They are very comfy and nice casual shoes. A little large. And I even went a size smaller than I usually go. But most adidas shoes seem to run large. Overall I really like these shoes and their unique design
The purpose of this appraisal is to evaluate the Adidas Ultra Boost running shoe based on three criteria. These criteria include comfort, durability, and performance. With the latest technology integrated into their product, Adidas claims that the Ultra Boost is currently the best running shoe on the market. Therefore, the targeted market for this product is frequent runners (~30 miles per week). Comfort When looking for a running shoe, comfort is my main priority. I define comfort as the ability to go on a 10 mile run without feeling any discomfort. The Adidas Ultra Boost integrates one of its newest technologies, Boost, into the sole of the shoe. The Boost sole literally feels like you’re walking on a cloud. It is extremely responsive and you feel the material squish with every step. This helps to minimize the negative impact that running has on your joints. Unfortunately, I did notice that the shoe fits very narrow. If you are someone with wider feet, you might want to find a wider shoe. After wearing the Adidas Ultra Boost for multiple runs and feeling no discomfort in my feet, I can confidently say that the comfort of the Ultra Boost is top-of-the-line and ideal for frequent runners. Durability Since the Adidas Ultra Boost is relatively expensive ($180), most users are going to want to get their money’s worth. I define durability as a shoe that can remain in good condition for 6 months while running 30 miles per week. In my experience, I have went on 10 mile runs every other day for four months, and the shoes have shown minimal signs of wear. The tread on the bottom of the shoe is still fresh, resulting in a great grip between the shoe and the terrain. Based on what I have already experienced, I expect this great condition to continue for the next several months. Therefore, the Adidas Ultra Boost is great in terms of durability for frequent running. Performance I rate the performance of a running shoe based on its support and grip. The upper part of the Adidas Ultra Boost is constructed out of Primeknit, a formfitting material that adapts to the natural curvature of the foot. Primeknit provides a snug, sock-like fit, ensuring that your foot is well supported. The Continental rubber outsole is made from the same material as automobile tires—ensuring the best grip in wet and dry conditions. The performance of the Adidas Ultra Boost is unmatched by other shoes. After a thorough evaluation of the Adidas Ultra Boost, I can see why Adidas claims to have created the best running shoe. The Ultra Boost has excelled in comfort, durability, and performance, making it an ideal shoe for frequent runners. I highly suggest purchasing this shoe, and I hope you have the same positive experience that I’ve had.
The new look was out of this world and had to try them for college baseball. The ultra boost in the heel is beyond comfortable and hugs your foot very nicely. Very light as well, forms to your foot and very good grip.
The Ultra Boosts are great shoes with two critical flaws in my experience (if you are using them as running shoes): 1) Primeknit durability, and 2) sockliner quality. 1) Primeknit durability: Within a few months of use, the Primeknit upper (which is super comfortable, btw) started to fray on the outside of the left foot. A month later, there was a visible hole that got bigger with each run. The shoes will soon be retired to "around the house" wear as my pinky toe is starting to poke out of the shoe. Suboptimal performance for a shoe at this price point. 2) Sockliner quality: After a few runs, I noticed that the balls of my feet would hurt after a mile or so. I took out the sockliner, compared it to the sockliner in my Energy Boost 2s, and noticed that the Energy Boost had a much thicker sockliner. I put those in my Ultra Boosts and the problem went away - I'd recommend doing something similar if you get these, but adidas should consider a redesign to address the issue. Overall impression: great shoe for everyday wear, good running shoe with some critical flaws, and recommend with some hesitation.
Great shoe! I go through shoes pretty quickly when training (usually around 50 miles per week), but these have held up so well. Highly recommend! I've ran in an older model and remember wearing a US 7.5, but for some reason, I had to order a full size down in these. Perhaps it's because I purchased them in France (even though the US size was marked on the shoe as 6.5)...? Not sure, but definitely try them on, just to be sure.
Great looking shoe. Very comfortable in the toe area. I wear adidas superstars all the time and they fit perfect. I bought these in the same size as a my superstars but the crazylight boost 2.5 are extremely tight on the top of my foot behind the toes and in the heel area. They seem to fit a little better as they are breaking in.
It's not been a year since I bought these shoes and the sole has cracked of both the shoes. I have a back problem so I needed shoes with extra cushion, I don't run I just walk and they couldn't sustain even a year. Spending $192 for 10 months is not justifiable. i don't know how long will they last for the people who run.
Unlike all the hypebeasts out there I actually run in these, with that said I can say that these are the most comfortable running shoes I have ever had. very comfortable. They also give you that spring in your step you need for running. 10/10
Other than me choosing the wrong size, product is well-made. I went with a XS and was unable to zip up. The sleeves and length was perfect. Would definitely recommend sizing up for a more comfort fit.
