Energy Boost Shoes
Now a runner
I bought these shoes over a year ago and trained in them for my first half marathon. Five more months on, I then trained in them for a full marathon. They are fantastic and there was no way I could have done it without this amazing pair of shoes. I must admit, I did end up buying a second pair just before the marathon b.c the first pair had worn down completely (although I was running up to 100 km a week for a while there) and walking in them every day to work in office clothes (I really like the black, bring it back please please please).

Amazing running shoe
Best running shoe with superb cushioning even with orthotics. My running stride and speed have improved since purchasing the Energy Boost shoe and my heel pain has disappeared. Have always been a NB, Saucony or ASIIC wearer. An Adidas convert now. Highly recommend for women and orthotic wearers. Only criticism is that Australia doesn't have the colour range of O/S.

I bought these because I was getting shin splints from training more. I haven't had any pain in the shins since swapping over. Only issue I have with them is that I do a lot of group fitness and need an alround cross training shoe. The 3 plastic lines on the sides are made of material/plastic that's too hard it digs in on any sideways movement. Would love to combine this cushioning with the stability of a cross trainer

Walking on cushions
Very Happy with the Energy Boost shoes:)
Been wearing asics for the last 5 years, then bought the Boost in the super bright aqua/teal colour when it went on sale....super comfortable and great support for running and walking.
Has heaps of cushioning and moulds to your feet
Got mud all over it but just used a toothbrush with water to scrub it and it all came off!

Great for crossfit workouts
I can't speak highly enough of the Adidas Energy Boost!! Even though these shoes are advertised as a great running shoe, I would highly recommend all crossfitters to try it! Its a great shoe that can cope with all the varied workouts that we do. Since having these shoes I never get shin splints anymore!
Truly the absolute best training shoes I've ever owned!!

Before I brought the adidas boost i had nike dual fusions, these hurt my heels and ankles. I am a long distance, sprint and cross country runner and these fit my criteria perfectly! I also use these shoes for basketball training and work well also. (but for matches have bball shoes) Thanks Adidas, a perfect shoe...

Awesome running shoes!
I've been a runner for many years and this my first running shoes that provide such a nice bounce back! They keep me energized and active throughout the entire workout. The shoes are very soft, although they give a great support while running. Finding the perfect shape of running shoes was always a challenge. But these shoes fit perfectly: not too tight, not too loose, just what I needed! They are great for any sort of activity outdoors and in the gym as well: squats, lunges, plyometrics and so on. The shoes are very practical, comfortable and worth the price!

great for track and field!!!
I got these shoes because I outgrew my other runners. These are amazing. The are very supportive and "gushy". Great for long distance or basically anything that has you running, jumping or moving. They have great arch support and help stop knee pain and/or shin splints. Adidas wouldn't have been my first choice, but the salesmen suggested them. I would have went for the bright pink ones....but was extremely happy with what I ended up with. The colours are pretty and even the aglets on the laces say "boost".

I love Adidas shoes and will buy another Adidas model again, however, I decided to try these shoes and I find my feet are very hot in them. Not sweating so much as just hot and sore after a couple of hours of wearing them. They don't breath well enough. I've bought Adidas for running for years now and the ones I usually buy have a regular mesh on them. The boost ones don't seem to breath. I've worn them both inside and outside in minus 12 degree C weather and my feet were hot in both.

I have been running in Adidas for 2 years. All time favorite for long runs being the Supernova Glide 4 and Adistar Feather 2.0 for speed training. I couldn't wait for the new Boosts and baught them on the Canadian release day April 3rd. I went a half size up because they run a little small.
I broke them in and ran a Half marathon in them on the 23rd of the same month. Half-way through the race, my toes started going numb and became very painful. This had never happened to me before and I thought they just weren't broken in enough.
I tried them again this morning, same thing, only after 2 miles...
I believe the toe box fabric is too tight and causes this discomfort. I will not wear them to run again. I do beleive the foam mid-sole is great and gives excellent support. A model that has the upper comfort of the Glide 4 and the Boost sole would be a great idea.
