material fades. I wore them probably 5 times a week and I noticed the colour draining within a couple of months. After wearing them for about 6 months, the suede had become discoloured and they didn't have the same look to them. The grain on the outsole had become eternally dirty, and no-matter how much I clean them, they stay that way. I tried using some suede dye on the material, and that improved the washed colour somewhat, but it faded again after a month or two. Don't let the quick wear dissuade you however, they are still as comfortable as ever and I still love wearing them. If you have the patience to protect and clean these regularly, they're probably the best shoes on the market.
I wanted something with emphatic looks, and practical for icy and snowy weather. The sole should provide the grip I need in icy conditions. White against a dark blue background provides a strong presence.
Purchased for use this winter, although the snow hasn't rolled in heavily yet. Size was bang on for me. Fairly light weight with a nice grippy sole and easy to slide on. My only concern would be the warmth factor as temperatures start to fall, but overall I am happy I bought these shoes.
Great pair of trainers - nice colour, has a slight metallic look to the material. The laces were a bit tight when I opened up the box but once they were undone, it fit quite nicely. They didn't have my size, but I've ordered another pair to get a smaller size.
Have just purchased my 4th pair of Supernova Glide Boost shoes. I keep going back to them for my long run option. As a 200 pound plus runner I find they provide excellent cushioning, and they fit my feet very well. (I have medium width feet.) The third pair that I own is over 500 km of mostly asphalt running and there is a little wear on the heal so I would say the Conti soles stand up well to lots of mileage. Where my big toe contacts the upper I can see that there is starting to be some wear, however this is my typical pattern with all running shoes so I wouldn't consider this a deficiency. What else can I say? I like how they feel on my feet when I run and I am looking forward to crushing out another 800 km or so on pair number 4 once I have used up pair number 3:) My only constructive feedback would be that Adidas should expand the options for colours of their miAdidas in these shoes. Would make them even more fun!
I've owned this shoe going on 4 months right now. Not my daily driver for a shoe. So I currently own boost, bounce, and adiprene. This being my first bounce I have to say I think bounce is actually not quite as good comfort wise adiprene[miles away from boost]. That's not to say its uncomfortable it's just not better in this particular application. Main gripe with this shoe is it doesn't breathe that well[very warm inside]. That said I like them and if you watch the NBA you'll see alot of players wearing this shoe so I assume if the pros like them they're pretty good.
I play point guard and I always like a shoe with more court feel and these are just like that,so you can expect not much cushion. If you want more cushion go with D Rose 6.I play indoor and traction was good for me.All around it's a good shoe for a guard who wants court feel and quality is really good for the money you're spending.
Love the shoes. Very comfortable and light. The sides are a touch narrow but that could be my feet. When running, they offer plentiful support and given my ankle issues, this is much needed. Overall, I am very happy with them and looking at purchasing another pair in a different colour so I don't wreck these ones!
This marks the 32nd pair of Jeremy Scott high tops we have purchased. We are Adidas and Jeremy Scott Adidas obsessed. The Shark Fin ia a great shoe. The fit is excellent. Super quality as always with the Adidas Jeremy Scott label. The attention to detail makes every one of his creations a conversation piece but this shoe in particular is a show stopper. The turquoise colorway infused with rainbow glitter - AWESOME!
I just bought this pair of shoes while visiting in Australia this week and the gold makes the shoes so shining. I also learned that this is limited edition and I've received lots of compliments from my friends. This is the most beautiful Adidas shoes I've ever owned. Highly recommended to purchase and even collect.
these shoes belong safe in a beautiful display case they will have collectors chewing each others faces off just to get their hands on a pair in 5 years! definitely one of a kind with those 50s Cadillac Elderado inspired fins! 7/5 stars is the real rating for these! the blue is breathtaking in person
I'm a chinese guy, 27years old. I should say this pair of shoe is just owesome. Soft, light, breathable, don't slide running in the rain. And It looks so cool. Nice shoe for spring, summer, autumn.Definitly 5stars, I'll give a 10 if I may.
I normally fit a size 10 and have a narrow foot, but based on a previous experience, ordered 10 1/2 which fits perfectly. They look great but have I not had much opportunity to try them out fully, however, so far so good.
