Provided we have no problems processing payment, all product orders placed before 12:00 p.m. EST should ship the same day.
PLEASE NOTE: mi adidas Custom Orders take approximately 3-4 weeks to make and deliver. For mi adidas shipping information click here. If your order contains both custom product and adidas inline product your custom product will ship separately.
Gift Card orders that process by 8 p.m. EST will ship the following business day.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the U.S.
- Product orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST are shipped the next business day.
- Gift Card orders placed after 8:00 p.m. EST are shipped in two business days.
- The Shipping Rate is applied to your order based on the number of addresses to which you are shipping products. If your entire order is shipped to one address, you'll be charged for shipping once. If your order is shipped to more than one address, you'll be charged a shipping charge for each address.
- Gift Cards ship separately and there is a separate shipping charge for any expedited shipping.
- You will not be charged for any product until it has shipped. Please note that custom mi adidas products are made just for you, and you will be charged at the time of your order. Custom mi adidas orders cannot be cancelled and products cannot be returned.

adidas charges flat shipping rates correspond to our product delivery method, and are per ship-to address. Rates are listed below. Should you choose to ship your order to more than one address, you will be charged accordingly.
At checkout you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to completion of your order.
If you choose to expedite your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00pm (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Gift Card orders that clear credit authorization after 7:00pm EST will process the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- USPS First Class, 3-7 business days - $5.00 (available for PO Box/FPO/APO orders only)
- Standard Ground, 4-7 business days - $5.00
- Second Day, 2-3 business days - $15.00
- Overnight, normally 1-2 business days - $25.00
Gift Cards: Gift Cards are shipped via USPS First Class service only, and there is no shipping charge.

You can expect orders placed with this shipping option to arrive within 4-7 full business days once they ship from our warehouse. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- FedEx Second Day, 2-3 business days
You can expect orders placed with this shipping option to arrive within 2 full business days once they ship from our warehouse. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- FedEx Overnight, 1-2 business days
You can expect orders placed with this shipping option to arrive within 1-2 full business days once they ship from our warehouse. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Shipping to Military APO/FPO Addresses and PO Boxes
USPS First Class mail is available for orders placed going to an APO/FPO address or PO Box. We currently do not offer an expedited option for shipping to these addresses. Please note that we cannot ship mi adidas orders to Military APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. The following items cannot be shipped via US Postal Service at this time: items over 70lbs., freight-only items and flammable items.
