Go 1/2 size up (common for Adidas) and you will never buy a different type of shoe in your life. These are literally the MOST COMFORTABLE shoes I have ever worn. Ever. No exaggeration here. When I have a lot of errands to run around town, sometimes I don't want to walk anywhere; then I put these on and...WOW. Everything seems easier. Plus, I use them as everyday shoes, and I have received more compliments on them than any other article of clothing I've ever owned--by FAR (I bought the red/white). Strangers walk up to you just to talk about them! I can't even count the number of people who have asked about them. And every time they do, I give them a whole spiel about how great they are. HIGHLY recommended!!!
I love love love my pure boosts!!! Love the design, it looks great on foot even with a size like 9.5. The arch is pretty high so my foot had to get used to it, since I don't have high arches, but I love them for walking and jogging mostly. I feel like they slip a little if you do other workouts. But overall-- I want more pairs in different colours!!
I LOVE the style of these shoes (why I gave 2 stars), ok support, enough shock resistance for what I needed (vacation walking). But they squeeze the middle of my feet sooo bad. I have fairly narrow feet and couldn't believe after an hour or two they were hurting and at the end of the day felt such a relief to take them off. I wanted them to be my favorite, but until they can come out with a wide, or perhaps revisit the tension caused by the super unique design, I will have to resist. Also note, they felt fine when I tried them on in store:/
These shoes offer incredible heel and arch support. Similar to orthotics, it took a few times wearing them to acclimate my feet to them. After the first time wearing them, my heels and arches felt a bit strained, however they felt so good when I put them on that I continued to wear them and after 4-5 days my feet now feel great during and after I wear them. I'm very active and I LOVE these running shoes. Be patient with them, just like orthotics, your feet need to acclimate to them, but once they do, they're fabulous!!
Bought last year's version and think those were far superior to what they've done now. The logo now is much larger and depending on the shorts reflective. The zippers now also don't have the little plastic/rubber ends for ease of use and kept them from rattling. The no drawstring is nice but the string before was super minimal and have never had an issue with. End result they changed a great product and for me don't see the benefits of the new. Will be returning.
The design/look of this shirt is appealing, though the main material that covers the chest and the back is a thicker polyester, like a Polo shirt, if you sweat profusely like I do, the material becomes heavy when sweating and it doesn't dry as fast as some of the other shirts that are a different/thinner polyester. Also, the aluminum dots are only in on a portion of the shirt, approximately 6"x4" area on the back, at the top of the back/base of the neck. (This should be advertised better on the website). I have not noticed any measurable effect of the dots on cooling. This shirt would be better served by using a polyblend or lighter weight polyester that dries quicker. I am 5'11", wear a large, and primarily use this shirt when running
Got these kicks in the Andrew Wiggins Timberwolves home colorway at footlocker for $80. It was perfect in my opinion. The boost in the heel was very comfortable and the adiprene+ was decent as well to give enough cushioning to feel comfortable wearing them for hours on end but not sacrificing court feel. The primeknit upper and mesh lower is also top quality. The traction is excellent and you stop very hard and don't have to wipe too much. Just don't take these outside. The only problem that you may encounter is the fit and lockdown. The fit feels a little uncomfortable when you first play in these, but after a few days you get used to it. You just don't feel as locked down and secure as other shoes, but it's not the worst lockdown I've had in a shoe. It just didn't match the high grade of the other aspects of this crazylight model. Overall, these are a solid shoe to hoop in and you should definitely try them out.
I have been training/running half-marathons and marathons in Adidas Energy Boost shoes because I like the way the feel, but the soles would wear out quickly. These shoes I love because they are very comfortable and durable lasting a lot longer period of time and miles. Only con is the plastic side piece can tightness in the mid-foot area with runs over about 5 miles.
Really wanted to love and keep these shoes, but I just can't. After one 40 minute run in these the back of my heel is completely torn up. Overall the shoes are the most amazing things I have ever put on my feet but even for just walking I can see this heel thing being an issue. They are going back.