If you got Gazelles 2.0 like i did then there are a few differences from the shoes. Og gazelle's has a slimmer look and a lighter feel. I break danced in my gazelles 2.0 almost 2 days per a week and they were perfect. These og gazelle will last me a long time I feel and will give me the perfect break dancing experience. In my opinion the 2.0 were my fav. and better because the room the shoe gave and its sturdiness, but the og are good too. Definitely going to take care of these!
first off, really fast delivery. ordered it on a Thursday evening and got the shoes delivered to me on a Monday. in terms of the shoes, as many of the reviews mention, the insoles don't want to stay in tact. it slips and slides when trying to put your feet in and slips out when you take the shoes off. the style is a 5/5 though. super light and breathable. however, not suitable in vancouver rain weather!
Been running with minimal style addi zero for running offroad up mt manganui, because didnt like the bulky responce and supernova. These feel like they fit perfectly for my now 80% road running scenario and more cushioned in the toe area but still light. They feel better for longer distances for me and because they have a full rubber sole i can use them for jumping on my hardtail and hit some jumps round aucklands urban jungle. Nice bit of daglo detail to keep it interesting. Nice shoe.
I bought the red Adidas Tubular X yesterday at Foot Locker and there so beautiful! Here is a list of personal pros and cons about these sneakers. PROS -They are Adidas, whats not to love about them! Adidas are just amazing. -They are high-tops, my favorite kind of sneakers. Very comfortable, smooth leather on the inside, due to the way the sneaker is made its easy to take off but wont fall of when you have them on. -These sneakers will not crease! Nothing I hate more than wearing shoes and they get an unattractive crease. You wont have to worry about that with these. - They are called sneakers but I consider them boots. When you put these on, you will feel as if your kicks are 5x stronger. There is a powerful presence about these shoes. - You will get good looks from other people, they are eye catchers. CONS -Not really a con, but it is a bit awkward on where to laces after you tie them.I tie my laces then I tuck them but these are different. You can put them behind the "X".
I love these. Just bought them to replace my Adidas Stella McCartney tennis shoes that fell apart after 2 weeks! I don't think they're too large, but maybe slightly wider than most sneakers (I have a very narrow foot). I like these so much that I'm getting another pair. A great all around walking shoe. Not overly supportive if that's what you need, but does have some arch support.
Most of my trainers are the classic silhouettes, city series, samba, campus, tobacco I cant seem to take to the ZX series however these are a good looking hybrid of the campus and the running type of trainers I don't usually buy. Probably the best combination of established Adidas trainers since the Copepan again by Kzk. Fit wise these are generous sizes, I could have probably got away with a 9.5. Quality wise a thorough inspection shows an improvement on glue work between the sole and upper that has let some recent Adidas shoes down
The product made to very good craftsmanship. It gives you true comfort and support. The item description on the web exactly matches the item. The delivery and the communication of Adidas after the purchase was very efficient. This is the 2nd item I purchased online from Adidas and very pleased with both of them.
I've been wearing this shoes for over 3 months for running. I normally do 5K for 2-3 days a week. It's the most comfortable shoes I've got. I now wear it to walk to work as well because my other shoes is not as comfortable as this one. Highly recommended.
Fantastic shoe which solved long lasting achilles tendinitis issues. Perfect if you are looking for a soft and non-structured shoe to use on grass or paths. Water resistance is satisfactory and I have had no issue with water ingress.
Excellent looking trainer, love everthing about them except for one thing....that massive seam which digs into the top of your foot. I presume all have it but must only seem to bother a select few people. I felt the inside of some tubular runners and they have no such problem. Trying to think of ways to get round the seam digging in (anyone got any ideas?) But may have to sell if becomes more of an issue
...literally! I know Adidas has some strange sizing, but I am, without fail, ALWAYS a size 8 in running shoes. I've been an athlete all my life and through college, so I've worn every running shoe or cleat there is it seems, and always an 8. These were EASILY a half a size to a FULL size TOO BIG! Order a half a size down to be safe MINIMUM!