The Z.N.E Hoodie successfully does what it sets out to do which is block out the noise. The hood is tight fitted so that you feel like you're in your own space no matter where you are but also allows room for headphones. The fit is true to size/ a little fitted depending on how you prefer the band at the waist and the construction of the hoodie is top notch. The only down side of the hoodie is the material with which it is made. The material is stiffer than other performance hoodies on the market but it is also a heavier weight material. So depending on your preferences this could be a good or bad thing. As a disclaimer, I was given this product by Adidas to test.
This is my favorite shoe of all time because of comfort and aesthetics BUT for 180$ they wear out very fast I'm not even running in them and after one day of just waliking at school I had parts of the sole That were all worn out and flat PLEASE MAKE OUTSOLE MORE DURABLE!!
mesh over the front toe area is not supportive enough. On a down hill run my foot slides forward laking enough stability. That said it is the most comfortable run in my life. Looking for a different model with more support up front with the same comfort. HHmmmmm
I'll start by saying I bought these for running and casual wear. I am really excited about these shoes. They are extremly soft and have responsive cushioning, I Didn't get what that meant until I actually put in the running miles. I live in the city so mainly I run on hard pavement and these bad boys did everything right, when your foot hits the ground it supports all of your foot and not just the heel and when your ready to go up for the next stride it is really good at responding to that. I urge those on the fence as I was for three months to get em! Worth the expense if it doesn't dent your wallet so badly. Also for my fellow sneakerheads these look great with joggers, jeans, and khakis, no question they are worth the hype.
I received this jacket as part of a product test, and was certainly pleased with the overall look, feel, and functionality of the jacket. This product provides a "cocoon" of sorts for the athlete, perfect for mental preparations before competition. Although a bit heavy, material has the feeling of a high quality performance jacket. Definitely something I would recommend to other athletes.
I just received my package and when I opened it I was a little perplexed BUT when I tried it on I was in love. This hoody is sleek and most of all functional. I absolutely love the thumb holes, I could see myself taking a jog when the weather cools, running errands, and of course travelling . The hood is oversized so you can zone out with big headphones or if you're like me a big bun. I was really surprised by the fabric... it's like a really nice knit. All in all I love the product and am even considering buying it in other colors... the blue looks gorgeous.
Love this for fall. I am tall (5'10") and often find that things fit me short... this fits perfect. I think it is better when fully zipped (with hoodie on). I only wish it also worked out when zipped to the neck without putting the hoodie on. I also like that the fabric has some structure to it, it makes the fit look better. Thanks Adidas for letting me test it!
The ZNE hoodie is a good mid-weight piece of gear to keep you in your own mind space. The hoodie keeps you in your own "bubble" minimizing peripheral distractions, although it could be a bit wider. It has a good aesthetically pleasing clean style and has a nice inner pocket space too. The fabric is a bit stiffer than you expect, a bit like neoprene, but I think after a wash or two it will soften. I was lucky enough to be chosen by adidas to test this product and I'm looking forward to "keeping out all the unwanted noise" with my ZNE hoodie.
I was really excited to receive this test product in the mail. It was a good fit tight enough to be stylish but loose enough that I could layer under it. The fabric was also really cool and different from my current (very large) athletic wear based wardrobe.
I've been wearing this shoe casually for the past 2 weeks and I could not be more happy with it. The shoe is unbelievably comfortable. It's great for people who've come off of knee surgery. It provides the shock absorption that I so desperately need. Big ups to Adidas for making a quality shoe
I absolutely love this jacket! It is thick but very breathable. I love wearing it for working out but it is also amazing for studying. I grab it every time I have to go to the on campus library and it really helps blocking out some of the chatter and helping me focus. It is now my favorite jacket especially since it fits so well. I am on the shorter side but the medium still fits me perfectly.
Sleek design, totally on point. I wore this to/from my workout, and got many compliments on it at the gym, and as I ran my errands. It's a good fit, and stands out with the white color. It almost seems minimalistic since it doesn't have many sewn-lines on the jacket. LOVE IT!
I love the design of this hoodie. I wore it during running in the park. It comes with zipper for both pockets so I do not have to worry about losing anything during my workouts and those pockets also have outlet from inside for the headphone. I am on small size normally and it dose fit me very well. The cloth is a bit thick so may not be good in summer but it will be good for fall or spring.
I can't wait to wear this out in in the mornings and at night when it's a bit chilly. The jacket isn't too heavy or too tight, making it perfect for running or for daily wear. Love how you can roll the thumbholes in and have a finished cuff look. Also love the clean minimal design. It's nice that the pockets have zippers that are hidden.
The design is very unique, which I love - kind of space like. However, it looks its best when its all the way zipped up and when its all the way zipped up its can be overwhelming to some frames. LOVE the thumb holes (always a nice touch). The white with black accents is a nice contrast too.
Shoe is great, except it is impossible to keep clean. Pre-treated with Crep, used Jason Marks shoe cleaner, still looks dingy after one day of light urban use. I like to keep my white kicks looking white, unfortunately this are impossible.
