Return Policy Our guarantee of satisfaction is unconditional; we want you to be 100% satisfied. If you find an adidas product purchased from www.adidas.com does not perform to your expectations, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of receipt. You can refer to your packing slip for instructions on making your return, or follow the instructions below. Please ship your return package with your packing slip to the address below within 30 days of receipt. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments. www.adidas.com Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We will credit the total value of the merchandise and any taxes you were charged. Credits will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Adjustments to credit cards will be made within two billing cycles. If you used a gift card we will re-issue a new gift card and mail it to you. You will receive an email notification when we have completed process your return. Please note: As of November 11, 2011 all orders placed prior to August 3, 2011 that are returned will be credited in the form of a gift card. Exchange Policy Please note that we do not have an exchange policy at this time. If you wish to return a product, please follow the standard return procedures. You may return a product and then log onto www.adidas.com to order a new product. NOTE: We are sorry, but we do not credit shipping costs for returned orders. Please note: www.adidas.com is not able to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.adidas.com. To return products purchased at another store, please return the products to the retail location where they were purchased.
