Changing or Canceling Your Order

We're sorry, but we can't cancel your order, even if it hasn't shipped yet. After you've clicked "Send My Order", your order begins to process. Once you receive your product, you may return any products you don't want by following our Return Policy.

Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties

Occasionally, orders are cancelled by our system due to processing reasons, including:

  • Products are unavailable
  • We have problems processing your payment information
  • We can't ship to the address you gave us
  • There is a duplicate order

If your order is cancelled by us, you'll receive an e-mail labeled "Important Notice About Your Order". At that time you can contact Customer Service at 1-800-982-9337 to resolve the problem and/or place a new order. You won't be billed for cancelled products.
