Tracking Your Order
There are three ways to track your order:
1) You can track your order on www.adidas.com by going to Order Status/Tracking under My Account. Find the order number that you want to track and click on the Track Your Package Now link. You can also copy the tracking number and insert it into the tracking field on the FedEx website.
2) Open your Shipment confirmation email, copy the Package ID number and insert it into the tracking field on the FedEx website.
3) Locate your Tracking number from either the My Account link or Shipment confirmation email, and call 1-800-982-9337 for assistance in tracking the package through the FedEx website.
Please note that until FedEx updates their system with your tracking information, you cannot track your order via the web. However, FedEx usually updates their information within one business day of the time that we send the Shipment Confirmation email to you.
USPS currently does not support Order Tracking on shipments to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes.
Some orders are packaged in more than one box. Each box will have its own unique tracking number. Gift Cards will ship in a separate package from your product order and do not have a tracking number.