I talked with friend who wore this shoe on family vaca in WA D.C. she said after walking continually her feet were not sore or tired. I wear these shoes for work..health care. Extremely comfortable with great support. I have a narrow foot. The FIT is perfect. I will get another pair. Have recommended to many people
I fell in love with this shoe the moment I put it on. It feels like I'm walking on a cloud and the shoe wraps around my arch and gives it an amazing amount of support. All in all I absolutely love this shoe and would buy again.
It is a very flattering fit on the body. My absolute favorite product from adidas. It seems like the more you sweat in it, the cooler the climachil aluminum spheres get. Its quite an awesome feeling. My only regret is not buying another.
I love the glove-like fit and the way the upper hugs my arch. The floral design is awesome. I experienced a few hot spots under my toes during a 13 mile run in these, so I stick with them for shorter distances.
The back of these shoes is way too high, it caused a blister on my heel within the first 10 minutes of a run. I had to take them off to get back home. Other than the back of the shoe being designed horribly, they fit like a glove. Although they did hurt my arch after running as well. Not impressed.
These metal toe Superstars are of great quality. I've yet to wear them but have tried them on. They fit just like original superstars except with a little less bend on the toe area. If you find them in your size buy them. I sure am glad that I did.
I have skinny skinny feet and these things are super snug. The laces are pointless because there's a band that goes over the top of your foot that tightens the shoe. Also, get a half size up, I has to send mine back and get a bigger size. It wasnt even close to normal size for me.
Awesome training and running shoe. It looks great, comfortable as can be, like walking on air. BUT, taking off a star because the sizing is whacked! Usually wear a size 12, ordered up 1/2 sz to 12.5 and though they fit, barely any wiggle room. Size 13 would probably be perfect. I'd keep that in mind if ordering.
I had the shoes for about two months , and did some light running and walking in them, and I didn't wear them every day because I had other shoes, but I was walking yesterday and a huge hole ripped by itself in the mesh of my shoe, after light wear.
The back of the shoes is too high for me. It caused blisters on both achilles after 10 min of running outside. I had to fold them over to get back home. I had them altered and the back cut and lowered and now they fit perfectly. This is my first Adidas pair, I owe 5 other running shoes , different brand that never caused any issues, even brand new.
I bought my boyfriend two pairs of these shoes in red and green and when he saw them in yellow he had to have them. So... Suffice it to say, he loves them and wears them almost every day, and when he's not wearing these he's wearing his other stylish and comfortable adidas shoes I got for him.
I think that the Pure Boost ZG often gets overshadowed by the Ultra Boost, but it all depends on what type of activity you're using it for. Of all the boost shoes (and I own them all, hah!) I think the ZG is the best for cross training. You get the comfort of boost but a little more rigidity for other activities (lifting, cross training, etc.) as well as great lateral support. And it looks GREAT on foot - better than in the photos!
I usually wear a 10 but went with a 9.5 because that's all that was left and I figured the primeknit is stretchy enough but these shoes are too narrow to size down. Go true to size. The insole is nice on this shoe but the sole is like classic Superstars and pretty firm. If I got these in a 10 though I'd be very happy. Ended up returning them sadly. Quality is incredible however; 3M on the stripes, PK is super soft and it's an awesome twist on a timeless classic.
I bought this on sale, because $ 44.00 seemed like a lot of money for a T-shirt. I must say that this T-shirts has exceeded my expectations. It fits perfectly (I am 5'9'', 150 lbs and chose small) and the quality of the materials and the fabrication is excellent. I highly recommend this product.
I love Stan Smith shoes for myself, so I decided to try them for my daughter. She loves them and she likes wearing them to preschool. Our only concern is that sometimes she says the velcro straps are too tight and we strap them a little loose (but that doesn't look too good to be honest). Overall great shoes, this is our second pair and i'm already searching for out third one :).
Maybe it's just my feet, but the backs are way too high and really irritate my heels. Also, though I do have naturally flat feet, after a few blocks in these my arches kill. Otherwise the sneakers are quite comfy on the balls of my feels and pretty cool looking.
