Credit

We will credit the total value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged. Credits will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Adjustments to credit cards will be made within two billing cycles.

Please note: Beginning November 11, 2011 all orders placed prior to August 3, 2011 that are returned will be credited in the form of a gift card.

Credit to a Gift Card

When you return an order that was purchased with a Gift Card (a portion or the entire order), we will process the return one of these two ways:

  • If you paid for your order using an adidas Gift Card, the credit will be issued to a new adidas Gift Card and sent to you via USPS.
  • If you paid for your order using both an adidas Gift Card and a credit card, the credit will be issued to a new adidas Gift Card first, even if there is still a remaining balance on the original adidas Gift Card used to place the order. After we issue the new adidas Gift Card, we credit the remaining amount to your credit card.
  • When we process a return for an order that was purchased with an adidas Gift card and a credit card we deduct the shipping charges from the adidas Gift Card.

NOTE: We are sorry, but we do not credit shipping costs for returned orders.

Orders Sent as Gifts

If you send someone a gift, such as a pair of shoes, and he/she returns the gift, the credit for the gift goes to the original form of payment only (your credit card).

If you are the recipient of the gift and do not want to return it to www.shopadidas.com, please call Consumer Relations at 1-800-448-1796 to set up a gift return.

Exchange Policy

We are sorry, but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. If you wish to return a product, please follow the standard return procedures. You may return a product and then log onto www.adidas.com to order a new product.
